STUNNING VIEWS FROM THE HEART OF MALIBU
From every window of this sprawling, Spanish-style hacienda perched on
a bluff high above Malibu there are spectacular vistas of sun, sea and sky. Dining on the deck at night you can see along the coast to the sparkling lights of Santa Monica. By day, you'll look 26 miles across the sea to Catalina Island. Below you, just a few minutes away, are Malibu's best restaurants, shops and beaches.
You enter our four bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home through tall antique doors that open onto a flight of steps that take you to the living room, which is dominated by a breathtaking panoramic view of the Pacific. The house is decorated with furnishings that are exquisite as well as comfortable.
Other amenities include a well-appointed chef's kitchen with a Viking stove, four ovens, and windows that open to an outdoor dining area, which has a second kitchen as well. There's plenty of parking, a pool and spa.
The grounds are spacious and inviting. There's a meditation garden. There are grassy spots for children to play, many outdoor seating areas for following the sun or the shade, and fresh fruit on the trees, yours to enjoy.
The master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed, a cozy sitting area, and French doors that lead to a large deck with the best view in the house. There's a comfortable outdoor bed for lounging, napping and reading. (We have a library of bestsellers at your disposal.) There is a huge master bath with double sinks, separate shower and tub, and a private balcony as well.
The other three bedrooms all have queen beds. Two of them share a Jack and Jill bath that has a shower with a view all its own. The fourth bedroom has views of the ocean and the mountains and its own en suite bath. All the bedrooms have Internet, smart televisions and streaming services. And there's a study, with a couch that converts to a queen size bed. Due to the unique design of the house. two families can stay with equal privacy. For more space there is another 750 square foot apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bath and balcony that can be rented for an additional $450. This house turned out to be more than perfect for our family reunion. The accommodations were remarkable and the abundant space gave us plenty of opportunity to be together and to visit quietly The house is incredibly well equipped. Both the inside and outside areas are perfect. The hosts are amazing and we all left with wishes that we can return again next year.

Return visit to this wonderful Malibu estate. Beautiful home just seconds from the PCH. The pics do not do this property justice. Million dollar view of the ocean, and at night the Santa Monica pier can be seen. Two of the nicest, sweetest owners that I have interacted with. Every detail has been covered. If you're looking to stay in Malibu, you won't find better.

We’ve been coming to Malibu for years and we’ve stayed in a number of properties. This is by far our favorite for a family. The home is spacious, wonderfully and comfortably decorated. The pool is perfect. Each bedroom is comfortable and quiet. The VIEW is incredible. And… fresh picked limes and lemons make for the best evening cocktails. You will not be disappointed.

STUNNING!!
A beautiful property with even better views. The pictures do not do justice to the property. A wonderful retreat. The owners met every need, and then some. We took advantage of a private chef recommended by the owners for an elegant private dinner in the home.

The listing and photos do not do this house justice!! It was so beautiful. Our family (8 adults and a 7 year old) stayed here while in town for a wedding close by. Amazing amenities, stocked kitchen, so clean, beautiful views. Owners left all instructions clear and we had no problems with anything. Loved the little extras like the swing, the gorgeous plants everywhere, the extra fridge for beverages, tons of beach towels, pool toys, the fruit trees, and the outdoor bed off the master bedroom, just to name a few!! Close to great shopping and restaurants and a very easy drive from the LAX airport was a plus. We are planning on coming back in the future for a longer stay when we don’t have to leave the house, because we didn’t want to!!

This was a wonderful property and had beautiful views! The house was very spacious and everything we needed with a pool and hot tub. Perfect for a getaway and close proximity to great restaurants and beaches! If you are renting a house in Malibu, this is the place to be but make sure you rent a car!. Uber's and Lyft's are pretty difficult to come by.

Spent the week here with my wife and kids. The home is truly amazing with a great location, great views, and amazing art! We felt at home the entire time.

The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular! I wish the owner was a bit more professional though, as our interaction with her tainted an otherwise wonderful weekend. The weekend started with her texting me a message about previous occupant who ended up throwing a 200 person party at her listing. She made the terms of the stay very clear and we were always ok with that as our group was 4 couples reuniting for the first time in years. The house feels very lived in and the internet and dishwasher were not working throughout the weekend, so we had to wash our dishes by hand which was annoying but not the worst. After checkout I received yet another nasty message from the owner accusing our group of “hacking” their security system, breaking their dishwasher, and using too many towels… as great of a party venue this house is, we have kids and are couldn’t hack a Nokia phone let alone a security system.
I think this owner is a bit traumatized from her previous guests who threw the giant party and is now super anxious.
Again beautiful house, and if you are ok with dealing with an overbearing property manager, this place is for you…as for us.. we are too old to be having to deal with a property manager texting every other hour and inserting herself into our vacation.

Peaceful Sanctuary in Malibu
This Villa tucked into the hills of Malibu, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, was unforgettable! The home has so much soul and personality. You'll feel a connection to the area immediately. Jaime and her Family were such kind and warm hosts. They wanted us to feel at home and helped us with a handful of questions as well as recommending everything from hikes to restaurant recs. My only issue is that I'm not still there. Thanks Jaime and Suzie!

Absolutely amazing!!
We have been traveling across the country and staying in rental homes for 5 months during the pandemic... this was hands down our absolute favorite! The house is gorgeous and has all of the real comforts of “home”. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, including so many little touches to make our stay extra special! The pool and view are amazing, the kitchen is perfect and well stocked, beautiful furnishings and comfy beds, great WiFi for virtual school and work. Perfect location. I could go on and on. We are dreaming of our return!! Thank you so very much for opening your beautiful home to us!!
