“Green Wood Getaway” BRANSON COVE - 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom house will certainly exceed your vacation needs. It can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. The "Green Wood Getaway" is a privately owned and managed property and the owners pride themselves in being small business owners of T-Rock Vacation Rentals.
Branson Cove is a luxury neighborhood located less than a ½ mile from the State Park Marina. Along with amazing views of Table Rock Lake, it is close to almost everything in Branson. It is the perfect getaway for lake activities, hiking, biking, golf, Branson Landing, Branson Strip and Silver Dollar City.
The first floor (main) level features a king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 queens, a full kitchen and great room with incredible vaulted ceilings, a fireplace with floor to ceiling stone and a large, covered deck.
KITCHEN
Cook in style with a fully functioning kitchen, to include dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, Granite countertops and a large island provide plenty of surface space to meet your needs.

Right off the kitchen is a large farmhouse dining table. Seating is also be available at the island and a custom kitchen high top table. A highchair for children is also provided.
GREAT ROOM
This is a “great” room for gathering and relaxing. Couches and table in front of the fireplace and a two-chair sitting/reading area are included in this room. Twenty-foot-high vaulted ceilings are the highlight of the open concept living/dining/kitchen area. A 70-inch TV and soundbar is also provided for your entertainment pleasure.
DECK
Walk out onto the large, covered deck running the width of the house, with amazing views of Table Rock Lake. It includes ceiling fans, dining area, sitting area and gas grille.
DOWNSTAIRS
Head downstairs to a second living area, family room, two king bedrooms, a bunk room, laundry and patio.
FAMILY ROOM/BAR
This area includes a fireplace, television, gaming system, sectional couch, coffee table and custom built pub table with four chairs. It also has an additional sink, ice maker, cabinets and granite countertop.
PATIO
Walk through the sliding doors onto the covered patio. Relax in the two hanging egg chairs or enjoy the jetted hot tub. Enjoy the "Fire Table" and Adirondack chairs.
BEDROOMS
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own en-suite bathrooms, with the exception of the two queen room, so your guests can have their own private space. A bench and/or chair will be provided for your convenience as well as having a closet and luggage rack.
You can choose to stay up and read or watch TV as all bedrooms have a nightstand, reading lamp with USB outlet and smart TV. Sleeping in is not an issue either by drawing the room darkening curtains.

This house was beautiful and had so much space and extras! We had 8 adults and 4 kids and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Pete was a great host. Easy check in process, and great communication when we had questions! We hope to return again soon!

The house was perfect for our group. The kids had plenty to do and it was just a short walk from the pool. Pete was an amazing host if we had a question or concern he was quick to respond. This is a place we definitely would like to rent again.

The house was very comfortable, spacious, and homey. We also appreciated every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Our family of eleven, ages 4-93, enjoyed everything that the home had to offer. Grandkids truly enjoyed swimming in the lake and pools.

Our recent trip to Branson, Missouri, was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to the fantastic house we stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was something special.
The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The spacious living areas were perfect for our group, and the comfortable furnishings added a touch of luxury to our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, allowing us to prepare meals and enjoy them together in the charming dining area.
One of the highlights of the house was the outdoor spaces. The two “patios” and provided a wonderful setting for evening gatherings, with plenty of seating and a barbecue grill that we put to good use. The serene surroundings and stunning views added to the overall experience, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The location was also ideal. We were close to all the attractions Branson has to offer, yet the house was situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, providing the best of both worlds. We enjoyed exploring the local sights during the day and returning to our cozy retreat in the evening.
Overall, our stay at this house in Branson exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect home base for a fun-filled and memorable vacation. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Branson.

We were 8 adults and 4 kids under 3 who had a fantastic time at this property! It had plenty of sitting areas, great views, a great yard for games, just overall GREAT space for families!!! We are very experienced Branson travelers and this was one of our favorite VRBO’s.

We had a group of 7, ages 4 - 61. House was fantastic. The information provided regarding the house rules, check in and out requirements, the directions on how to use the furnace, fire pit, hot tub etc. was so helpful and much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen, nice suprise gift in the refrigerator. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great with very comfortable beds. The little ones ( 4 & 6) thought the bunk bed room was super great. the fire pit, hot tub & decks were wonderful. Good location to get around the Branson-Hollister area. Beach towels, bag, and cooler was available for us to use. (never had that before!) Only complaint (beyond anyone's control) was that one of the main reasons we went there was for the indoor pool as that is a vacation requirement for us and the pool was closed for maintenance/cleaning so we were only able to use the pool 1 of our 5 days that we were there. The 1 time we did use it, we thought the pool was wonderful - building was clean, great furniture, bathrooms, and just across the street from our house so super convenient. The kids play ground was a big hit as well. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back if we are in Branson again.

This house is perfect! Indoor pool right out the back door and courts/playground/pool just steps from the front door. The kids stayed busy going back and forth, the adults relaxed on the back patio and back deck. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. We will be back!

We take our children and grandchildren on a vacation every Christmas as our “gift” to them. We have grown to nearly 20 ranging in age from 6 months to almost 50 years old. This house was perfect! We always stay in a rental due to the size of our family and hands down this was the best we’ve had so far. It was VERY clean when we arrived. Trash bin is conveniently located just off the back porch. We had one group stay in another rental nearby because we weren’t sure if we all would all fit comfortably. We all could have fit no problem. Each room having their own bathroom was wonderful! Everyone had plenty of space for their own things without chaos or being on top of each other. This is the best equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. Most have only the bare minimum supplies. Maybe 1-2 toilet paper rolls, 1 roll paper towels, maybe a dish pod, etc. Every bathroom had 3 rolls of toilet paper and there were 3 paper towels. Providing these amenities seems minor, but it decreases the overall cost of your stay and thus makes the cost of the rental even more appealing. This house had a playpen, baby gate for the stairs and high chair which was awesome since we had several babies. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and the big pots/pans were perfect for our large group. There wasn’t a single thing we needed that we didn’t have. No unexpected trips to Walmart for a “necessity”. We rarely repeat a destination, but we will absolutely stay here again!!

The kiddos loved the bunk room and changing lights! We had plenty of sleeping areas. Place was immaculate when we arrived. The indoor pool and spa, fire pit,and playground was a hit. The only suggestion was to supply a hand mixer in kitchen, and more than one wash cloth per bathroom. We relly enjoyed the place, certainly will come back !

Beautiful property, perfect for our girls weekends. The outdoor space was great for morning coffee looking at the lake at the sunrise to evening hot tub with s’mores by the fire. The home was very welcoming with a complete kitchen and special welcome gifts left from the property management.

This home was exactly what our large family of 12 needed! The home was beautiful and had exactly what we needed for our stay. The outdoor spaces were throughly enjoyed by all, especially the the hot tub in the early morning while watching the sunrise.
Pete and Beth are by far the greatest hosts in all of our travels. We contacted them before our trip and they were very quick to respond. They even recommended a couple of restaurants that we throughly enjoyed!

This is a great property, which is conveniently located to whatever is desired. Close to Branson, nearby marina to rent a boat, and walking trails along Table Rock Lake. The property is very new, and the house has a great layout, with all new appliances and amenities. Good BBQ grill, plus gas fire pit were a big plus. Nice swimming pools (indoor and outside) and a playground for the kiddos. We had a very fun family trip to the area, and would definitely return to this place. The owner was also very responsive to whatever needs or questions we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a party of 4 adults and 1 toddler! The space is well thought out for family gatherings at the dining table or around the bar in the kitchen. I especially enjoyed the fact that the surfaces were easy to clean and maintain, were decorated in contemporary lines with area rugs, and the King beds were comfortable! Our grandson could move about freely and had plenty of space as they enjoyed being downstairs, and we slept upstairs. We never heard him as he woke up at night. This home was wonderful to come in to after a day on the lake or from an activity. The outdoor spaces were wonderful as we witnessed the hot tub was emptied and cleaned after each stay. Thank you! There were no odd smells! In fact, it actually smelled wonderful upon arrival...what a nice surprise! All linens were fresh, as were towels. The house is well stocked with appliances and dishes.This home is a short walk to the pool which our grandson loved, especially the "mushroom" waterfalls! Thank you for every detail it takes to open this lovely home up to us! We would definitely rent again. The owner even left us a tasty variety of cheeses and friendly note.Thank you! There was a notebook which included instructions for everything.We also enjoyed the location of the home which is 1/2 mile from the State Park Marina where we rented a "tritoon" boat (I highly recommend for young children). It was a wonderful vacation.We have been in this area 10+ vacations. This home was a favorite!

As soon as we walked into the home we felt very welcomed. Everything was set up so nicely. The view was perfect. Everything was clean and all the amenities were perfect. The pool at the properties was awesome. Just the perfect depth for my grandbabies! They loved the slide. I highly recommend renting this property. God willing, I will be coming back!!

We loved this house and that our group could have private bedrooms and bathrooms for each family. We enjoyed pickle ball, the indoor pool, and the giant dining table for games. Owners responded quickly to all questions. Highly recommend.

This property is all you could ask for and more from booking online to the ease of checking in. The owners were very great to work with & quick to respond to any and all questions/concerns. They also left us a sweet welcome surprise that we enjoyed. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, cozy & spacious. We met my in laws there for our annual trip, so we had ages spanning from 10-70 & the house had something for us all to enjoy. The hot tub & fireplaces were great on the unexpected cold/windy days. Close proximity to boat launches and the overflow parking was great for our truck & trailer. Overall we couldn't have asked for anything better. Highly recommend this property & definitely will stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!!

We loved this house so much! We had family from Indiana and Texas meet in the middle to spend a week together and it was absolutely perfect! Seven kids (15, 15, 13, 11, 7, 5, and 4) and five adults and it never felt cramped. Tons of bathrooms and very nice finishes throughout! Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to feed 12. There was something to do for everyone! The hot tub, indoor pool, pickle ball courts, nearby hikes, games and PlayStation, and beautiful scenery were nothing short of incredible. The owners were awesome and they even left us an amazing little charcuterie/wine welcome gift! I can’t say enough about how great it was! We travel a ton and this was definitely one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. We really hope to come back!

Hands down the best first family experience to Branson . The house was more than expected it was beautiful, clean cozy and very clean . Homeowners were nothing shy of helpful and super kind . The amenity’s were perfect as well !

Beautiful home exactly as pictured and described. We came to Branson to celebrate my mother’s 60th Birthday. There were 11 in our group. This was the perfect location close to everything in Branson. Even though the homes are close together it was very quiet inside the house, the rooms are very well insulated. Plenty of room for our large group, enjoyed us all having our own bathrooms. It rained two of the days we were there but the house had plenty of space for us to enjoy games at the dining table and the bunk room with game station kept our teens occupied. Would definitely recommend this property. The hosts were easy to communicate with, very responsive and accommodating. No complaints from anyone in our group, everyone loved the house and all the extras that came with it.

Eleven members of our family met for My granddaughters wedding which was at The Greenhouse Two Rivers. The house was beautiful.
And the 5 bedrooms. 5.5 baths with two living areas gave us plenty of room. Definitely recommend!
