Direct oceanfront condo on a no drive beach! The Shores Club is one of the few condos in the area that has direct beach access via stairs and a beach ramp post the hurricanes in 2022. The pool and pool decking are in proper working order. Enhanced cleaning guidelines based on CDC recommendations and contactless check in and check out help ensure your safety during your stay. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast from the floor to ceiling windows in the light and airy living area and the spacious master suite. Relax on the balcony, listening to the waves crash and watching the sunrise over the ocean. Walk the sandy beach and see surfers and dolphins riding the waves. You can enjoy the view without cars in the way and your kids can play safely without the vehicle traffic on the beach. Amazing coastal wildlife everywhere! After a sun filled day enjoy an amazing meal at one of the many local restaurants serving fresh seafood along with live music.
This entire 1251 sq ft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo located on the 4th floor is yours to enjoy during your stay. Excellent 4th floor location provides a fantastic view of the ocean. Brand new TVs throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed with a new luxury mattress that you will melt into. A large wall mounted TV will allow you to unwind while laying in bed. There is a separate lighted dressing area which allows additional space to get ready for your day. The massive walk-in closet gives you ample space to store your things during your stay. There are also two luggage racks to make sure your suitcases are within arms reach. The master bath has a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom has two double beds that will comfortably sleep 4 adults. Youl’ll enjoy the newer mattresses that will assure a good nights rest. There is a wall mounted TV for all your entertainment needs. The walk in closet will give additional space for all of your belongings. There are additional luggage racks located in this closet. The second bathroom has a full shower. There are extra linens, pillows and blankets available to use should you need them. Plenty of towels for bath and beach are also available. There is a full kitchen with new appliances. You will have everything needed to cook and serve meals. There is a dining table that will seat 6 along with a bar counter with 2 barstools. The spacious and comfortable living area has enough seating for the whole family. Two matching recliners allow you a chance to stretch out and watch the ocean waves from the comfort of indoors. Enjoy expansive views of the beach from the floor to ceiling windows. There is a dehumidifier included in this unit to keep the environment comfortable throughout your stay. We have also included an air purifier within this unit to assure the highest air quality possible. Private washer and dryer are included with this unit. There are beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs in the laundry room to make a day at the beach enjoyable. You will also find a cooler in the laundry area. The balcony offers breathtaking views up and down the Atlantic coast. A table with 4 chairs provide comfortable seating while enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing ashore. The rear balcony has seating to enjoy expansive views of the inter-coastal waterway. You can also comfortably watch the kids play on the sport’s courts from this balcony. The oceanfront pool is heated and can be enjoyed even on a cool day in the Winter. A sauna is located on the first level of the building along with a game room and movie/book library. A gym and community room are also located oceanfront on the first floor of the building. There is one reserved underground garage parking spot (406) for you to use during your stay . The underground parking clearance is 6’2”. Additional free parking is also available on site as available. We love staying in Leslie’s condo. This was our 2nd time and it didn’t disappoint us. Everything is just like the picture shows. We love making memories here. The view is spectacular! This condo is equipped with everything you need you need to have a great vacation.

Everything was good. The only negative thing was the fact that we did not have enough toilet paper. 2 rolls for 6 nights is not enough for 3 people and visitors. If we would have been told to bring our own, we would have. We had to run to Walgreens to buy some.

Our stay at the Shores Club was wonderful! The condo is just as advertised…… everything you could possibly need. Very clean, easy check in. The building is secure with a code to get in and out. Nice view, pool and beach! Hope to return!!

From check in to departure our vacation was fantastic! Although we arrived an hour early we were still able to check in thanks to the owners. The condo was super clean. Had everything we needed. We really liked the security in the complex. (Had to put a code in to get in the front door, garage and beach access.). Our unit had a space in the garage. That was a plus! We loved the location of the complex because we're from the country and like it quiet. The beach was nice as it was in the section that no cars were allowed. The host was always very prompt in replying to any correspondence. We'll be back next year.

Great home away from home with a spacious balcony to enjoy an amazing ocean view and spectacular sunrises. The direct beach access to the no drive beach was also a plus. Keyless entry to the property was helpful too. The full kitchen with many amenities and laundry facilities were ideal. Would be more than happy to rent this unit again!

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable condo! The location was convenient and view was fabulous. Communication was extremely easy and quick. We arrived early due to a flight change and were immediately allowed access. Everything we could possibly need for our week long stay was provided. Condo surface was clean, but could stand an actual deep cleaning. This definitely didn’t hinder our stay. We would stay here again and recommend to ours.

Lovely setting beach front with lots of room to stretch out. Four adults enjoyed a delightful stay with gorgeous sunrises off the rear balcony. Spacious kitchen allows for cooking in, although loads of restaurants nearby also. Minor keypad problem solved quickly with excellent response from Leslie.

I've stayed in a lot vacation rentals and this time was the best one yet. There wasn't a single thing that I needed that wasn't provided. There were lots of beach towels and regular towels, lots of extra covers. And they were nice quality. It was stocked with a great initial stock of everything needed to get you started. It looked like thought was put into the decor, not whatever they found at a yard sale. There were cleaning products. The hosts were accessible during the stay if needed. I loved that I didn't have to carry around a key as every entrance is accessible by a door code. Elevators were quick. I can't say a single thing about this unit that isn't positive. When I'm looking for a condo I have a long checklist that I run to find the perfect place and this one fulfilled every item on my list. I would most definitely return to this unit and recommend to others.

Beautiful condo and they have everything you need! Loved the fact that all we had to do was pack our clothes and go! Our host Leslie was awesome to work with and even personally checked in on us during a hurricane watch. We will definitely be renting this condo again. Came to visit my son in college with a friend & my daughter. Location was quiet & well-maintained. Newly renovated condo with gorgeous ocean views from kitchen/living room/bedroom. Great patio overlooking ocean, which made for beautiful views with morning coffee/evening drinks. They have all the amenities.. warm pool, direct beach access (with sea turtle nests), beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella. This made our trip great, as we did not have to buy these! Washer/dryer was a huge plus, as well. The beach was clean with soft sand. Safe environment with keyless locks. Would definitely recommend, as they have it all! Will definitely be back for more visits in the next 4 years!! Thank you for sharing your property!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, great location and spotless. Loved our senior family get-together in this condo! Everything you could possibly need was there and the tasteful decor made everything cozy. All furniture was comfortable especially the two recliner chairs where you could easily enjoy the sunrise. Excellent location with great restaurants nearby. We will definitely return.

The view of the ocean is unbeatable. The reclining chairs are wonderfully comfortable. We reclined and watched the waves from the floor to ceiling windows. The beds are lovely. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners are effective communicators. This was our second stay. We will be back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Leslie was prompt to answer any of my questions and was very helpful! We had to cut our stay short because of Hurricane Ian, but we hope to come back next year and use Leslie again!
