Welcome to Paradise! This four bedroom/ Two bathroom pool & spa home features a large fenced in yard and oversized lanai area. This home sleeps up to seven guests and offers plenty of gathering space in the spacious living and dining area. Located within 15 minutes to Warm Mineral Springs, Atlanta Braves Spring Training and 30 minutes to Englewood and Venice beaches. I 75 is a short five mile drive to allow access to many of the other attractions beautiful southwest Florida has to offer. This home provides the perfect combination of a private country home while being close to many attractions.

ABSOLUTELY 5+ STARS This was better than described. Great Pool, not far from anything. Clean, cozy! Lots of utensil pots and pans in the kitchen the pool was the best thing. Owner's communication was above excellent!!! Provided extra beach towels. Quiet neighborhood definitely coming back to this rental again. You gotta stay here.

My cousin and I spent a week here in North Port. The house is beautiful, Pool is awesome, Hot Tub is perfect 👌 Quiet neighborhood, easy access to shopping, restaurants and beaches. The hosts were so helpful and responsive to our needs. Thanks to him we say a rocket launch. I feel blessed to have found this listing.

we stayed here the week of our wedding. the house was clean. the weather was cold so the hot tub worked out perfectly. It was only the two of us but this house would have been great for a family.

Nothing fancy, but everything you need and all in working order. Pool and hot tub are great. Host is very responsive. We will be back. Nice location. Quiet neighborhood. Fenced yard a plenty of privacy.

No real issues here, just a few minor hiccups. To start, when we arrived the owners were there as they didn’t expect us until the day after!! Spa was empty, pool kind of dirty and the house was clearly not ready for us. Lynn and Matthew were right on it, resolved the spa issue, refilled our propane, and were very communicating the entire stay. House needs heavy deep clean, beds were uncomfortable and an upgrade in the kitchen (better pots, pans, etc) would make this a much better place. Great hosts, with a little bit of love and investment this place has great potential

The home is absolutely beautiful and at a great location. Home was very clean and super comfy beds and above all felt safe. The whole family loved the pool and hot tub. Owners couldn’t of been more attentive. Even brought us fresh mango from their yard. We will definitely come bk and rent this home again. And have gave the info to numerous friends in North Carolina for their future visits. I clean air B &B in North Carolina and was super impressed with the property, cleanliness, and owners. 10 stars all the way around.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this hidden gem! The home is clean and welcoming, the pool and spa are a great addition! But what really makes this location the one to choose would be the hosts. Lynn was exceptional, communicated clearly and quickly and went out of her way to be a kind host. It is very obvious that Matthew/Lynn genuinely want their vacationers to have a perfect time bc they provide EVERYTHING you could possibly need, beds are amazingly comfy, kitchen had coffee and a welcome watermelon (mhm that's right a whole fruit). We will be back!!!!

It truly felt like an oasis with the beautiful pool and hot tub. The hosts are so friendly and kind, they allowed our 2 dogs who enjoyed the huge fenced In backyard. The house is centrally located to Venice, Punta Gorda, Englewood and Gasparilla Island. The beaches in Venice are great. We are already planning a return trip!

We enjoyed our stay at Rancho Relaxo. It is a very comfortable home with a great layout both inside and outside Everything was there that we needed. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the fenced in yard. It is a peaceful, friendly neighborhood.

We selected this rental for its proximity to other family members. Rancho Relaxo says it all. This home was more that convenient it was the perfect place to bring us together. We had hours of fun in the pool and hot tub. The home was spacious and clean just as photographed. I especially loved the layout of kitchen to dining table to living room with the bar counter feeling. It really allowed us all to be together interacting while doing separate activities. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to communicate. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you!

Matt and Lynn were the best hosts EVER! They were so welcoming from the moment we walked in the door with extra special surprises! They were very attentive to any needs we had from attractions to see to restaurants to visit. The large house had everything we needed to make our visit seem like home. The very private backyard was wonderful with a heated pool and hot tub! Thank you, Matt and Lynn for a wonderful 6 weeks in your home! We would highly recommend it!

Nice quiet location, poolside lanai with fenced yard. Enjoyed the close proximity to local beaches and shopping but with the quiet relaxing neighborhood. Great area to walk or jog and close by trails as well.

Wonderful time celebrating our family Christams at this house. Parents and in-laws were close. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.. Perfect for dog owners. Matt was always available if we had any issues. Great place. Very clean. If your coming to North Port this is a perfect spot. We'll be back.

The property was perfect for our purposes. It's in a quiet safe neighborhood and our dogs loved the fenced in side yard. It's close to Tamiami Trail, lots of golf courses and some great restaurants. Highly recommend Blue Tequila if you are looking for Mexican.
