The Space:
Imagine yourself sipping hot coffee on this balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Coeur d Alene and watching the sunrise through the trees. The quiet little community of Cave Bay offers a unique getaway with almost no traffic, leave the hustle and bustle behind as you let your cares unwind.
Bring your friends and family together to Woodland Escape. This home has everything you`re looking for on your lake vacation in Coeur d`Alene. The top floor has an open layout and the large picture windows bring the outdoors inside where you can comfortably enjoy them in any weather. A large upper deck has seating for the whole family and a grill for homemade burgers or steaks.

To your right is the kitchen, filled with natural light and plenty of space to create your favorite dishes. A beautiful hardwood table and seating for 6 waits nearby for the rest of your group to cheer you on. Just an earshot away in the living room, a comfortable couch and recliner sit modestly by and the 42" flat screen is Roku ready to stream your favorite shows.

Around the corner is the master bedroom. A king bed takes center stage and this room offers plenty of closet space and direct access to the upstairs bathroom. There are two entrances for this bathroom, easy for anyone to find, it features a dual vanity and a standing shower.

Before descending down the stairs the last upper bedroom is to the right, complete with a queen bed and personal closet. Continue your journey downstairs, this extra-large, daylight room is perfect for kids, teens, or a close group of friends. A queen over queen bunk bed offers plenty of room, and the single queen is an added bonus. Also in this room is another 42" flat screen Smart TV to keep the kids entertained or gather around for a family movie! The second bathroom is found downstairs, the large room will make it easy slipping into your suit or rinsing off in the tub/shower combo after a dip in the lake. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently tucked away in the corner.

Continue your adventure outside and only a quick car ride away to the community beach. This long stretch of grass features a variety of opportunities for family activities, including a kids swim area, sandbox, and picnic tables. Further down you`ll find your dedicated dock slip amongst the community docks to park your favorite water toys.

This home will have your family and friends gathered together for fun and relaxation your entire stay. You`ll find something new to explore everyday or travel into town just 30 minutes North for shopping and dining. The Casino is just 15 minutes away for a luxurious spa day, a quick round of cards, 18-holes on the golf green, or a night out for dinner and drinks!

The coveted Cave Bay neighborhood is wonderful because it overlooks Lake Coeur d`Alene and has a terrific, family-friendly private community beach and park within walking distance. There are National Parks nearby, bike trails and within a fairly short drive is the Coeur d`Alene Casino with restaurants, a spa and golf.

This home also has access to a private slip in the Cave Bay community dock. Perfect location for a lake vacation!

Getting Around:
You can walk within the neighborhood and to the community waterfront, but will need a car to pick up supplies and visit any attractions or stores. The closest airport is Spokane International Airport (GEG).

Our second time back in the area. House was clean and well appointed, and the view is spectacular from the deck!

The house was very clean and everything was newly remodeled but was very sterile feeling and not very homey. The only issues we had were with neighboring properties having work done starting at 7:00am each day and working until after 9:00pm. Very loud blowers and construction equipment with stinky diesel fumes very close by and although it wasn't the fault of this property we were told those were the community noise ordinace rules so this was ok.The view was great but not for long as the neighbor below this house is starting construction on a house which will block most of the view from this house he told us.

This home has incredible views of Lake Coeur d’Alene and Cave Bay. The community marina and dock are the perfect way to cool off from the summer heat. The home’s sleeping arrangements are on the east end of the home to offer maximum protection from that early morning Inland Northwest sun. The huge covered balcony was a family favorite for meals or enjoying the evening talking about our time on the lake. We hope to return again.

We absolutely love this neighborhood. The home is perfectly located and offers stunning views of the lake. It comes with all the amenities you’d expect to see. Our only criticism is the internet speeds vary, so keep that in mind if working remotely on video calls. Also, the beds are nice and fully equipped but the mattresses and pillows could be more comfortable. We would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay at the lake!

Our family stayed here after attending my youngest sons graduation from WSU. The property is beautiful and the location lovely and quiet. Plenty of room and we had a great time!

6 adults stayed here (my spouse/myself, my sibling/their spouse, our parents) and the house was pretty great. 2 bedrooms upstairs + 1 bathroom, and a bonus room downstairs with 3 queen beds (2 are bunkbeds) and another bathroom. The house was clean, had beautiful views, everything worked well. Plenty of clean towels were out for us to use. The only downside was it was 90+ degrees (which I'm sure is the case most of the summer) and the house doesn't have AC, so the upstairs is pretty hot during the day, and there are no curtains upstairs to block the sun. With all the windows/fans it cools down at night enough to sleep, though. The downstairs was nice and cool the entire time! Couple of suggestions I'd make: - provide more wash cloths. we ran out and could have used several more - the lid to the trash can doesn't work. you're supposed to push a button and the lid pops up. the button is broken so you basically have to pry the lid up every time you want to throw something away. not a deal breaker, but pretty annoying and an easy/quick fix that could be made
