Was not prepared after last guest.

Beds were comfy, lots of tv options, cable and smart tv.

Used face cloth still hanging on shower rod from previous guest, half used mini bottles of shampoo, body wash etc no extra toilet paper refills in room and not enough left on roll for more than one use.

Good value location in Huntsville

Quiet, effective heating controlled by thermostat. Great water pressure. Fridge, TV, coffeemaker all good. Wifi signal strong and stable. Bed very comfortable. Bedside lamp conveniently has multiple USB and power plugs. For the money, better than other places I’ve stayed at in Huntsville.

Thin walls meant you could hear parking lot and neighbour noise. Sheets had stains.

I’d recommend for anyone looking for a short term stay and trying to save money

Good place to stay for the price & the manager is very nice

The mattress is quite uncomfortable and the bedsheets were old and stained, although washed

So far its all good!

Its close to my work and clean place.

I suggest put a little coffee table on the couch so that have a place to put mugs or anthing while resting or watching tv!

Dissapointing.

Beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows.

cob web on the ceiling over the door, base boards were dirty in the bathroom. Back of desk filthy. NO normal cable tv only roku , could not watch the leafs game!

Horrible sketchy

Did not meet our standards had a bad feeling at check inn so we looked for a different hotel to stay the night. They did not offer refund but we didn’t care and when we drove by it in the morning the next day OPP were all over the property.

easy to get to, very accommodating- I was running late and the Gentleman waited for me to arrive.

it is an old motel converted and the walls are very thin. I could hear the guys next door

close to the hwy

wasn’t as clean as the pics online show. My door didn’t lock properly and there was a big container of cigarette butts right outside my door. There were crumbs and stuff in the drawers so wasn’t able to put my clothes away

A Lovely place to stay! Everything was perfect. I look forward to booking here again in the future.

The friendly staff! they were so accommodating. I had to reschedule my trip and was scared that I wouldn’t receive my money back for the booking. The staff were in contact with me every step of the way and we rescheduled for the week after. I really appreciated everything the staff did for me. The property was well maintained and renovated! comfy beds and soft sheets. No complaints! everything was amazing!

No complaints! A quick drive to downtown and it was right off the highway!

Cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing.

Price was exceptional. Staff was friendly and explained rules, wifi access in detail.

Floors were disgustingly dirty. Dust on floor and not washed. The towels were very small and the bed sheets were worn, pilled and old. There was a very distinct unpleasant odor in the room all night. The furniture was dusty and obviously not cleaned recently. We could not adjust the volume of the TV and it was set quite loud, therefore we did not watch it for fear of disturbing other guests. Upon arrival the front office was dismal. Partially used for storage and was not welcoming at all. Overall the cleanliness of the room was very disappointing.

The location of this hotel is close to the highway and close to town. TV options were descent.

Bed hard as board. Cleanlines of amenities. Steep hill into motel was challenging in the deep snow.
