It wasn’t too bad except for them allowing guests to smoke and makes it very uncomfortable for us.

From the time you enter the hotel it’s very smelly with smoke. Towels are too small.

This hotel has maintenance issues with the rooms, but the management do not fix them.

We had to change rooms two times due to maintenance issues, so we had three rooms during our four-night stay. Maintenance issues included the heater not working, hot water not working, and television channels not changing.

Dirty, nothing worked, poor location. Definitely not family friendly. The fact that people only rent our rooms for a couple of hours- makes you feel unsafe.

The worst hotel and do not recommend this to anyone and bookings.com should not allow this hotel

Cheaper than most for lastminute booking and location was easy access to subway and public amenities and it looked reasonable on the photos but on arrival it looks nothing like it was sold

*Dirty room *Dirty bathroom *No chair *Broken door thus not safe nor secure *Dirty linen that was not washed *Smelt of drugs *Caretaker had an attitude and swore at me for asking him to clean up the room - terrible service *Reception person whilst trying to help wasn't really bothered as he was too busy speaking to his friend *No kettle for coffee or tea *Why one light for a room - Room was poorly lit and not safe nor secure Overall this is NOT FOR PURPOSE

Convenient location

Convenient location to get from/to JFK airport.

The smell of weed is everywhere. Noisy area (night works on the street behind) and noisy clients (kids playing on the hallways at 2:30am and people continuously going from one room to the other). I stayed because my flight was canceled due to the weather and this was the cheapest option for the night.

it is location nearby JFK, but will not come there again. unsafe and many people like homeless entered as there was any security gated

U all need more comfort beds, put a microwave in the place cause u all don't serve breakfast.

There wasn't nothing to like !

Everything was very poor, the water in the shower was settled after every used take long to drain in tub and face basin, the shower curtain full of mold, There was baby cockroaches. The a/C unit takes long to heat up wen ever put on heat. In the corners are dust store till they turn pillows u can see 👀 The draws of the side tables need cleaning nothing can store in them, they are dirty. The bed was very hard ...........the place was dusty , musty n crusty 🤧 I have to put up with that because they had a big NO REFUND SIGN BUT WOULDNT BOOK AGAIN ..... Teach your workers to greet guest And stop be so mean and nasty

I would not recommend staying here.

The rooms were outdated and looks like it has not been clean. The bed was uncomfortable and beddings were ripped. If you just want a place to sleep after partying then this place is fine, if not avoid.

One word for everything TERRIBLE, We will never come back. We don't recommend it, we have to check out at 10 pm, no one sleep there, everyone smoking inside the hotel.

Restless night.

Location in town was good.

Rooms had very bad cigarette-like scent. Beds were very uncomfortable and pillow were stinking. There was fungus mold inside the bathroom
