Between Bastogne and Houffalize, on the edge of the village of Wicourt and Rachamps, the gîte "Au bord de l'eau" benefits from a remarkable natural setting. Space, luminosity, warm atmosphere, authenticity are all attractions that define this stone house, where old charm and modern conveniences are combined. Accommodating 12 people (maximum 10 adults), the house has 5 personalized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub, and equipment for the youngest. The well-equipped kitchen offers a breathtaking view of the pond. It is an ideal place to meet with family or friends. In winter, you will enjoy a friendly atmosphere near the wood stove. In summer, in the pleasant glass roof, on the terrace near a BBQ, in the large secure garden or near the pond, you will enjoy the surrounding nature. Noisy groups, student parties, stag and hen parties are not allowed.

Véronique and Jean-Pol have the desire to offer a warm and quality welcome to their vacationers. The interest for human exchanges, the desire to enhance the site and the region motivate them to embark on this new project. A lot of information (brochures, folders, maps, photos...) are gathered to promote their beautiful vacation land.

Less than 2 km away, Rachamps is one of the most beautiful flowered villages. Nearby, Houffalize and Bastogne enjoy a worldwide reputation in the fields of cycling and mountain biking. Several Natural Parks invite you to hike in superb sites as well as to taste local products on the local markets. Our region has a lot to offer to WWII enthusiasts. The visit of small touristic towns offers various attractions including historical ones.
