This well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront condo comes fully furnished with custom made furniture through-out! It is fully set-up with everything you need to make your stay in Jaco a memorable one.
Our unit is located on the second floor of The Palms, a 10-story condo complex located on the quieter north end of Jacó beach, Enjoy gorgeous sunsets and ocean views from your large private covered outdoor room which has ceiling fans, a table and sofa and chairs for dining and relaxing.
This spacious, 1500 square foot condo strikes a good balance between modern and tropical themes. Have a cozy night in, with a home-cooked meal thanks to the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, all necessary cookware, plenty of counter space and a large breakfast bar with seating. An outdoor grill is also available. Or, you can walk the 15 minutes to the center of town where you will find numerous shops, great restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets, and banks. You can also grab a taxi into town for about $3. You can also walk the beach route into town and stop at a few of the beach bars along the way!
Four guests can comfortably stay in this home's two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized Costa Rican bedroom set, an ensuite bathroom and balcony access. There is another custom-made Costa Rican king-sized bed in the large second bedroom, with access to the main bathroom across the hall.
The Palms has an oceanfront pool with lounge chairs and as Palms guests you will have full access to the Crocs resort pool located directly beside the Palms. Through a side gate you can enter the Crocs property to take advantage of the huge pool, pool side tables and loungers and pool side drink service. There is also an outdoor restaurant, coffee shop, and 2 other full-service restaurants in addition to the casino and sports bar.
Jacó's bars, restaurants, and shopping await on the coast to the south, with sights like Playa Hermosa to change up the scenery. Herradura, along with sailing and golfing, is six miles to the north. Meanwhile, there's plenty of adventure to try in nearby rainforests, with horseback riding, safari tours, zip-lining, surfing and much, much more!

Wow! Condo met all of our needs and then some! We enjoyed our visit so much! Host was very responsive and gave great suggestions. We appreciated having access to the concierge services thru Dream Makers. Every adventure we booked had a great guide which added to the enjoyment. We will definitely be back to Costa Rica. We had such a great time during our stay! The condo was more than we could imagine! The condo is right off the beach in a nice quiet area but also a quick walk or taxi downtown. There are restaurants close within walking distance along with a CrossFit! The condo had absolutely everything we needed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Wi-fi and air conditioner worked great! The balcony view was amazing and relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Jaco!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was wonderfully decorated and immaculate. We appreciated being able to book it at relatively short notice. Having easy access to the amenities….pool & restaurants….at the Croc’s hotel & casino next door was a plus as well.

The moment we stepped into the condo, we were amazed. It's nicer than our house! It's stocked with everything you need and then some for a comfortable stay. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The management team is outstanding and ready to help you with anything you might need to make your trip even better. The condo location is perfect! Great beach just steps from the condo and walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. Great food everywhere, we didn't have one bad meal! Moat excursions will pick you up from the condo or nearby in town. We went hoseback riding, ATVing, sport fishing, rappelling down a waterfall, ziplining, hiking and boogie boarding. There are endless activities in this country! We felt completely safe our entire trip. We weren't out late at night in town though so I can't realy speak to the safety of the night life. We used American dollars or our credit card everywhere and never needed any colones. We even asked the cab drivers what they preferred and they said it honestly didn't matter to them, cash is cash. We found Uber to be super easy to use with the app and cheaper than the red taxis. Some red taxis charged us $5 for a ride to the grocery store when Uber only cost just over $2. They say that taxi drivers are not happy that Uber is taking over but then they go and charge more. They should be matching Uber prices if they want to compete.

The Palms, and especially unit 202 is a calming, beautiful place. The waves can be heard crashing all night and lull you to sleep. The beachfront location is stunning and convenient. We took the beach chairs from our unit out in the evening to watch the sunset, horses, surfers, dogs and people. The condo is clean, beautiful and has everything you need including beach towels. It was safe and secure at all times. Management was super helpful. We spent our days by the pool at Crocs where we ordered food and drinks to our chaise lounges. Exploring Jaco for dinner kept our evenings busy. Zip lining, crocodile tours, and the gondola ride were great adventures. You will not run out of things to do.

This place was 5 star. Had everything we could have needed. Kitchen well stocked with spices etc. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas all available to us. On quieter end of beach but town close by with Uber available. I would highly recommend a stay here if in Jaco. Jeff was in touch and a wonderful host. Use Costa Rica Dream Makers for all tours. They were amazing and helped with everything.

The apartment is impeccable. Everything is super clean and works. The building has its own lovely pool and as.a guest booked here at The Palms #202 you have access to the fabulous pool at the casino immediately adjacent. The king size beds and linen are a dream. I’d like to keep this property MY SECRET but at the same time I want others to have the fantastic experience that I had . The security team is top notch in following proper protocol. This is a very safe property. The company that handles and helps you during your stay , Dream Makers, is there for you for any possible question as is the owner, Jeff Nolan, available and prompt to reply every time. There is a local fish restaurant 5 minutes walk on the beach and the beach has a nice wood floor walkway. Taxis come within minutes of your request and are about $3 to get to town only a few minutes drive. You’ll be happy here. Huge sliding windows to the giant outdoor sheltered furnished area

The rental process was smooth. Communication with owner was easy and very responsive to our questions and referrals for all our transportation needs. Condo was well equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals and play at the beach and pool! Nice bonus being able to go to Crocs resort for the pool and restaurants!! Overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again!!!

What a great experience! One of the few places right on the beach with private access. We walked every morning and watched the new year’s fireworks right from the balcony! This was our first time in Costa Rica. Jeff reached out right after booking and the concierge was very helpful answering questions and checking in on us during our drive from San Jose to the condo. Secure parking and everyone was very helpful.

Booked room as a last min accommodation which the property manager was super responsive to. The Palms resort has a great ocean front location just down the street from downtown Jaco and at the corner of the beach for great views and great pics. All staff were terrific and helpful. Being able to use the facilities next door at Crocs Resort was nice as well. Nothing to say bad about this stay if you’re trying to be in Jaco for a getaway.

Condo on the beach with balcony with ocean views. Connected to the Croc's resort so you can use their pool and amenities as well. You have the beach, pools and a short walk into town for all the shops and restaurants. I loved it and will be back
