Immaculate 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath home exquisitely renovated with long water views situated in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Factory Bay on the Marco River, Keewaydin Island, and the Gulf of Mexico. Exceptional boating location with several restaurants minutes away including The Speakeasy, CJ's, Mango's, Jack's Lookout, Dolphin Tiki, and the iconic Snook Inn.

The home boasts a spacious open floor plan remodeled throughout including a new kitchen featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Other features include a 75" 4k TV and tile flooring in the main living areas, huge sliding door wall opening to the beautiful screened-in lanai from the living room with additional sliders from the kitchen, breakfast nook, master and secondary king bedroom which makes the home light and bright.

The lanai boasts a heated swimming pool with a spa, tanning deck, lounge seating with a new 55" 4k TV, and plenty of areas for entertaining, dining, relaxing, and breathtaking water views.

The house is in a great location and located at the end of one of the canals. Easy access to grocery stores, shopping and dining. The house was clean and as advertised. We had 8 adults and there was plenty of space for everyone. Pool setup is great with nice furnishings. Lots of privacy. A great place overall for families and adults.

This was our second time at this house in Marco! Although our week didn’t turned out as planned due to all the rain. We still made the best of it and had a great time. Jeff always goes above and beyond. Great place to stay for families!

This house was perfect for our time in Florida - it had a great layout, we love the location (we could walk to the grocery store, the post office, the Farmer's Market, etc), and the owners were great to work with. We'll be back!

We had a fabulous family reunion. The house was perfect, Marco Island is lovely. We enjoyed the house, the canals, the beach, the nature in southern Florida, wonderful restaurants, and the ability to cook family meals in a kitchen that is meant to be cooked in.

We were in Marco for a wedding and we needed a home to accommodate our family of all ages (21-90). The house was perfect for what we needed! Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the couches were very comfortable and the pool area was perfect to relax in. Jeff was very responsive and easy to work with. Looking forward to our next visit to Marco Island!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s place. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for all 7 of us. Tons of stuff for the beach and pool toys. We didn’t have time enjoy the bikes, but they looked nice and ready to ride. Beds were super comfy too. Jeff was quick to respond to all of our questions. One of our favorites stays of all our trips to Marco!

Really great overall experience! Jeff is a quick communicator. This was our 2nd time to Marco Island and the house location is perfect. We loved the spa and fished off the dock! I'm very picky about beds and these were the most comfortable I've ever had in a rental. The house was very clean and everything was just as pictured. Loved the view of the canal. Would highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! The house had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and make drinks! There were tons of toys for the pool that the kids enjoyed. They had a huge selection of beach gear that made our trip to the beach easy. Jeff was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had an amazing week at this house!

Upon entering Jeff’s beautiful home we were greeted with a basket of goodies including paper goods, coffee, some small bottles of cleaning supplies, etc. The house was very clean and neat and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The pool was a nice size and the house has a hot tub which is a plus. The indoor livingroom has large glass sliding doors which leads to a beautiful outdoor patio in the lanai creating an indoor/outdoor hangout area perfect for our family. We had the best time and Jeff was always so responsive to our needs. We will definitely be coming back!

This was our second time back at Marco and Jeff's house this year. Jeff is an incredible host! He is so accommodating and responsive to any questions you may have. The home is perfect for our family and just as described. We swam in the pool, hot tubed, cooked great dinners in the fully stocked kitchen, and even caught fish off the dock for dinner. The location is perfect and has easy access to everything from a short drive to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We walked around the neighborhood daily and even used the bikes provided. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Marco. Thanks, Jeff for another outstanding family week at your home.

We were extremely happy with this property. Jeff was great to communicate with. We have never stayed at a place that came with so many amenities for all age levels. The house was very clean and the floorplan was perfect. Everything you want to see on Marco is very close. Jeff aloud us to park a pontoon on his dock that we rented for the week. Our family will never forget this trip. Thank you Jeff!

From start to finish renting this beautiful home was a breeze! The owner was friendly, quick to respond to all questions and helpful. The home itself was perfect! The 4th bedroom was actually up a level with a bathroom. This gave our older boys a bit of independence and privacy. The open layout was great for two families and the hot tub was a welcome surprise. Sometimes listings say there is a hot tub but it is actually a spa (this one had jets & extra heat). I HIGHLY recommend this home to everyone!

We just spent a few weeks at this home in Marco - and we loved it. Jeff is great with communication for any problems, the home is well set up, and the location is great. No real boat traffic to enjoy, but the view on the canal is relaxing. We love Marco Island in the winter!

This is a wonderful property, just as described on the listing. It appears to have recently been updated, all fresh and very clean. The owners are great and have provided everything you need for a Marco Island vacation. We used the pool and hot tub daily and they had lots of water toys already on site. The bikes were a nice touch for riding around the quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed kayaking in the channels. We were there during a cool winter week and Jeff was very responsive in helping us with the pool and hot tub to get the heat working right. All in all a great place to stay and spend time with the family.

The house was terrific. Pictures very accurate. The screened in patio/pool/hot tub is amazing. Spent most of out time out there. Host was very responsive. One thing to note is that one of the king BR is upstairs which is essentially the attic and it can get hot upstairs. Made use of the bikes and kayaks. The spa was a great way to end the day.

Our stay on Marco Island was perfect. The house was exactly as we imagined. Really comfortable and clean home with lots of extras, including bicycles, kayaks, and beach accessories. We were drawn to the lanai and spent much of our time there. The pool was refreshing and the spa was a great way to end each day. Jeff was a terrific host. Communication was great with quick responses to any questions. Would absolutely recommend this home and would choose to stay again when we visit the island.
