Bungalow is set up perfectly. The hosts are great and thought of everything! Pictures are true, beds comfortable, plenty of room and in a great location behind Buckskinner Park. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Family of five stayed for four nights. We enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table every day. The home is older, but it's been updated and is very clean. We had a great time together. Very cute decorations and comfortable bedding. The garage was converted to a game room and we appreciated the extra space.

We so enjoyed having this great house to return to after long days hiking in the Grand Canyon. We highly recommend this property for those not wanting to stay in the GC Village and for those who want their own cozy property to return to after touring the area. We appreciated the quick communication and response from the host who was very kind with our questions. Awesome all around!

My family stayed at this home for our spring break visit to the Grand Canyon Naional park. The house is well stocked, clean and located in the lovely town of Williams.
The host was wonderful- prompt in responding to questions and had good suggestions for local restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it to make full dinners. And my kids loved the game and hot tub.

We were unable to stay but Shelley was easy to communicate and the proper was ready to go regardless of us being out of cell signal a few days prior to check in. Highly recommend as a rest stop on the way back from Havasupai

We stayed here over Spring Break with our three children. It was the perfect location for us to access the Grand Canyon. The house was just like the pictures and had everything we needed. It was chilly when we were there and the hot tub was an added bonus. The boys also loved the garage! They wre able to hang out there in the evening playing ping pong and watching TV. It is a great location with hiking near, a grocery store down the street and wonderful places to eat downtown. The host had recommendations of where to eat and things to do. Bearizona was AWESOME!! The Mexican restaurant was delicious as well. Can't say enough good things about Williams and this property. We took the Grand Canyon railway to the Grand Canyon and it was fantastic!

My wife and I and our 8 year old daughter stayed here for two nights and will come back if we stay in Williams again.
Perfect location was quiet and easily accessible.
Accommodations were some of the best we’ve had using short-term rental sites. Super clean, open, and comfortable.
Don’t hesitate to book.
Thank you!

Just a Sleepover
My family was traveling across the country and this was one of our stops. It was so nice that I'm hoping to make it back to Williams so we can stay longer.
The bathrooms and kitchen are beautiful. The mattresses are divine after a long car ride. They are actually so great, I'm buying the same mattresses when I get home. We didn't stay long enough to use the game room or hot tub, but everything looks very nice.
The location is on a corner lot and it is beautiful. It's so quiet and peaceful, but still right inside the town. There are lots of restaurants to choose from.
Chad and Shelley are wonderful hosts. Quick replies and great communication. You can tell they care about renters by the presentation of their home.
I will absolutely be staying here again.

Great
Spacious, very clean place with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Truly enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after spending the days at the Grand Canyon (although it took us a few nights to figure out how to work the porch light). We definitely recommend staying at this place!

Fantastic Stay
We wanted something close to the Grand Canyon Railway where we could enjoy ourselves. This hit everything we needed. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, close to where we were headed. Beautiful view of the mountains. We were all very impressed by how well established the home was. Other than bringing our own food and toothbrushes everything else was there! Thank you for the great stay!

Generally good but small
Overall decent little place but emphasis on the little. The rooms were small, and the master bathroom was tiny with very little counter space. We also would’ve preferred some carpet in the bedrooms but I may have overlooked that when looking at the photos before booking so that’s my fault. We had a hard time opening the front door and almost called the property manager but then we finally figured it out. There was also a leftover tub of old sour cream left in the fridge that had gone bad and smelled nauseating.

Great find in Williams
We had a great time, just stayed for one night to facilitate a visit to the Grand Canyon and Bearizona. The place was very clean, perfect for our needs, and not too expensive. We will very likely be back!

Comfortable and very clean. Host was very responsive
Enjoyed our stay. Home was comfortable and very clean. Location to downtown Williams was great. The only downside was that the neighborhood appears to be in transition and neighboring properties were in rough shape. I would recommend this property.

Absolutely perfect!
This was the perfect base for our 10 day Arizona adventure. With just two of us, there was plenty of room to spread out our gear in the two extra rooms. It was great to have two bathrooms. The house was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of parking room for our large truck and enclosed trailer. We brought our motorcycles and ebikes. The Grand Canyon was close enough, we went on three different days. We also went to Sedona and Flagstaff twice. The house was close enough to Main Street/Route 66 to walk or bike ride and the shops were interesting. So many choices to eat in town. The hot tub was clean and a nightly treat after busy days. Even the weather was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Nice home, good value
Very nice interior, two baths, three bedrooms was a good value. The hot tub and game room were added bonuses.
Not having air conditioning would be fine for normal temps in the region. But we didn't expect how hot it was when we stayed and we never could get it to cool down.

Great Location
We loved our stay at this property in Williams. It was the perfect location to spend the night before and after exploring the Grand Canyon. The National Park was about 50 min. away, and the town of Williams was so much fun! The house was very clean, well-kept and fit our family of 4 perfectly!

Such a fantastic surprise!
We took a two week road trip and this cottage was towards the end. When searching for this home I was just looking for a washer/dryer & enough beds. I was so surprised with this home! It is absolutely adorable. Everything that you could ever need is here! Even down to your choice of kcups or you can make a full pot of coffee. It’s decorated perfectly, straight out of HGTV, but not overly decorated where you feel the kids could break something! Lol the jacuzzi tub was perfect after a hot day at the Grand Canyon! The kids loved that it had a cool setting. And it was super easy to use.
There is no AC in the area, and I was concerned prior to getting there, but she assured me it gets very cool in the evening & to open the Windows. And she was right! We slept super comfortable every night! The beds are very comfortable!
My only suggestion would be for them to take new pictures of the home! These do not do it justice!! What a great surprise!

Fabulous
My mom and I were in Williams for a quick weekend visiting soon to be family. We enjoyed staying here because it was off the beating path but still so close to everything. The house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place with teens to visit Grand Canyon
Family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) visiting AZ and Utah. Great base for two nights - came up from Sedona and did Grand Canyon second day. Then, off to Utah. The garage convert to game room was awesome - we all had so much fun playing in it. Hot tub was a bonus after biking around Grand Canyon. Place was great - would stay again.
