This property is exceptionally beautiful, well maintained, clean, safe, located in a great area, the rooms are larger than the photos, 24 hour security and security surveillance, the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Great location, quiet neighborhood, Church is within walking distance, restaurant next door, massage parlor less than a 5 minute walk, great staff, easy checkin, spacious rooms, property is well kept, the photos do not reflect how beautiful the property is, modern appliances, plenty of restaurants and shopping and nail salons and barber shops and beauty shops, comfortable bed, security cameras, security guard and electronic gate, very clean property, Professional Friendly Staff

Yet another great stay

This was my 3rd stay at Bays Boutique Apts and as always, my stay was excellent. Both Mabel and Miriam give excellent customer servic. Both ladies are friendly, helpful and always willing to offer a helping hand if needed. Abraham, the night security guard, was also helpful and respectful. I recommended Bay's Boutique Apartments to my sister and she shares my view. I believe it's down to the staff who make the stay such a pleasant experience.

Le séjour bien, accueil nul,le tarif affiché pas respecté, j'ai payé plus cher

Pas de petit déjeuner, juste du lait,du thé et autres laissé dans la chambre

L'accueil, très mauvais J'arrive sous un soleil de plomb déjà difficile de joindre le numéro, parceque la dame était en réunion, mais le pire quand j'arrive sa collègue exige que j'appelle cette dernière qui est en réunion avant de me donner les clés,pas le choix j'ai du l'appeler de mon téléphone mettre sur haut parleur pour qu'elle me donne les clés, du coup ayez des unités sinon.... Elle justifie cela par le fait que selon les informations reçues je devrais être là a 15h et non à 14h30.

The apartment is very nice and clean. I initially stayed here for one night, but I really liked this apartment so much that I stayed more than two weeks. The staff is very nice and humble. Overall, the property is perfect, and the staff is very nice and very dedicated. Full marks to the staff 😊

It was nothing short of absolute professionalism, curtious service throughout our stay. We absolutel

No breakfast was served but the host Mabel is fantastic, very caring, very friendly and very helpful.

It was a bit far from our scheduled meetings, but the host always assisted with getting us a bolt.

You basically have to ask for everything which you have to provide.eg wifi password I have to ask and only one came and I have to request for my husband. And not cool with how she talks.

Was nicer than expected

I like how cool and friendly the staff was. Sad I only booked for 2nights, it was such a nice stay. All the facilities and appliances work and had no problem

I had a bit of an issue with the opening door as the lock seemed to have a mind of it own. Was sad with view from the balcony.

An affordable, comfortable secure apartment with pleasant staff.

Although a distance from the airport, it is in a secure location not far from the main artery into town. The property was well maintained with a good supply of utensils and appliances to make living convenient. Good AC. Shower and bathroom sink with good water supply. Provision of a fridge and a few bottles of water and tea-making kit to start. Good WiFi and TV with limited channels. Comfortable bed. A shared kitchenette with iron and board. Staff were attentive and pleasant. Mabel (receptionist) was on duty late at night when I arrived. She communicated well with me before and throughout to enable me to settle in comfortably. Prince (security) was reliable and engaging, offering to carry and store my luggage and efficient at passing on messages and helping to address concerns. The pricing was quite reasonable.

More could be done to deal with the reality of mosquitoes. A few naphthalene balls in the bathroom were not sufficient. The staff had to get me a coil when they ran out. I had to go out to buy some spray which could have been provided. Malaria is a reality in West Africa and more attention could have been paid to safeguard guests. The neighbourhood had a church and a retail store nearby that produced loud music or preaching very early in the mornings (from 6am). This was persistent and loud vocals and music over amplifiers broadcast into the neighbourhood. This may not be the fault of the property owners, but it might help future tenants if the landlord could speak to those parties so they manage their business in a way that does not disturb residents. Most city councils have ordinances that prohibit loud noises on weekends and during certain hours in the week.

Superb

It is great value for money. Friendly staff and owner and it is serene. The location is within the reach of key areas in Accra like Osu, Cantonments, Labone and others. Spintex itself is an important hub in the city.

Overall the property itself is beautiful, the room was beautiful and comfortable.

I didn't eat breakfast at the location.

I didn't like the extremely loud music coming from a bar next door. But the music from church service on a saturday night was very unpleasant. I had a migraine and the extremely loud worship music did not sit well with me.

Great location, safety and night life availability.

Great value for money and close proximity to Kotoka International Airport. Spintex is a great location. It is also super safe. First time visitor, I would definitely visit again in the future.
