I wish they would refund my money!

This unit #458 is in need of an update! it appeared to have mold bleeding thru the paint. I called and emailed Vacasa with no response.

No spoons, coffee pot did not work (called and emailed no response)

Restaurant at resort did not have good food. Great service.

I’d go back but not to that unit.

Very good at Echo restaurant and the Cottage coffee shop which gives a 50 % discount on their gift shop items if you are staying there for a wedding which we were.

The unit had lots wrong w it. See my file. I’ve asked for a partial refund. Can you help w that?

It was fine. I liked having a condo but probably wouldn’t want to stay in 458 again.

The resort has everything you need.

for the money it was well worth it

viesw, space, being on the resort

condition of villa and entire building. tv didn't work in bedroom, coffee pot not working properly, furnishings in some areas needed replacing, cleanliness especially in kitchen was poor, condensation problem from vent going into kitchen, dryer not working properly. don't know why the property allows the building to run down like it has. the king and prince itself has always been a premier place and i was saddened to see how much work needs to be done to the exterior. the cleaning fee was large and felt like cleaning company just wiped down could not have spent more than an hour on cleaning.

nice location , nice place , needs a little decor love

great location well furnished

it definitely needs some updating ie someone tried to paint the walls but you can clearly see thru the yellow paint to the blue paint color that it used to be.

My wife and I celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary on the island. It was just what we needed.

Location was great. Wonderful atmosphere

Wi fi kept buffering over and over. It didn’t pose a major problem as we had minimal amount of time spent watching tv

We will definitely return.

It was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the patio drinking coffee and listening to the ocean.

Access to the beach was confusing and inconvenient.

Perfect for our family

We really liked the layout of the villa and the view from the balcony. The villa pool was nice and pretty quiet with two big grills and a very hot hot tub.

We received mixed information about whether we were allowed in the big hotel pool. Our parking key opened the gate but the front desk said we weren’t. Also, we received dish detergent but no laundry detergent even though the card in the kitchen suggested starting a load of towels for the housekeepers at check out. There was none in the hotel gift shop, although the hotel had some for guests but made it clear that villa guests don’t count.
