Comfortable and cosy apartment, located in a small lovely street with lots of shops and restaurants.
It was clean and had all the needed facilities (we didn't use them but there were clear instructions for each, and everything was clean). We stayed 1 night only but it is convenient to stay for longer.
The host is very reponsive, replying to my messages within minutes.
The steps and info regarding opening the doors were clear and easy.
We were on the ground floor and one window has no curtains, and brings a lot of light in from the outdoor lamp.
The bathroom for shower was a bit cold as it has no heating inside.
The space besides the beds is a bit small, so not really possible to open the luggage and keep them open. It was ok for us as we were there for 1 night only.

location
climbing 3 floors using steps with so much heavy luggage is very painful.

Location was perfect for us, very good entrance system that is easy and secure. Clean room.
TV was broken and only been told about it's unavailability on the day along with check-in instruction. If we knew this in advance we would have considered another hotel.
7.0
- space
- cleanliness
- keyless entry
- Train station is not quite good because after 9:30 pm the hatagaya station was closed and you can just go down before or after hatagaya station only.

Easy check in, convinient location and it did the job
The towels were dirty and had holes in them, the staircase was narrow which is difficult if you have big suitcases.

We were here for a week and it is a very convenient location . The space is very compact but the bed was comfortable. The shower was a good pressure . It is very well placed to local shops and eating places and easy to find from bus and train station . The no key entry is very good and worked very well . There is a very good internet.
The large bed is great, but what could be handy would be shelves on the adjacent walls for glasses ,torches ,etc.
The appliances could have more English instructions to work them. There is a dryer but we didn't get to use it as couldn't make it work. There are no drink glasses and a cloth to dry dishes would be good. We wanted to see if apartment living worked in Tokyo, these apartments make a good beginning but no longer than a week.
The apartment is very close to the street and is noisy late at night and early morning .

Instructions were straightforward for check in. Had a bit of a difficult time finding it. We all knew we were in the right place but the sign was small. Liked that there was a kitchenette and that there was easy access to several groceries within walking distance of the property.
We arrived at night. The neighborhood is safe but I can imagine solo travelers would have a difficult time navigating the streets on their own. The transition between floor at the door entrance and the room needs to be fixed. Its the first thing a guest will see. So its an immediate turn off when you enter. Then, the flooring of the kitchen and the bathroom could use some work. There is a smell in the laundry area, I don’t know where it comes from. The heater was confusing - maybe a little bit more info on it in the folder with house rules. I’m thinking the other rooms are better since the room we got was different from the photos? This place has a lot of potential, its a waste since it will probably just take a bit of work to bring it to a higher level. Its a nice little place near the starting point of our Fuji tour (University which is 5 mins by taxi). But its a few stops from the city.

Nice little kitchen. Washing machine,
The air conditioner was a little loud and weak. Little space to walk. Almost the whole living area is taken up by the beds. No elevator.
I had to pay 30 % more because of an error with booking.com.

the double security system
it was a bit hard to tell where the pin code was in the email

The area is really cute, local and quiet.
Shower was hot and nice.
Inside the room was a little bit cold, even if you switch on the heater. (Maybe we don't know how to use it well)

Place were clean and comfortable, and it is near the train station. There are a lot of store and restaurants nearby.
Staff didn't inform us that there were two locks. The instructions should be clear that a physical key is required to open the door. We stayed outside for almost couple of hours waiting for the staff to instruct us how to get the other key.
8.0
clean, comfortable, quiet, easy to access, easy check in and out, really cute little neighborhood with a great bakery right across the street, laundry in-room and active hang-drying feature in the shower space (never seen that before, but quite effective!)
very very small, would benefit enormously from wall hooks especially around the bathroom… nowhere to hang towels and very little space to store clothes. Nearest station is on a weird train line that’s not part of the Tokyo Metro Pass, so we had to pay a little extra each time we took the subway.

Good location, laundry on ground floor.
Luminous room. Good facilities
Tiny room, main place filled with 2 big beds, can accommodate 4 persons but in reality 2 persons is a max, as you don’t have space to move around. you have to eat on the lavatory table corner if you ever want to cook in the room.
