Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queens in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12. We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need more space.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Everything was great. The day we checked in lazy river pumps were broken NO NO since of urgency to fix it. I know our weather was not the best but looks like they could have say something to us. We won't stay at that building again. We always stay on the bay and never had a issue.

Parking a nightmare. Desk Staff unhelpful, every time we ask a question on parking or where to get things needed they had no answers and said they couldn't help us because the room we were in.We spent several hours in the elevators trying to get up and down the elevators. I called the number for help and they never would return my calls.none of the TVs in the room worked right, sound kept going out.The pool and the lazy river was the only thing that was enjoyed. THe slide was broke down almost all our stay and that was one reason of staying there because the kids love the water slides but only got to use 2 days because down.

We stayed 6 nights and 7 days and had a wonderful time! Our only issue was the fridge in the condo wasn’t cooling when we arrived but we contacted property management and they were immediately on it! They even came back twice the next day to assure things were going fine.

Overall the condo was beautiful, only issue we had was it appears that the cleaning crew did not properly clean the condo . There was about an inch of dust on the lamp shades and the furnace vent was clogged with dust . The bedroom closet was off its track so we couldn't open and close the door properly. There was dark hair in the master shower that had to be cleaned out prior to even showering. the check in and out process was smooth.

Made us feel at home, grates in lazy river need some work, hit one coming off slide, pretty sure broke a toe. Easy access to everything. Love the key oad access. Thanks for letting us stay. I did leace some boxes in the hall, did not know where to throw them away at.

Over all okay my room 2603 unite needs to change the shower curtain it was molded in one of the bathroom with the double bed , red stain in the carpet in the front room and also a lot of long stringy hair on the comforter in the master bedroom.

Had a great time with our family for our annual beach trip! My husband & I had stayed here with friends before. This was the first time with family. Everyone agreed they loved the facility. Plenty of space for our growing family. May try to get a 4 bedroom in the future. Only thing I did not like was having to pay for a parking space. This was a new expense. We had three families & needed 3 parking spaces. We were not guaranteed this at booking. Parking offsite would have been a nightmare & would not have wanted to come back if we had to do that. Fortunately, it worked out for us this time.

The property and amenities were wonderful. Orange Beach makes for a wonderful family vacation, even during spring break. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could possibly want or need. The pictures and virtual tour was extremely accurate, but actually being there was even better. I was a little concerned about reviews complaining about the elevators, but we had no issues during our stay. Totally loved it, and would definitely stay at the same loacation again (and probably will). Perfect for our family.

The only problem and I hope the owner fix the problem is the Wi-Fi It's very weak it goes in and out all our phones were not working properly you could use a Wi-Fi booster or extender that would help but everybody had a great Thanksgiving we had three families in different condos in there and we all enjoyed it and hopefully we can do it next year......😎😎😎😎

The property was very nice and the staff were very helpful. The only complaint was the unit where we stayed wasn’t very clean, the master closet lights didn’t work and the dishwasher was broken. The unit didn’t seem to have been dusted and the bathrooms weren’t very clean with hair on the floor, etc. Overall we loved the Phoenix. Thanks

The place is so big and only has 4 elevators if you plan on getting to your room at peak times it will take 10 or more minutes.
The place is very nice, but, our freezer didn't work and we had ice cream spoil and ice in the ice maker melt and drip on a box of waffles.
Other than minor things it is a very nice place. I won't stay there again because of the various inconveniences of it being so big with so many rooms. I've stayed at other smaller Phoenix condos before and didn't have these problems. For the cost, it really wasn't worth the pain.
Also, the bed in the master was terrible! Hump in the middle made you always feel like you were rolling off the bed. Ridiculous.

We had a wonderful time and lots of room in the condo. The condo was very spacious and clean except for the floors. My socks were black. Internet service was sketchy and could not make phone calls. The pool and lazy river and the beach or wonderful

We took our family of 6 to the beach for a 10 day vacation and could not have found a better place. The condo was beautiful and the amenities at the property were excellent. I was worried that we would experience large crowds, slow elevators and the destination would not live up to expectations. Instead we had the best time with absolutely no drawbacks. It was the best vacation and we are definitely coming back next year! I would recommend this condo and complex to any family!

Overall Loved the property
Let me start with saying, this location and condominium is prime! It is beautiful inside and we made friends everywhere we went with a ton of families. The security staff and beach staff were awesome. Our view was incredible and the size of the condo is great. But, in all honestly I have three big complaints - would it stop me from staying there again? No. But possibly a different condo unless communication can be handled better - yes. Number one, when we checked in - the front desk staff was rude, unapproachable and just downright not friendly and also super slow. That’s not really how someone wants to start their vacation - not the best taste in our mouth, but luckily - we didn’t need them again during our stay. Number two, the elevators and parking. There are four elevators for hundreds of condos that are 3-4 bedrooms. People would be irate and stack in like sardines just to try and get to their room within 20 minutes. It’s insane. And also the parking - we stayed in a 3 bedroom condo with 3 families, but we only have two parking passes. It doesn’t make any sense. And the overflow parking “that they can’t recommend” is about half a mile away. People were literally selling their parking passes that was able to get multiple and there were still a TON of open parking spaces. A 3 bedroom should have 3 available passes and a 4 bedroom should have 4 available. And finally, the communication. I sent several messages months before about parking and never received a response. Then the week before our reservation I receive an email with instructions, totally fine - I then send an email saying, I understand we can’t request an early check in because of cleaning but if they are done early can we receive a text or email letting us know it’s ready because we have 6 kids with us? No response. But guess what? Friday afternoon, before checkout, I receive an email asking if I can let them know if I’m out before the check out time of 10 AM because they have a high turnaround day and would like to get started early. I honestly thought about responding with, “no, we will be out at 10 AM.” Just to be inconvenient and rude - or maybe not answer at all. But, that’s not how I was raised and was actually honest with them that we were leaving late Friday night, so they could start whenever Saturday. Communication and respect is key - maybe make sure the people emailing and working the front desk understand that especially when people are spending thousands of dollars.

Phoenix West is a great location. Our room was on the 23rd floor...great view. Condo was very clean and spacious. We had 10 adults and a baby. I can't wait to visit their again. My only complaint is parking...we had 3 cars with only two pass available. But parking garage had plenty availability.

Roomy condo.
Nice roomy condo with a the perfect view. Great amenities with a well supplied kitchen. Bathroom showers were moldy and could have been cleaned with a little Chlorox. Sheets in the master bedroom were old and worn and need to be replaced. Washrags had a strong chemical smell and had to be washed prior to use. Mr. COFFEE really needed a good cleaning. So dirty we were afraid to use it. On the other hand, it was nice to have a Keurig. Pool was always overcrowded. NEVER found a seat around the pool. Therfore, we never used the pool. Now, for the big hangup. There were 4 elevators. Never saw but 3 working. Sometimes only 2. We waited for 2 HOURS once to get one to hold a luggage cart. The parking garage. I bet we drove 9 miles going up and down looking for a handicapped space whenever we left. I have muscular Dystrophy and cannot walk without mechanical assistance.

The condo was very nice. The only things I would change is to include back up toilet paper. The condo was very clean. The door on the bedroom closet seemed to have an issue with opening properly. The ice maker and all other appliances were very nice. The balcony was very nice. The internet was not consistent (actually did not work most of the time) Qverall and excellent experience.

We had an absolute blast and the condo was one of the nicest places we have stayed in. With COVID-19 going on, we wanted a getaway and stay cautious. The indoor pool was clean and not very crowded. We were able to call in our dinner orders to local restaraunts within walking distance and eat in our condo within twenty minutes of ordering (Doc's Seafood was outstadning). Place was clean, safe, and friendly.
