This house was everything we wanted and more! The kitchen was well stocked with any utensil or cooking tool you could possibly need. We had plenty of room to spread out or to be in the same space. The hot tub came in clutch for some nights hovering around 40 degrees, and we loved the pool table and rooftop lookout. We would definitely come back and stay here again when the weather is a little nicer.

This house is literally walking distance to the only main supermarket, Food Lion, around, which is SUPER convenient. The house had plenty of space to spread out for both families, having multiple master bedrooms was extra nice.
Yes, the house is in need of an upgrade, but being on the beach, houses do weather faster than that inland. People need to keep that in mind when renting a beach house as the upkeep is much more extensive. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of supplies to help us prepare meals, the couches were comfy, and everything worked as expected. Overall though, we all had a great stay and we would certainly return again.

The house needs updates. Dining room table needs to be resurfaced! Exterior needs work. Several bathroom faucets need updating. Frying pans need replacement. Local cable service vs Roku would be good for older folks. Fortunately kids had Netflix, Hulu, xfinity and u-tube tv accounts. The space and layout of house was nice. Plenty of space for 10 person capacity of house. Gas fireplace nice amenity. View of sunset and sound from upper deck was awesome. With updates would stay at this house again.

Quiet neighborhood and house has plenty of room. Enough dishes, silverware and pans to cook for an army without having to wash any. Fun to see deer in the yard too.

Had a wonderful time at Spritsail #22-11! The hot tub was wonderful but bring some mosquito repellant if there's no breeze as this home is located close to wet ground from the sound. I definitely wish time & work would have allowed for a longer stay.

Nice home. Very conveniently located. We enjoyed the pool area the most.

Nice location. A bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Not as crowded as the areas up north. House was nice but could have been a little cleaner. Enjoyed the pool area. Had an issue with the lights in the pool area but was addressed in a timely manner.

Needs updates
During our recent stay it was very rainy and we were forced to spend a lot of time indoors. Our trip started with an email stating that our house would not be ready until 630pm. We were waiting outside as it was being cleaned. Upon entering the home the kitchen floor was dirty and needed scrubed. After the first day there were multiple vacuums that did not work and smelt terrible. There was a lot of deck space but limited seating. The home has alot of potential but really needs a face-lift and an update of furniture and kitchen supplies.

Wonderful experience
The house is as advertised. The layout is great. The pool is amazing. It’s a short drive or bike ride to the beach. Location is near several restaurants and shops.

Great stay at Spritsail
Nice spacious house! Loved the pool and the huge driveway for playing. Nice to be in a culdesac so the kids could ride bikes with little to no traffic.

Great house! Just not cleaned well...
A bunch of us just stayed at this house for a little over a week! The house is great -- every couple/person had their own room and bathroom, and we spent the most time at the pool/hot tub! The little tiki bar area and having a beverage fridge on the first floor are genius ideas! The kitchen was good, but can be a bit tight if you've got multiple people cooking at once. The only two complaints we had about the house: a) the house is about 20 years old, and is starting to show its age. Once the owners put some TLC into the house, it'll look great again! b) The house was not cleaned at all. The floors were not swept, there was literally throw-up caked on the bathroom walls, used soap with hairs on them in all the bathrooms, crumbs on the tablecloth, and (relatively fresh) blueberries underneath the couches. I did call Vacasa and reported it on our second day, and they were great to work with, and hopefully the house will get the deep clean that it truly needs. Definitely recommend to rent towels and bring your own kitchen supplies. Otherwise, great house!!

just what we needed
Our big group loved this house! The living room area was big enough for everyone to relax in (very comfy couches!) and the sunroom and outdoor areas were awesome. I would definitely return to this house in the future. Also, the kitchen is a good size and the king size beds were a huge plus!
