I was staying a month in Aix as my daughter had been studying since January at the University. She and I stayed together in Karin's apartment and it was such a great place to stay. The apartment was cozy and modern and had everything we needed. The location was amazing. I could walk to everything. Karin's recommendations for restaurants, boulangeries, markets were spot on! I miss Aix already and look forward to going back in the Fall.

We enjoyed our stay in Karins apptment. We were attracted by the fact there is parking in the yard. Walking distance to all the attractions in Aix, and perfect for out of town day trips. We took a train to Marseille. the station is 5 mins away. The bedrooms are a bit tight, but comfy and clean.

We really appreciated the location — quiet/safe neighborhood but close to restaurants, shops and markets. The apartment also has all the amenities we needed during our two-week stay, including well equipped kitchen, generous wardrobes in bedrooms and air conditioning units in all rooms.

Spent a month at this well-equipped and centrally located, yet quiet apartment. Karin, the owner, was wonderful and very helpful. The parking spot was great for a small car. I chose to park a larger rental car at a paid parking garage because of the narrow entrance to the parking lot behind the apartment. Easy walking distance to everything in central Aix and felt safe for a solo visitor.

We enjoyed our stay close to the city center in Aix while in a quiet street, in a clean and spacious apartment with parking. The host Karin as well as Françoise who helped with check in were both very helpful and we felt welcome. Overall great experience, would stay there again in the future!

Very nice two bedroom air conditioned apartment with many amenities. Beds are both twins. Wonderful location. Reasonable price. Exactly what we wanted. Two short blocks to a fabulous patisserie for breakfast, with a small grocery a few doors down.

Two blocks from old Aix and all of the shops and restaurants you could ever want! Even less to a great boulangerie. Well-appointed apartment and very friendly property manager who showed us where the Monoprix is (closest grocery store).

The Apartment is situated perfectly, within 10 minute walk, for exploring all the sights in the center of the city. Only a few blocks from the Cours Mirabeau restaurants and shopping. The Air Conditioning was a plus with the Hot July Temperatures. Karine and Francoise were great to work with!!

Nous avons passé une semaine fort agréable dans cet appartement confortable, calme, bien équipé et à 10mn à pied du Cours Mirabeau. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Karine, la propriétaire mais elle a répondu présente à chaque sollicitation. A refaire !

The location was absolutely perfect. Easy access to every place you want to visit in Aix, and if you want to explore other nearby places, the train station is literally a 2-min walk away. The check-in was also amazingly simple with a very warm welcome by Françoise.

Un séjour parfait, bel accueil. Appartement idéalement situé, au calme avec une terrasse privée et à seulement quelques minutes de marche de l’activité du centre-ville de Aix (cours Mirabeau etc). Équipement adéquat dans l’appartement. Une hôte et une concierge promptes à répondre avec une grande gentillesse aux questions et aux différentes demandes, je n’aurais pas pu demander mieux!

Il a été très facile de communiquer avec Karine et de prendre rdv avec Françoise pour la remise des clefs. Françoise nous explique bien comment procéder pour le parking ; les places sont dans un parking clos mais ne sont pas attitrées ; notre voiture était moyenne (peugeot 2008) et nous avons pu nous garer sans problème (avec une plus grosse voiture, ça peut être plus compliqué car il y a un petit passage très pentu). L'appartement est très bien situé, près du cours Mirabeau. Il est très bien conçu (WC et sdb séparés), grands lits dans les chambres (qui disposent de rangement), le salon donne sur l'Est ainsi que le balcon (beaucoup de soleil le matin). C'est très bien équipé, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons fait des courses pas loin sur le cours Mirabeau. Françoise nous a très bien accueillis et conseillés, notre séjour nous laisse un excellent souvenir. Je recommande, c'est une très bonne adresse. Merci Karine et Françoise

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Karin. L'appartement est idéalement situé, le parking sécurisé est un grand plus, nous avons pu rayonner dans toute la magnifique ville d'Aix sans sortir la voiture. L'appartement correspond en tout point à la description, nous l'avons trouvé très propre et fonctionnel. Notre hôte Karin était à l'écoute, très agréable et ponctuelle.
