Enjoyable family spot.

This is the second summer we rented this house. Ample room for my family and my brother’s family. You can’t beat hanging on that deck and walking down to the beach. The house has everything you need! We’ll come back next summer.
4.0 / 5.0
The location of this home is excellent, access to the beach and views are outstanding. This is definitely a five star location and home, however, Renters need to be aware that the pictures exaggerate the size of the bedrooms and kitchen. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
3.0 / 5.0
We started our trip by being notified that the house would not be available on time due to staffing issues. They offered a hundred dollar credit. I replied I felt this was not much compensation when we would have to eat out and not have any free time before retiring for the night. We started our travel late to accomodate the late checkin and were later notified the house was available on time for check-in. This was frustrating as we would not arrive in time. The house was clean and in a very good location with easy access to the beach. The house and property, however, need some attention. The carpets have some staining, the kitchen faucet leaks all the time, the sliding door to the deck is hard to open and close, the main floor bathroom shower door will not stay closed, to coffee maker leaks water, the dining table top is always sticky due to the varnish breaking down and there is tack weed all over the front and side yard which makes its hard on dogs and bare feet.

House has a beautiful layout and excellent views from inside and on the deck. House Was clean. Furniture and beds were comfy. Kitchen could use some new cookware. Location and beach access was incredible. Would definitely come back again

A terrific beach house with lots of room and amenities, including a large and excellent grill with clean grates and extra propane, plenty of pots/pans/dishes and such, a coffee grinder, blender, food processor, etc. A surplus of towels, pillows, excellent and flexible lighting, comfortable furniture inside and adequate seating outside added to our week's stay. Spectacular views of the ocean from the deck and living room, and the accessibility of the beach (just a short walk through the dunes, and an easy final incline down to the beach) was the best we've had from an Oregon beach house. And we appreciated Vacasa- very hands off, and gentle and friendly (even humorous) in conveying useful guidance and rules.

Gorgeous location right on the beach. The great room of the house itself with its fireplace is truly impressive. The amenities in the house are lovely, and the deck has a stunning view. Do not plan on a hot tub as it says it is closed until further notice. We had even asked a few days before our departure and they said yes it was there and operational. It is not. A couple of things for the facilities manager to look into RS follows. The kitchen sink drips, the main floor bathroom, shower door does not close all the way, Plates and bowls have chips in them as we found that when we got there. Some outlets and lights do not work. Several of the patio chairs are broken. You need to buy your own firewood. We left behind what we purchased in town. All in all a beautiful experience .

Can’t beat the view and easy beach access from this comfortable home.

Property was clean easy to check into and exactly as described in listing. The view was great and close to beach. The house was spacious and perfect for a large family or a few small family’s sharing with plenty of parking space.
Our only negative was the washing machine never worked right and then finally died but the manager was quick to respond when told about the problem.
One recommendation would be to have a gas insert installed in the fireplace but by no means is it a deal breaker.
We will be back for sure!

We loved the ocean view with the open high ceiling living room with windows surrounding it. We loved the easy walk to the ocean and beach! We loved the hot tub, the hose near it, the family friendly furniture and how clean the house was. We enjoyed the football, puzzles, TV, preparing food, but especially the ocean access. Thank you!!

Beautiful View right on the beach. Quiet.
Lots of stairs so be prepared to go up and down. Pretty clean, needs a bit of maintenance (lights/outlets not working) but overall nice. Need screens on the windows.
Enjoyed our time there.

The house has a wonderful view of the ocean. The house is awesome. The size and layout of bedrooms worked well for our extended family. We asked for an early check in and we were accommodated. We had a specific time line for a collage student’s online class. So wonderful that our request was able to be granted.
Easy and quick access to the beach was super.
This home met all our family requirements. Unfortunately one of our requirements. a working hot tub, wasn’t met. We were very disappointed. The issue with the hot tub was addressed but it was not possible to make the repairs.
The home is one that we will consider staying in again.

This house comfortably hosted 6 of us. The living room is amazing. Wish check out was a little later, but otherwise everything was great.

This house was better than we could have expected. Obviously the views are great both from inside the house (windows everywhere looking out over the ocean!) and from the huge patios, but also the house was so well stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the layout flowed really well. We will for sure book this house again!

We loved the access to the beach, lounging on the deck listening to the waves, and the nearby amenities

This is an older, well built character home that has wonderful windows that take full advantage of the ocean views. Excellent access from the deck and short walk through the beach grass to the beautiful clean sand beach. Working BBQ and great hang out space on the deck. Living room was a favorite gathering and lounge spot. Charming Nedonna Beach community. House has some minor maintenance and cleaning needs. However aside from this would highly recommend.
Deck with working BBQ offers great outdoor hang out space. Comfortable beds and bedding.

Very nice home, but...
...the hot tub was not working. We rented this specific house because it had a hot tub and the others we were looking at did not. We were pretty disappointed that: 1) it didn't work, and 2) no one warned us, so we spent a bit of time trying to figure out how to get it to work.

We will be back
We celebrated my son's birthday at the beach and this was the perfect place to do so. We had the beach to ourselves most days. We collected lots of seashells and saw sea lions every day. The house had plenty of space, lots of games and activities in the closets to use, and beach toys available to use as well! Only drawback was the hot tub wasn't working. We were bummed we couldn't take advantage of sitting in it while enjoying the beautiful, relaxing view. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this place again!!

Perfect Beach House
This home had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great kitchen, lots of space. And the views from every upstairs window was amazing! We were on the beach in less than a minute! We will stay there again!

Run Down
We have been renting this house since 2016 and this year will likely be our last. There is no pride in the ownership of this house anymore, that is for sure. Lights that don't work (family room, main bath shower), wall outlets that don't work (both upstairs bathrooms didn't work at all, and most others are so bad the plugs won't stay in), a dishwasher that has a label on it stating that it's so old that it barely works, but "sorry." There is the smell of urine in several rooms and even on the mattress in the bunk room (that was fun to rollover and smell in the middle of the night). The hot tub may no longer be listed as an amenity, but since we have rented this house before, we knew about it, so we were shocked to dip our toes into ice cold and dirty water when we went to use it. We honestly hadn't even noticed it wasn't a listed amenity anymore when we booked. It wasn't until we went back to look it up and read a previous review that complained about it too. But if they do not intend for people to use the hot tub (which really is okay), they should probably take down the "Rules of the Hot Tub" sign along with the KEY labeled "Hot Tub" hanging right next to it. Maybe replace it with a "Sorry, the hot tub is old" label like they have on the dishwasher. In all seriousness, if there was a sign that said the hot tub was out of service we would have been bummed, but respected the decision.
They also show little respect for their renters as they use the cheapest paper products we have ever seen (TP, kitchen paper towel).
The home is in a great location and has wonderful views of the ocean, which is why we give it 2 stars instead of 1.

Awesome house
The house is perfect for a last minute weekend getaway. The house is a little outdated but the views make every penny worth it. We enjoyed everything the house had to offer including the puzzles, hot tub, and the short walk to the beach. A few suggestions: add a coat rack by the entrances (specifically the back door/ deck to the beach). We enjoyed walks on the beach even when it was raining but finding places to hang our coats and dogs leashes to dry was a challenge. I ended up hanging everything in the bathroom to prevent damage to the floors. Add a floor mat at the door leading out to the hot tub. We had to use towels to prevent the carpet from getting wet/dirty. Both things were minor inconveniences and they did not deter us from returning. I highly recommend this home for its oceanfront location and incredibly views. My family will definitely be back.

Perfect Get-a-way
The location of this house is amazing. Located along the coast line where we could drive to other points along the mid to upper coast line easily. The walk from the house to the beach is short.....my only suggestion is that maybe the grasses along the path be trimmed a bit to make for easier walking for older people. Overall, we were thrilled with the house and it fit our needs. Only complaints were that in the downstairs bathroom, you could tell it had not been cleaned adequately as there was a large spider web and dead spiders in it. (we saw the cleaning crew was there when we arrived 1/2 hour early, so knew it had just been visited by them) Cobwebs in both bottom and top bunk beds. There were some stains on the carpet in the upstairs bedroom (front...end), and some stains on that bedspread as well. There is a hole with a pipe behind it in the wall on the bottom bunk of the bunk bed room that I feel would have been pretty gross to sleep beside. Overall.....besides a few cleanliness things.....we were VERY happy with our stay. The only reason I mention these things is so that the word can get to the owner and cleaners about the cleaning crew maybe not being very thorough. We would use this house again.

Lovely views from every window
This house was the perfect beach vacation home. We had 8 people and all fit very comfortably in the house. The upstairs living and dining area has sweeping views of the ocean wherever you sit. The beach is just a short walk out the door. We loved it.

Beware
The overall stay was good. The place is comfortable. However, the basement is cold dark and dank. The curtain in the bedroom does not come fully down so you cannot dress in there because it is exposed to the street. The house is also a home for spiders. We found them in the beds. One guest was bitten twice on the neck and then when The spider started to crawl across her face she realized what was happening. This happened more than one night. When I got home and unpacked, out came another big black spider.

Beach house - beach is great! house? not so much....
It was nice to be on the beach - however this home needs updating. Old non-functioning dish washer, old squeaky beds, no kitchen basics - salt and pepper for example would have been nice. Hot tub not in service and super dirty. Kind of disappointing considering price per night here.
