About this house rental
New home, only gently used! Now solar powered with battery back-up power and Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger. Do not worry about Texas’ Jalopy of a power grid, you will only find out about a blackout from the news on your TV that still works. Stay cool in summer, warm in winter, and always connected no matter what is storming outside! Home security provided by ADT.
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home also has an office/craft space, a large fully-fenced yard, and a built in sound system.
You'll love the open-concept layout, matched with designer-selected features; wood-look tile throughout the main areas and soft color carpeting in the bedrooms. Enjoy the light and bright kitchen, with plenty of counter and cabinet space–showcasing the subway tile backsplash and white quartz countertops. Take in the beautiful natural lighting from the great room and dining area. The grand bedroom with private en suite bath are tucked away towards the back of the home, where you'll enjoy dual sinks at the vanity, an upgraded walk-in shower, and an impressive walk-in closet. The office has a wireless printer equipped with paper and toner. It works equally well as a child’s craft room. A second bedroom, currently more suited to a tween, has a comfortable full size bed and lots of dresser and closet space. The third bedroom has a twin daybed with a trundle that converts it to a king size bed. There is also a crib available.
There are smart TV’s in the living and master bedrooms, and there are in-ceiling speakers connected to a Sonos sound system that you can operate and stream music from your phone (if you can figure out how to get the TV sound to it, I’d be grateful!).
2-car garage with opener with Level 2 EV charger (added fee for use), large capacity washer and drier, and a fenced (dog safe all the way around) spacious yard with furniture and a gas grill are all features of this home.
Included in the furnishings are a dining room table, stools at the kitchen island, dishes and silverware, a wide variety of cookware, towels, bedding, blender, toaster oven, coffee maker, slow cooker and more. There maybe several household items that I simply forget to stock. I will be more than happy purchasing them for the home if they are standard fare.
The neighborhood has a pool to relax in when it gets warmer, and is only 15 minutes to the Domain, 5 minutes to In-N-Out Burger, Walmart, Home Depot, and many more. Also 15 minutes to Apple Campus, Tesla GigaTexas, and Downtown Austin, and only a few minutes from Tech Ridge (All times dependent on traffic)
Please don’t hesitate with any questions you may have!

I was in Austin for work and had a long term stay. This house quickly became my home away from home. The house is in like new condition, nicely decorated, fully stocked, and comfortably furnished. It was great to have such a comfortable place to come home to after work to relax and decompress. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything I needed or wanted. The host Colin was easy to reach and quickly responded to any questions I had. Colin really takes the time to make sure his guests have everything they need and are happy. If I have work in Austin again, I'll absolutely check to see if this home is avaliable before going anywhere else.

We stayed at this property for a month with our infant. It had everything that we needed and the host was super with communication, and was able to help us when our plans changed unexpectedly. The nursery was great and our baby really enjoyed the books! The road can be a bit noisy, but once you got used to it, it wasn’t a problem for us. We spent a lot of time walking the neighborhood and felt safe. The Pitch nearby was a fun walk for food/beverages especially in the evenings.

This was an excellent home for a longterm stay and provided an EV charging solution in the two car garage, backup power through its solar panels and wall batteries, multiple TVs, and great internet. The house had many other desirable features to include many bedrooms, a nicely shaded yard and garden, and easy access to all parts of Austin. The host was very proactive and responsive throughout our time staying in the home. Overall we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it to others looking for a convenient and modern experience.

Excellent experience as we waited for completion of our new home...
We (and our pups) needed someplace for 3-4 months while our new home was finishing its construction. This owner was outstanding to work with and his house was wonderful. It was previously the model home for the tract so it was very nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed.
Well located in the Tech Ridge area and 10-15 minutes to the Domain, which allowed us to really experience a new part of Austin for a few months before moving to Dripping Springs.
We recommend it highly!

Great base for house hunting
We stayed at this house for about two months this summer while hunting for our permanent home. The house is extremely well-appointed, much more so than any other short term place we've stayed in. The set-up was perfect for our 3 and 6 year old, and even had an office where I could work from home. The house is walking distance to the community pool, convenience store, donut shop, and a couple of restaurants. While we were there, the owner installed solar panels and powerwalls, which gave comfort in case of power outages.
The owner was extremely responsive, and went out of his way to help us resolve small issues (getting access to the pool, collecting mail that inadvertently went to that address). We would easily recommend this property.

My wife and I traveled from Boston and researched several places to stay. This home far exceeds any other rental property in the greater Austin area. Its 15mins to downtown Austin, and so many stores and amenities are right down the street! The home is brand new construction with everything you need to make your stay comfortable—a quaint fenced in backyard, a safe new development/neighborhood that is close to everything! A major bonus is, the in home office/kids craft room and Sonos sound system throughout the house. Our host was extremely prompt with communication and was happy to send supplies or anything we needed to the house right away. We made it through the winter apocalypse without any damage, not many can say that! I also have to mention the professional designer decor in every room—you can tell someone put a lot of thought behind it and it shows! Do not hesitate to book, if you have any questions at all just reach out and ask the host, you won’t be disappointed.
