Relaxare într-un loc superb în inima pădurii.

Priveliște superbă din camere. Curățenie , bucătărie complet utilată să nu fii nevoit să ieși din cabană pentru mai multe zile.

Great experience with lovely escape to nature

The view, the host - Cosmina and Rudika were tremendous! The cabin is well organized and equipped!!! Hosts helped and assisted us in anything we asked!

Far from city center, road to there is bumpy.

You have a breathtaking view and extreme comfort, both from inside the cabin. You wake up with the best possible sight.

Stylish scandinavian, minimalist design, yet extremely cosy, in a pristine landscape, surrounded by sunshine and sunset

All amenities in house, plus an extra kaseboo, top notch barbecue with a panoramic view. On top of all, the tschuber/hot tub, accomodating up to 8 people and having late night jazzy funky disco party. Traditional local balmos, tsuică fantastic and overall, an extrordinary Transylvanian experience. Loved it. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

The chalet has an exceptional view of the surrounding mountains and villages, which is highlighted from many spots on the property. It is located close to Cluj, within 1 hour driving distance, and there are many attractions nearby, if you like hiking, watersports and the outdoors. Taking a hot bath in ciubar after sunset, while stargazing, adds a romantic touch to close the day. The host arranged for an exquisite local meal to be delivered on the house, with foraged porcini mushrooms, pork and balmos (a local polenta made with a sheep's milk byproduct). A delight!

The barbecue and dining pavilion is thoughtfully placed to take advantage of the view, and given the overall attention to detail, I wish there was a way to avoid the scorching sun at dinnertime. This is if you wish to have dinner 5 to 8 pm in August, as I realized other times of the year the area is shaded. Perhaps a curtain might help, or a retractable awning.

We had the best time at this cabin

The cabin is super well thought to the smallest detail that might be necessary (towels, lots of utensils in the kitchen, grill, etc), even if tge design is Scandinavian (minimalist). We had everything we needed, nothing was missing even if we were on top of the world 🌎 The owners are amazing hosts. We got even complimentary salmon soup one evening - which was delicious! We felt so, so spoiled. We loved the ‘ciubar’ (wood jacuzzi) we used it every day and also during last night. The sky and stars were… amazing to stare at during the nights. This location is simply amazing and we would definitely come again.

Everything was top notch. Some mosquito/ bug nets could be added in the future for the urban customers. 😇

Magic Berg

Really cozy chalet with great view and cool design. Our weekend at Berg Cabin started with a powerful snow that made our road difficult. So I would strongly suggest to have chains for the tires just in case... Because our cars were not well equipped for such a weather and road, the owner was really really helpful and he came after us. He did not leave until he was sure that everyone arrived well. Once we arrived at the chalet, it was like in a fairytale. Everything is sparkling clean and the attention to details made our stay perfect. Lady Dorina (that lives few minutes away) was so nice to us and she cooked for us an amazing “balmos” and a delicious mushroom meal. The pancakes were the cherry on top, and all the children (small and older:) were happy for this dessert. We’ve had 2 amazing and relaxing days thanks to this place. If you would like to see how heaven feels, I would strongly recommend this place. Thanks again and good luck to the owners to keep this place at it’s highest standards!
