First of all, the host was very nice. I believe that the issues I saw could be easily remedied. If so, I’d surely stay again. First, there were no instructions left on the counter. Instructions such as to turn on the dishwasher you have to locate a light switch in the kitchen and flip that switch. (That would’ve saved us from looking for the breaker box and at least 45 minutes trying to work out a remedy.) Where to put the trash when we leave? Can we use the garage? The WiFi instructions were posted on the wall. But we didn’t see it and had to write to the host. Our party was three adults. The images of the beds are dated as we found new bed frames, very nice looking. However the mattress in the front room was the worst I’ve slept on in my life. Felt like a trampoline with big springs just under the surface. The other bedroom mattress was nice though. My husband couldn’t handle the mattress and went to the family room to use the sofa bed. But upon opening it we found it had a significant amount of purple looking mold on it. So he ended up folding it back up and sleeping on top of the sofa with his legs hanging off the end. The kitchen could use a few dish towels, a pair of scissors too. If you could add a brita type water filter to use in the fridge that would be great, but it’s of course not necessary. The place was clean, save for the fans (which seems very picky, I know. But that’s the only thing in there that wasn’t perfectly clean). It was nice and quiet in a nice neighborhood. The water pressure was nice. Everything worked. Temperature was nice inside the home as well. If there were a new mattress we’d stay again. :)

This property was clean, had great A/C, a newer washer and dryer, great shower pressure, and comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive to my questions. The upstairs balcony was cute to have coffee in the morning. It was a great value for our purposes.

There weren’t any cooking sheets or dishes for baking. There was a coffee pot which is the most important thing. If we come back to that area we will definitely stay there again. It ended up being the perfect location and we really enjoyed the home.

I was very pleased with the home and the neighborhood. It was very clean and the amenities were perfect. Thank you for letting us stay. Much better than a hotel.
