On the beachside of Port Elliot, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house has just been given a big makeover! A short walk to the beach or to the hustle and bustle of the thriving town of Port Elliot, this property is in an ideal location for your next holiday.
Some of the great features include a lovely coastal-style living area with a big screen TV, an updated kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, two sparkling new bathrooms with rain showers and heaters, new built-in laundry, split system AC, and DC ceiling fans, fully enclosed back yard with big, grassed area for kids and dogs, large brand-new covered deck area with gas BBQ and timber floors throughout.
The decor has a stylish coastal feel – with tempered blues and greys and a hint of lush green. The landscaped front and back yard are a mecca for birds – it’s a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the sunset and the chattering feathered critters such as New Holland Honeyeaters.
For entertainment and convenience, there is NBN WiFi and a Playstation gaming console.
Bedding Configuration (sleeps 6):
Main bedroom - Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Second bedroom - Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
Third bedroom - 2 x Single Beds (sleeps 2)
The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels and tea towels are all supplied.
The big backyard is fully fenced and gated with 1.8m high steel. There is a big lawn area and plenty of shade. Your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside.
There is a long driveway for off-street parking of cars and boats. The garage is not available for guest use.
Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $22 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $44 for 1 night.
Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200

We Stayed for 1 week during the winter school holidays and had the best time. Location is perfect, short walk to the shops and beach. House is well appointed, everything was clean and lovely and our kids had a great time. There's so much to do in Pt Elliot! Thanks for having us!

We had a great time here. The place was perfect for my partner and I and our two small dogs. The dogs loved the backyard and the property had everything we needed, and was so close to everything. Would definitely stay again in future!

Very clean, well presented property in a great location close to the beach, dog park and reserve. House had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Communication with property agent was excellent. Wine and chocolate was a lovely touch.

Enjoyed our stay, dog loved the backyard and we enjoyed taking her for walks to horseshoe bay and the oval.
Steps both back and front quite steep so difficult to negotiate🤔

We loved our little get away to Pt Elliot. The house was in a great location to the main street and cafes so we could walk with our pram. Our dog loved the massive backyard. The house was super cute and really beautifully furnished. It was a very freezing inside but once the heaters had a chance to fire up it helped.
Overall we loved the stay and would like to stay again.

Great holiday house for a family getaway
This property is styled as a modern beach house and was even nicer than the photos! The backyard is large with tall fences with each of the neighbouring properties - the entry gate though is comparatively low which might pose an issue for bigger dogs with the tendency to escape.
The bedrooms and living areas are spacious and the oven and stove top good quality. The back patio is elevated above the backyard which is lovely to sit out on and have a drink but there is no railing on the patio so it is less suited to having infants crawling about.
It is about a 15 minute walk to Horseshoe Bay and only 10 minutes to the main street. It is a quiet neighbourhood with room for 2 cars on the property and plenty of additional street parking.
Overall, we had an excellent stay. Hopefully this review helps you decide!

A most enjoyable stay
An attractive and well presented property, sparkly clean, well equipped with modern appliances. The large garden is pet-secure and our small dog had a great time chasing butterflies. The welcome gift of wine and chocolate was much appreciated. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Most enjoyable!

Amazing house and location
Gorgeously refurbished house only a short walk to Port Elliot shops and cafe and beautiful Horseshoe Bay. Great garden for doggies fully enclosed. Lovely treats of wine and chocs on arrival and super clean and comfortable home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable. Generous supplies, including coffee pods in kitchen, were appreciated, as was Netflix and cooling (very hot outside). Tasteful renos. Loved the polished floorboards and decor! Could do with blockout curtains or outside blind on the main bedroom window. Direct (hot) sunlight in the morning.

Weekend getaway
Great location for a visit to Port Elliot. Walking distance to beaches and town centre or short drive. Very clean and just like home so everything you need is there already. Beds were comfy and the wine and chocolate on arrival were a nice touch!
