Living room includes two couches one with pull out sleeper and 55 inch flat screen mounted to mall. Fresh painted front porch and new Weber grill on back deck.

Point Sebago Resort amenities include access to marina, playground area, laundry facilities, business center, restaurant and snack bar, finishing, general store, beach volleyball, horseshoes, tennis courts, sandy beach, covered pavilion area, banquet room, basketball court, daily entertainment and golf course.
