Enjoy a fun and relaxing, fresh-air getaway in New Smyrna Beach at this 2-bed, 2-bath, direct oceanfront condo with outdoor pool, heated during winter months. One of New Smyrna's favorite casual oceanfront restaurants and bars is right next door where you may enjoy a relaxing breakfast, a seafood lunch, or live music right on the water. Historic Flagler Ave is a few blocks away. Here you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars as well as shops and galleries for your off-beach excursions. For rainy days or just a break from the sun, the common recreation room has a pool table, foosball table, and arcade games. The full-size kitchen is fully stocked and a coin laundry is on premises. BEACH GEAR PROVIDED: 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, and basic beach toys.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK. BY BOOKING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE BELOW HOUSE RULES:
1) There is only 1 car allowed per condominium rules. Depending on availability, you may be able to request one day guest pass for any visitors during the day, but the pass is not eligible for overnight parking. If you need to park a second car overnight, it is your responsibility to research off-premises locations to park the second car. If you rent a golf cart, you may retrieve a golf-cart parking pass and park the cart in the area designated for golf carts. Golf carts will be towed if parked in the car parking lot. When you arrive, please immediately retrieve your parking pass from the front desk and place in your car prior to unloading. Any towing fees / damages incurred as a result of not following the above rules are the responsibility of the guest.

2) There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. Guests swim at their own risk. In order to maintain the safest pool environment possible, a specialty key is required to enter the pool gate. In case of loss, the specialty key cannot be copied by us and must be replaced by the our condominium association, who charges a fee of $500 for replacement. Fees for lost keys will be passed down to guests, so please take extra care to not lose the key. Please return the key to the bowl by the door upon checkout.

3) By using the provided beach gear, guests are agreeing to rinse the sand from the beach gear after each use. The hose is located to the left of the front entrance of the building, when facing the building. When sand remains on the gear, it rusts within weeks and fails, resulting in unhappy guests. Please be considerate for others staying after you by preserving the equipment through proper care.

The property was well maintained, very clean, comfortable, and safe. The condo is truly oceanfront and they have a perfect beach access. I was surprised how easy it is to walk to the downtown area! We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the better units at Oceania. Having the beach chairs and towels was great. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. It’s also convienant to the elevator.

Walking distance to everything. Beach is great. Condo staff and tenants were very friendly. Loved having the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie board and more. Thanks for making our stay awesome!

I stayed here with my adult daughter. We had the best extended weekend. Several meals at Toni and Joe’s, but lots of meals around town with easy access to all. We enjoyed easy access to the beach, and the beach equipment provided! We also thoroughly enjoyed a day at the pool. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed in this condo for 3 night and we had the best time! The location is absolutely perfect! It is on the beach and really close to downtown with really fun bars, restaurants and lots of shops. We would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed for 3 nights over the Easter holiday. My 13 year old granddaughters and 14 year old grandson enjoyed the location. The pool was nice and location to restaurants was convenient. The parking lot situation is a problem. Our car was towed as the parking pass was not immediately placed in the car. Only 20 minutes had passed from time of parking till time it was towed. The front desk could inform guests to immediately put pass in car. The tow company said they monitor the lot every 30 minutes at the request of the condo association. We had to pay $160.00 to recover our vehicle. It put a damper on our stay This is a nice condo and is an excellent location

We love NSB and this condo was just as promised, clean, comfortable and quiet. Check in was as easy as it could possibly be, even the weather cooperated to make our stay the best. We'll be back and this property will be our first choice!

We had a wonderful stay from the moment we arrived to the moment we sadly had to take off to return to real life! Walking to Flagler from the beach was a treat and not too far for our four year old. Residents and fellow travelers we encountered were universally friendly and made us feel welcome. The condo provided all that a family of five required, including some great beach equipment and comfy beds. Listening to the waves out the sliding glass doors at night was a great escape.

My husband has bad knees and this was so close for walking to Flagler Ave. The condo is clean, comfortable, and has a beautiful view of the ocean. We only cooked in for breakfast once but there seemed to be plenty of cookware to make a feast! There were even some spices and other staples in the cupboard. There were only 2 beach towels set out for our party of 4, but we found more towels in a closet and all was well. There are cards and games in the ottoman for down time. We had a former New Smyrna resident with us to show us all around- my only suggestion would be to maybe have a directory of things to do/places to go/ and favorite dining places for others who don’t. But hey, don’t fret the small stuff- this place is worth it!

We enjoyed our stay! The pictures were spot on. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Thank you for supplying the beach chairs and umbrellas. This was a week full of beautiful weather, rest, and relaxation. We enjoyed walking to dinner and walking on the beach. During the week the beach was not crowded. We absolutely love this area. We can't wait to return next summer. Thank you!

Super easy to get down to the beach! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week! Make sure to check in before parking bc they will tow you if you do not have the parking permit!!

Location on beach is perfect. The condo property is older without updates and the unit is “tired” with minimal updates. Some furniture is new, some old and soiled. Be aware the two bathrooms connect via a door so you can hear the person in other BA. Closets appear to have owners belongings/storage with limited space for hanging. Beach chairs new/ also balcony furniture very nice.
