The park is kept beautifully and is one of the best we’ve stayed in. The walks/trails were great for us and our dog. And after a long day the hot tub was clean, well maintained and a welcome bonus. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. I have no hesitation in 100% recommending this park.

We stayed in forest retreat this time. It was absolutely beautiful and so cosy. The views from the lodge were amazing. We sat watching hares leap about and deer. The woodland walks are so peaceful and relaxing. The grounds are very well maintained. A visit to Olivia’s tea rooms are a must. A lovely choice of hot/cold drinks and hot/cold food. We can’t wait to go back in October.

We came for 11 nights with our dog and had our adult children join us for a few nights mid week. Forest Retreat has the wow factor! We walked in and decided we could live there! The lodge is really well equipped and in a beautiful quiet location looking across adjoining fields. We spent much of our time cycling, walking and fishing and enjoyed a lazy and relaxing time with a daily dip in the hot tub. We will definitely return, and being fairly close to home, we will pop over for long weekends.
