Absolutely amazing hosts & property. Every comfort of home. Friendly communication too. We were a family of 4 with extra spaces we didnt even utilize. This property would be very well suited to families needing their own space/entrances/food & laundry areas etc. When in this area, we would certainly stay here again. Thank you! 😘

This was by far the most beautiful Vrbo property that we’ve visited! The customer service from the property owner was superb! She checked in with us often to be sure we weren’t in need of anything. Very friendly and made our experience personable. They provided all of your household needs and plus some! The beds were Very comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property ten times over again! We accidentally left some pictures in the home and the owner went out of her way to mail them to us! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. There is nothing that I would change about booking this property. 10/10!!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The house was exactly as described. The location was away from the holiday hustle and bustle but not too far to travel for shopping and dining.
Mrs. Sylvia kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. She was awesome! Definitely would recommend as a relaxing getaway when in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Tennessee!

This property was the perfect distance from all we wanted to do in the area. Close enough that we weren't traveling too much yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The evenings were beautiful and quiet.
Our host was very helpful when we had questions about anything. We would definitely choose to stay here if we plan to visit the area again.

Property is beautiful and well appointed with plenty of supplies to help accommodate you (never ran out of dishwasher tabs!) throughout your stay. Host is warm, helpful and wonderful! The home is much bigger on the inside than it appears. We had 8 people stay, with lots of room. Directly across from the pool and clubhouse. The community was very welcoming of VRBO visitors. The location is convenient to Dollywood and other sites. Downtown Sevierville has a wonderful park with tennis, pickleball and a great swim/waterpark. The owners checked in periodically, by text. They were very accommodating. When we stayed they made sure there were plenty of supplies for laundry and washing. A great stay.

This property was just what our family of 4 needed! We appreciate a super clean rental and it was just that! We stayed on the top half of the rental and had plenty of space and comforts. The location was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the areas many tourist attractions, yet still close enough for a quick run to the store. Although we were very active drove many miles each day doing a variety of different activities, we always looked forward to returning to this lovely house! Each evening our two boys would end their day in the pool or bike ride around the safe neighborhood! We felt like it was our own home, seemed to have the pool to ourselves often and enjoyed meeting some of the friendly neighbors on walks! Hats off to Sylvia and Art for excellent communication and help when we had questions! We already miss this place!

Property described perfectly. Loved having two floors with living space on each floor. Great for a set of grandparents and two families with kiddos. Nice furnishings and comfy beds and nice linens. Two nicely furnished decks with a fabulous sunset! Pool and gas grill right across street!!!! There is a shared dock on Lake Douglas. We rented a pontoon boat from Mountain Cove Marina and had a ball!! Marina staff and new pontoon boats! Beautiful and clean lake! 4 miles to a very nice grocery store called Food City. Reminded me of Publix in SC. On the Northeast side of Dollywood and about a 25 minute. Worked for us because we didn’t do Dollywood every day! I would highly recommend this property if you want to blend Dollywood, lake and pool! Very responsive owners!!!! Thank you Gasts!!!

Loved our stay. House was very nice and new. Lemon decor was so cute throughout the house. We traveled to Sevierville, TN for a dance competition at the Sevierville Convention Center. The Convention center is close about 15 miles but with traffic, it took about 30 mins.
House was perfect for two families. Each level of the house has a kitchen, washing machine and dryers. Stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, new bath towels, beach towels, dish detergent,. Loved the hair dryer. I need to buy me a hair dryer like the Revlon that was there. Hot tub can only fit two adults. Club house with outdoor pool right across the road. Gas grill was nice to use.
Owners were great. Sylvia was quick to respond to my text. Very nice and wanted to make sure we had a great time and had everything we needed. It did rain every day we were (Thunder storms). We still managed to rent a boat from Douglas Marina. Kids loved tubing and fishing from the boat.
Only down fall, this area has lots of bugs and when you open the doors to come into the house, lots of bugs come in with you.
Would love to stay here again in the future!!

What else can be said about this beautiful home that hasn’t already been stated. The home was beautiful and the perfect size for my family and I. The home rest in a quiet community across from the club house with the pool and outdoor kitchen. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle, but it was close enough to enjoy all that Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg/Sevierville has to offer. The house was stocked with plenty of linens for my entire family. There was enough space for the kids to stretch out and enjoy themselves. I can go on about our stay, but what made the stay was Art and Sylvia’s hospitality. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay at your beautiful home.

This place is exactly like advertised. The owners were very responsive and guided me in when we got lost. Beautiful home, nice neighborhood to take a walk in and gives you that mountain/cabin feel without all the steep, curvy mountain roads. My family of six, mom and nephew were comfortable and felt at home. The owners provide plenty of extra so you don’t have to worry about the little things like paper towels and laundry detergent. We would definitely look to stay there again if the opportunity came.

This was our first time ever renting a house instead of a hotel and it was an awesome experience from start to finish. The house was great and exceeded our expectations. We had two families (4 adults and 7 kids) there was room for everyone. The host was great about keeping in contact with us and checking in if we needed anything. Highly recommend this property and host. Property was away from all of the crowds but not too far. Was nice to come back to a house in a quiet area after dealing with crowds all day. I look forward to renting from them again and plan on making this a once or twice a year trip.

We had privacy with one couple taking the top floor and one on the bottom. Enough coffee for both floors, which was nice. Sylvia was great to work with. Kind and thoughtful communication.

Sylvia was a fabulous hostess. She was friendly and responsive in a timely fashion both before and during our stay. She gave me helpful suggestions of where to shop, eat and things to do nearby and in the towns we were visiting. Her home was beautifully decorated, welcoming and comfortable. My only 'complaint' is that the listing did not mention the many stairs we had to go down/up to move in and out. Seeing as we are a family of 4, staying for 6 days, we had many bags and containers of groceries to unload and reload. We would definitely stay again in the future.

We rented three homes in the Timberlake Bay community for our extended family vacation. Prior to our arrival, ease of booking and communication was easy, timely and responsive. We were able to meet with the owners who were onsite checking on the property and shared that the upstairs unit will be available for rent soon, which will be convenient for our next visit. The property was clean, well laid out, perfect for 3 adults with all the amenities needed to enjoy a relaxing and quiet vacation with family, away from family.
