We are returning customers at Norton House once again because we love it there. We had a great room in fantastic surroundings and as always the service was excellent. Our room was really clean and comfortable and fixtures and furnishings were really good indeed. We had a lovely hour sitting in garden having an afternoon drink and the following morning we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast in a beautifully decorated room. All the staff were really polite. Asolutely no complaints at all.

The staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful on any request, breakfast was nice but not amazing and the continental was set out very well too. It’s a beautiful place and a 2 minute walk to the beach but not worth the price, the room is very very small and for the price you could rent an apartment for a night, hooks in the bathroom are at a dangerous level to hit your head, some rooms are pretty much a bed in a box and a small bathroom.

We had two rooms for my daughter’s graduation recently and Norton House Hotel were 5 star all round. The staff are exceptional and the food is yummy. The rooms are relaxing and it’s a very peaceful setting. We’ve stayed 4 times now and will definitely return.
Thanks you
Debbie

This is a beautiful hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely clean modern room. Loved you could get into the room via a patio door and there was a couple of chairs outside to sit on and enjoy the sea view. Gorgeous breakfast, everything though of. Beautiful room to sit in.

We stay at The Norton because of the easy access to the Mumbles and its proximity to the sea. Would consider better rooms if available.

The staff were very friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. The only problem I had was the noise from the upstairs rooms but not so bad that it would prevent me from staying again.
Myself and my friends really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Norton House Hotel to family and friends.

Have stayed at Norton House twice in the past, and always find it a friendly, relaxing break. Ideal location for exploring all that the Mumbles and wider area has to offer. Added bonus is that it has a large carpark as car parking charges in the near area are quite expensive.

Lovely welcome, 2 minute walk to the promenade and sea. Our room had everything you need, it was clean and comfy with a great shower. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, nothing was too much trouble. This was our second visit and it certainly won't be our last.

I’ve never been to Swansea before and it was a pleasure to stay in the area called Mumbles which is attractive. The hotel building itself is beautiful; I stayed in the annex. The breakfast room is huge and the staff there were friendly and efficient. Delicious cooked breakfast and well stocked Buffett too. Coffee, pastries , fresh fruit salad all excellent and appreciated.

On the plus side, the staff were excellent, the hotel very clean, it was quiet and there was plenty of parking.
Unfortunately the rooms were very poor material condition. The window almost dangerous, the bath side patched together, the shower spray easily splashed onto the bathroom light, broken loose bathroom floor tile, wardrobe too small to put anything in and interior peeling away, carpet well past its best etc etc. They were refurbishing restaurant, they need to do the rooms urgently.
