About this house rental
This Semi detached Villa in prime location in the Playamar-Los Alamos area of Torremolinos, 2nd line of the beach, with direct access to the seafront (from front door to the beach is about 50 meters). The property has been substantially upgraded by the new owners in 2020.
The property is located in a one way road with similar properties. Entry system leads to the front door at the side which leads to spacious entrance hallway, from here there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe, toilet with wash basin, fully equipped kitchen with small table and chairs, The kitchen has all modern appliances such as oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave there is also all equipment required such as coffee machine, toaster, kettle. From the kitchen leads to the utility room which has the washing machine and cleaning products and iron.
Living room has large curved sofa and single chair, Smart TV, DVD and Internet (high speed fibre-optic), dining room table and 6 chairs, patio doors lead to the terrace which is half covered with terrace sofas and the other half has sunbeds and awning. 2 gates leads via 4 stepsto the swimming pool and further sunbeds.
The 1st floor has large landing leading to 3 bedrooms, master with double bed (180cm), wardrobes and en-suite bathroom and terrace with table and chairs, other bedrooms have each 2 single beds and wardrobes.
Upper floor sleeps 6 and ground floor 2 (total 8 adults).
Basement with Pool table and table tennis table available for all guests and also for bookings with occupancy of more than 8 adults access to a further 3 single beds and small kitchen area and table and chairs.
The property is less than 10 minutes walk from either main line train stations La Colina and Los Alamos. This service goes from Malaga to Fuengirola and runs every 20 minutes. (also from the airport)
The nearest main supermarket is either Supersol which is 1,5km away or Mercadona which 2km away and can be walked in around 15-20 minutes. There is also a small supermarket on the seafront which is around 500 meters away.
Large Commercial centre "Plaza Mayor" is less than 3km away and can be reached by train (1 stop from Los Alamos) and also by bus and can be walked which takes approximately 30 minutes.

Very nice house, close to the beach, but a bit far away from Supermercado and Torremolinos centre. The kitchen knives was a disaster, sharpen them or by new ones.

Nice villa, very clean and spacious. Good beds. Pool water not warmed. We have been there end of April, weather sometimes rain and a bit windy. But overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you Gary!

Property was well situated around 250 metres to the beach, and about the same from a local shop with a good array of foods and drinks, local bars and restaurants lining the beach
Gary the property manager was really helpful and pleasant, the villa was well equipped with TV a fully functional kitchen, four bedrooms, the main bedroom had an ensuite and air con the others did not, the lounge also had air conditioning, although when we stayed it was really hot the house itself felt quite cool, the highlight of our stay was the covered terrace and also the optional covered, (it had a retractable cover) terrace above the amazing pool, family had a really nice time here and all agreed they would definitely return

We booked this property for 5 nights to celebrate a family anniversary. Gary was amazing from the start of the booking process. He answered my many questions and met us at the property on time. The house has anything you need, the kitchen is well equipped and has all of the essentials. The pool was clean and we used it every day. 1 minute walk and you are on the beach!! The sea was so clean and perfect for the kids, miles and miles of sandy beach and lots of restaurants and bars. It is also only an 8 min taxi drive from the airport. Train to Malaga city centre is easy and stress free.
I think we will be back as we absolutely loved it.

Lovely villa in a great area, ideal for families.
A lovely villa in a great area close to the beach.
Stayed with family, six adults and four children. A safe enclosed villa with veranda and private pool a few steps away. Good flow between living and outside area. The pool is just below the veranda ideal when children are splashing about. We would happily stay here again.

Great House next to the beach
Great house for big groups, with big kitchen and living room. We used it for a working/team building holiday. Great location next to the beach and supermarkets and close to Malaga Airport. The swimming pool was not clean and useable which was a shame but otherwise a great house!

Buena ubicación y divertida con equipamiento mejorable
El alojamiento está muy bien situado, al lado de la playa y de zona de ocio para paseos y compras. La casa da mucho juego con la mesa de ping-pong y billar y tiene sito para 2 familias sobrado. La zona de piscina es un poco pequeña y resulta algo incomoda pues hay que bajar escaleras para acceder. Gary, encargado de la casa es muy atento y buena relación con el. A mejorar el equipamiento de cocina en electrodomésticos que funcionaban regular (exprimidor, tostadora, lavavajillas) y en útiles de cocina (tabla de cortar, buenos cubiertos) para que la estancia sea más agradable.
