Amazing Beach Access, Accommodations, & Cleanliness

Property was very clean and had great cooking accommodations for longer stays. Beds were very comfortable and the beach access was fabulous! Location to restaurants and grocery stores was great. Close enough to the tourist attractions but far enough for peace and quiet. 2 bathrooms for bigger parties which is great. Great communication by owners and easy instructions for arrival and departure.

Wish there was elevator didn’t realize that when I booked so carrying the items when you have a big family can be a challenge. Price difference from same location and other apartments did definitely make up for the 3rd floor access. The mattress on the sofa bed could’ve been better it’s an spring bed makes noise and not the most comfortable for adults should be for kids only to sleep on. Other than that no other negatives.

A great place to stay for families! We will be back.

The location is great! The facility is really well maintained. Their security is a bit overzealous, but that didn't stop my whole family from having a great time. We rented two condos right across from each other and it was a wonderful week. The doors have codes so the kids could come and go as they pleased.

The security for the complex is somewhat unfriendly to kids.

We enjoyed the beach but the conditions of the condo were not acceptable.

The location was wonderful.

The condo was dirty. The dishwasher leaked a lot of water into the floor. The refrigerator did not cool and we lost all of our groceries. We ended up having to buy a cooler and ice to keep food in. There were four adults booked and only three bath towels. We could not wash towels or clothes because the washer would not spin the water out of them. Many of these problems ended up costing us a lot of extra money.

I would highly recommend our room 2103 to anyone with a small family we are making return plans

Room 2103 had a very well stocked beach closet with so many sand toys umbrellas chairs a wagon we had everything we needed for a beach trip which was a very short walk from our unit ground floor unit just outside the door steps away is a hot tub go out the back door and your steps away from the large heated pool excellent location

Honestly, I can’t think of anything, there were even night lights for both the bathrooms there was a broom and a little dust mop available for cleaning maybe having some sort of like a Windex or general purpose cleaner available to wipe down the counters during this stay something like that… Honestly it was great and I can’t think of anything to make it better.

Overall, a pleasant stay.

Loved the convenience to the beach and it was an easy check-out/clean-up process, which I definitely appreciated!

The mattresses in our unit were incredibly uncomfortable. And the door was unable to be locked from the inside so we were left feeling unsafe at night.

Great family place

Good location, great pools, hot tubs. I like the security. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Overall clean and like that it has washer and dryer

The St Augustine Ocean and Racquet Club was Very Clean, Centrally located and has a Very Nice Beach

The Property was Nice and the Location was close to Everything! The Beach was Very Nice! The Condo was Very Nice and Extremely Clean! It was Very Handy that the Unit came with Beach Chair, Umbrella, Bogey Boards, etc. Hot Tub In the Courtyard was a Wonderful Touch!

An Elevator would of been Nice, having to climb 3 Flights of Stairs with Luggage, Beach Stuff, Groceries, etc. was a little tricky at Times! I thought It was Odd that Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo, that sleeps Six only came with One Roll of Toilet Paper per Bathroom per Stay and Only One Washcloth! They promoted a Beach View from Our Condo which didn't exist

The apartment was great. It's was just 2 of us so it was really comfy and quiet. Also, we got a view of a lake so that was nice. I love the location. The ocean right behind the complex. It was 20 minutes from main attractions. Loved it. We'll come back next year.

I enjoyed visiting the area! The security guard was so nice and helpful!

Pool and hot tub were great! Had all supplies needed for visit.

The unit wasn’t very close to the ocean! Parking lot view from balcony! Curtains did not close! Stairs going up to unit are narrow and steep! Extremely slippery if wet! No safety strip or May in second bathroom! The queen mattress needs to be replaced! The couch was worn out! It was extremely uncomfortable! The key box is also difficult to turn numbers and get key! The sliding glass doors were so cloudy you couldn’t enjoy the sunshine! Old pillows.

Cute but disappointing

The pool and the very quick access to the beach was awesome! We also were SUPER close to the grocery store, souvenir stores and restaurants. That was great! The apartment had all you could need in the kitchen which was an awesome set up.

The front office and guard staff were never pleasant or overly worried about how there tone or demeanor could be borderline rude. While the apartment looked clean, it didn't feel super clean. The master bed is firm and did not give much when you sat or laid on it. The pillows were also very flat as if they may have been used for quiet a long time. The guest bed is comfortable. However, the pillows (again) seemed quiet older and weren't as comfortable. There wasn't a linen closet so we weren't able to chnage out sheets or even put sheets on the pull out couch in the living room. We ended up having to use a blanket as a sheet to cover the bed before we slept on it. (Which was NOT comfortable at all and was as thin, making it feel like you were sleeping on just the coils of the couch.) There are pans and pots in the kitchen, but they are not in the best of shape.
