You name it, it's here! 3 Flat screen TV's, DVD, BluRay, Wi-Fi, cable, 3 minute walk to the beach and Pompano Joes, 5 minute drive to the outlet mall. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. Fully stocked kitchen. 2 pools, one is heated. This condo overlooks one of the pools. This condo complex has beautiful landscaping and is located in a nice quiet complex.

It took 4 hours to get a hold of the host who finally sent the cleaning crew to come and clean. It was rushed and not to our satisfaction. The host said it wasn’t his fault the cleaners didn’t come, he was mad at us for asking him to clean, I just figured since we drove almost 6 hours the condo would be clean. He just didn’t care.. I have the pictures of when we got there, no ice , truly was a terrible experience. I know things happen but he was so rude for no reason..

For the short amount of time we were there, the place met all of our needs!! The location was great! The pool was nice and clean and it was pretty quiet and people were respectful!!

The property is in a good location and is quiet. Is is close enough to the beach to walk there and I recommend you do this. The parking at the beach is always full. The parking at the condo is very tight so be careful coming and going.
While we were there the dishwasher water line began to leak. The dishwasher was brand new but it was not secured and not usable until the issue with the water leak came about. The issue was fixed and the dishwasher works fine. Overall our stay was ok.

This place is a great bang for your buck! You won't find any place to stay nearby at a similar price. Everything was reasonable. Recommended.

The property itself, was clean and well maintained, the pool was nice and the property was in a great location, walking distance to the beach. However, the condo itself was a huge disappointment. It did not look anything like the pictures that are posted on VRBO. Either the condo was staged for the pictures or the pictures are quite old. A lot of the furniture, rugs and decorations that are in the photos were missing or different and the furniture that was in there was old, dirty, uncomfortable or broken.
There was black mold all over the front door, we couldn't change the channels or control the volume on the TV because the remote controls we had did go with the TV. Several of the blinds were broken or missing slats. The patio furniture was in very poor condition and one chair was broken. The kitchen counter was crumbling, the microwave had a funky smell when you used it and the ice maker didn't work. In the master, the bed was extremely hard and the sheets were like sandpaper. Also, there were black spots all over the bedsheets, it was so gross. Finally, halfway through our stay, the dryer broke so we couldn't wash anything because we couldn't dry them. Maintenance did come and gave us a new remote and cleaned the front door but that was it. After our stay, we reached out to the owner and requested a partial refund because of the huge misrepresentation of the condo and he never responded back to us. We don't want anyone else to have as disappointing a stay as we did.

We went two days without tv and then tried using the dishwasher it was broke and I contacted the guy the day we got there about the tv and then again the following day about the dishwasher and someone came out then it was the day after before it was fixed other than that it was good

Kids loved the bunk beds which were similar to theirs at home. Very close to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shops. Good A/C and water pressure. Cabinets stocked with pots, pans, and baking sheets made it easy to stay in. Very clean pool. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was amazing! Tons of kitchen items. 5 minute walk to the beach. Quite area. Pool was nice. Great shopping near by. Loved our stay and will stay again next summer.

Overall not a bad place. Could use a little updating. Beds are some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever used. Bottom bunk was the best as i tried them all bc my back hurt so bad. Bring extra toliet paper if staying more than a few days. Walk seemed little long. Not horrible but kind of hard with 2 little girls and a wagon. Not a bad place on a budget. But I will find something that fits our needs more next year.

This property was just OK. There was zero communication with the owner. A message prior to checking in explaining how to actually get to our unit number would have be nice. Instead we drove around for 10min and using our phones trying to figure out how to access the unit without driving on the one way road. The furniture was not as picky and what was there is extremely uncomfortable. The couch is completely sunk in, the bed and pillows are awful in the master. The location is great and the area is safe,but the upkeep of this unit is not good. Broken drawers, very old appliances, not much kitchen items, and no beach items as the description lists. We didn't bring chairs or anything for the beach as it listed the unit had these items.. all that was there is a small basket of sand toys. Come prepared with your own items such as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels ect. Most places I've stayed always leave a few extra of these items for guests...not this place. Overall this experience was just good. I could see in other units while in the pool and it's obvious that other units are much better cared for so that and lack of communication from the owner would probably cause us to not book here again.

Great location! Tried contacting the property manager/ owner upon arrival because I couldn’t figure out how to open the door, but I never got a response. We finally figured it out. Condo was very clean and close to the beach and other shops. Would definitely stay again.

Family Graduation Trip
We were there to celebrate my son’s graduation from high school. Everything was PERFECT!! He now wants to buy his own condo there to live. A grand time was had by all. We will defiantly be back! THANKS YOU!!😁

Just the right place
Amazing location that is far enough away from the hustle of the beach and main highway. Still walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and well decorated condo. Communication was very easy and Shaun was responsive within minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Wonderful Experience
I stayed here with my spouse and 20month old son. We absolutely loved the location short walk to beach maybe 5min - easy with cart - public beach access is right next to pompano joes parking is also there as well. The complex is quiet and well maintained. Everything was clean, appreciated the starters of soap/dishwasher soap/paper towels/toilet paper/etc. Owner left some beach toys and beach chairs as well. Good supply of kitchen items and utensils. This unit is right next to the heated pool which was nice during our cooler stay. Good communication with owner, nonissues with wifi. As others have mentioned the master bedroom bed isn’t the most comfortable and some updated blackout curtains in living room area (instead of slat blinds) for more privacy would be a good addition/update, but otherwise a wonderful stay and we would stay here again!

First VRBO rental…Perfect!
My sons and I rented this property for spring break 2022. It was my first trip with them as a single mom and I am so glad this is what we chose. The property felt so safe. We loved the short walk to the beach, the pool, the beach chairs/toys and especially the kitchen/washer/dryer! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

The condo is walkable to the beach but after the first day we decided to rent a golf cart from the number on the fridge. Best decision we made all weekend. Having two kids and so much stuff to take to the beach it was definitely way more enjoyable than the walk and lugging two kids and all their stuff. As a matter of fact, once we rented the golf cart we never touched our car again until the end of our stay. The location of the condo was where we could drive the cart to multiple restaurants for dinner, shops and ice cream. The privacy and quietnesses of the neighborhood was great. Would stay here again!

Great location for Fishing and the beach.
We had a great time in Destin fishing, at the beach, and exploring the area. It is so nice to get back to the place you are staying and have it be as close to home like comforts as possible. Pleasant and homey in a great location.
The property was well maintained and clean. The second level location gave a great view of the grounds and the pool. Because it is a couple of blocks off the beach the noise level is low. While there is no dining room table, that was not a problem for the two of us..

We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean overall except for some dishes that had dried food on them. The king bed wasn’t the best either, BUT I truly enjoyed this spot no doubt. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, the pool was great and very clean, good communication with the hosts, very quiet area.
