Perfect setting for a ladies wine tasting weekend. The home was well maintained and kitchen well stocked. Hot tub worked great and was so nice at the end of the day. The home was a lovely place to relax and catch up with friends. Only tiny issue was ceiling fans could use a dusting so didn’t want to turn those on.

Great house with wonderful location. Less than 5 minutes to downtown Paso Robles and very private and quiet. Beautiful views of Paso Robles in the evening and great sunrise. House was spacious and comfortable and had a great covered patio. We only had one issue with the master bathroom shower but had prompt response from management company to resolve it.

We had 6 girls and the 3 beds and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group. It is a great location near wineries and things to do and the hot tub is a perfect way to unwind at the end of the night. The kitchen is large and perfect for a group looking to cook on their trip. It felt really safe the the door code worked perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Ladies wine tasting weekend. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Very comfortable for 6 of us.

Our experience staying at this property was we want to buy it and never leave. Beautiful home furnished with everything you could need. Kitchen cookware is stocked right down to a pastry brush! Which we needed twice and were so happy to have it! The pantry has basic items fully available for use, but not to be counted on. Probably type of items left behind by other guests. Kitchen itself has a spice drawer provided by the homeowner we believe. Coffee Pot is a ground coffee brewer, bring your own favorite coffee. The views are beautiful day and night. We really enjoyed the spacious warm built in spa. Perfect working order and city lights all around us at night. Perfect view outdoor dining table for dinner outside, landscaping perfectly maintained. I was there with my husband and one other couple. We loved it so much we are positive we will return. Great comfortable furniture in the family room attached to the kitchen. Also, the wineries have views but dont miss the view at Daou winery. The tasting price is bit higher than other wineries., $50.00 per person but the view is phenomenal. Don’t miss the wine at Austin Hope. Austin’s wines are over the top great. All this and coming home to this beautiful homey property, best vacation ever. Also, the property manager…easy to communicate with and they are in fingertip reach. We sure will be back.

Amazing Private Getaway close to Everything

Beautiful home - water pressure needs improvement
This is a beautiful Spanish style home overlooking the hills of Paso Robles. It is spacious and very comfortable. My kids loved the big, flat driveway for riding their trikes. And the hot tub was also lovely and well used by the adults and kids. Keyless entry was very easy.
My only complaint is related to the water. In the master bath, the temperature did not get very warm (somewhere between luke warm and hot). And worse, there was not enough water pressure for more than 1 person to shower/bathe at once. This was a challenge with 6 adults and 2 kids! If someone was in the shower and you tried to turn on another shower (or any appliances like dishwasher or laundry) the water was reduced to a trickle.

Everything about this home was fantastic, from the view with an inground spa and dining area to the decor and well stocked kitchen. The beds and linens were expectionally comfy. There house is spacious with plenty of parking and had everything we needed. I would definitely go back for a weekend of wine tasting and downtown Paso was juat minutes away.

We had a great stay at this fairly large home with sweeping views and an amazing jacuzzi to match. Minutes to downtown Paso, I'd recommend this rental to anyone visiting the central coast.

Hot Water Issues
The house is a spacious 3 BR ranch with a very open feel. One side of the house, including most of the rooms face a spectacular overview of Paso Robles and the surrounding hills. The furniture and maintenance are inconsistent, some good some less so.
We arrived for a one week anniversary stay and within 15 minutes received an email telling us the hot water in the master BR was intermittent. No big deal for the two of us, although we could have been informed upfront. However during the week, on two occasions the other full bath room exhibited what might be similar problems with the hot water. I would hesitate renting until these hot water issues were fixed.
Besides the view, the Jacuzzi/spa was a highlight, although the cinderblocks and large rocks used to hold the cover in place were difficult to move. Again the owner might want to fix the method of holding the cover in place since someone could easily get hurt.
Overall we rated the property a 4 assuming these issues were addressed.
