Welcome to Sunset Pointe at Margaritaville, we are located in the private Estates section of the Margaritaville resort area. Once you step into our home it will be easy to experience a "New State of Mind". Experience breathtaking 180 degree views of the lake from the large living room and multiple private decks. Our home is spacious and offers oversized bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people in comfortable beds. Each bedroom suite has a private bathroom, sitting area and private deck offering breathtaking lake views, perfect for your morning coffee or ending the day with a glass of wine.
Our home is designed to accommodate large groups and families with an open concept living room and dining room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to prepare meals and entertain. There is a grill and ample seating to enjoy meals on the deck while enjoying our famous lake sunsets.
This home is located in the center of the action in Osage Beach and in the heart of the Margaritaville resort. While staying at our home you have access to the private Estates pools from May through September and can also access many of the resort pools and amenities based on the resort guidelines that they have in place. The resort offers several restaurants, the Landshark Bar with outdoor pool and beach area, miniature golf, horseback riding, indoor waterpark, arcade, bowling alley and a pub with pool tables. There also is a spa, outdoor tennis and basketball courts. If you are a golfer you will be in Paradise as you are minutes from a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship golf course.
Our home is located within 10 minutes of all major shopping, restaurants and entertainment areas. Brose through in house magazine and guidebook to organize your leisure activities.
If you are bringing a boat there is a designated unloading area at the Main entrance of the resort and you can reserve space in the Marina during your stay. The marina also offers boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals.
You'll have 3 designated parking spots and additional parking is available at designated resort lots.

Loved this cottage! We had two full families stay here with extra room to spare. The beds were very comfortable and there were tons of games for the kids! The view was breathtaking and my favorite spot was coffee on the deck every morning and watching the sunset. The hosts were great and very responsive and left us super thoughtful gifts! Definitely would stay here again!

Reviews are glowing, house is beautiful. BUT hear me out. 7 of my friends we went out to dinner, we had all one drink at dinner and came back and was approached by a girl with a dog asking to sleep in our basement, she said her husband and her got into an argument she was shaken up, we asked if she wanted us to call the cops she said no and left. We called, I called Irma to let her know the situation since police were being dispatched to her house. While waiting for the police, we heard someone at the door trying to get in. We hid in a room, I asked Irma to start recording on her doorbell camera which she did not do. We called the police again to let them know even though they were dispatched. All of us were panicked, was it the girls husband or the girl? Are we safe? Richard said “that sounds like it was a distraction” the girl said that she lived in the neighboring house for a few months, Irma told me on the phone they have no long term neighbors. She admitted that the entire experience is not right yet. She told us our feelings were invalid how would we know she was going to hurt us? how would we NOT know that she or her husband would hurt us? The police didnt find her, we did not feel safe in the house. We went to a hotel for the night. ON A RECORDED LINE IRMA SAID IN A WHINY VOICE “YOURE BEING DRAMATIC” when we mentioned me having a full anxiety attack. HOW DARE anyone mock mental health issues. Was this a one off deal? Sure maybe but who knows if it will happen again?

Could not be any closer to the lake unless you were swimming. Great separation of the large bedrooms. The coffee, wine and tea gifts were unexpected and enjoyed. Irma and Richard were available and helpful hosts.

met friends here to see concert at ozarks amphitheater. great home with lots of space. deck was amazing to watch the boats and lake activity. hosts were wonderful and offered lots of thoughtful extras. wonderful stay!

Irma is a very attentive owner and exceptionally prompt and helpful with her communication. When we had some initial trouble with the combination lock, she was immediately accessible via text to open the door remotely and reset the combination. The large deck with patio table and hot tub were the highlight of our time, even with rainy days. We all just needed some restful downtime and this space allowed for that. The AC in the master bedroom wasn’t as efficient as it could be, but some fans were already provided and certainly helped keep the temperature manageable. Irma and Richard take pride in caring for this property and keeping it a welcoming space.

Home 🏠 s on a beautiful bluff, overlooking the lake, gorgeous location. Large deck with hot tub, very enjoyable. House is very clean, all 5 beds and pillows very comfortable. Close to Margaritaville and all of its amenities. Check out a cave or 2 while you are here. Lots of fun and educational!

We has a peaceful and relaxing time. Close to great hiking parks. Drinking coffee on the deck is amazing. The property is very clean. The family was engrossed in the video game table playing games from the 80's. Perfect few days to getaway without the summer crowds.

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway to escape the stress of the daily grind. This property was fantastic! We loved watching the boats and listening to the waves. The view from the deck was very scenic. There are several other houses around but we still felt like we had a very private retreat! It was just the two of us, but there is so much room for alot of people! . I was especially impressed with the communication from the property owner. Irma went out of her way to make us feel, not only welcome, but special as well. She was available for any needs and kept in touch to make sure we were all good. Definitely V. I. P service! We are very grateful for such a wonderful experience!

The owners went above & beyond for us! They were prompt and friendly. The house was very clean & cozy. The deck & main room was our favorite part!! A view of the water in the hot tub + old school video game machine made for the best rained in weekend with 2 young kiddos. Plenty of space to not be “bothered” with the location of the bedrooms & bathrooms. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Things don’t always go as planned but the property manager went above and beyond for us! She did everything in her power to make our trip perfect! The house was immaculately clean, the view was great and the amenities were awesome! 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommend staying here!

If you saw those pictures and loved it, it’s exactly the way the place it. Sunset and the view from deck were awesome. House is clean, safe and in a great resort. Irma and Richard ensured that the welcome had a personal touch. If we had questions, they were really easy to reach. Overall worth every penny spend and more. Great place and great folks.

This place has it all! We loved everything about this house and community with Irma was wonderful. We loved it so much we actually decided to stay an extra day! From the view to the location to the restaurant options this place was perfect! We took out boys (6,7) to jolly mon twice and they had a blast! Deck was great watching sunset and boats pass by! House was very well stocked and have everything needed!! We will def be back!!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this property! The main channel views are fantastic and being able to enjoy them from the hot tub on the back porch made them even better! The hosts are 5 star! They are incredibly thoughtful and made the stay feel like we were part of their family! One of the best hosts we have ever had staying at a VRBO property. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a weekend getaway at the Lake! Our only note is the stairs to the upper level are a bit narrow and steep on the inside. It is the design of the house and not the hosts fault at all. Otherwise, this property is amazing and a strong recommend for anyone looking for a family or group getaway! We had a ball!

My friends and I had no trouble finding our way at night to this lovely Qzark hideaway. We woke the next morning to an amazing panoramic view of the lake from the many large windows throughout the home, as well as the main floor peak to floor windows and wall of sliding glass doors opening to the lakeside deck with a 180° view of the water, breath-taking at sunset. The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed, plus many thoughtful extras. The owner stayed in touch with us, in case we needed anything. The January 2023 cold snap may have frozen pipes in some vacation homes, but we were unaffected and had plenty of hot water during our stay! The use of hardy, handcrafted native wood furniture highlighted the folksy decor.

We were looking for a peaceful place to spend the holidays and this was a great pick. The view is amazing, as was the owner, and even though it was off season there still seemed to be plenty of places open for food and shopping. Great experience all around.

Incredible views; amazing and caring hosts; super clean house where everything worked. We needed a long weekend to unwind and relax as a family; this house could not have been a better fit. We were able to slow down, enjoy the lake, bbq at night; etc. The first day I had an emergency at work that requires couple of Teams calls and access to my company’s network— the house internet connection was fantastic!

Amazing view, very good location, attentive host. This home is excellent for a family of 4-6 people. There were plenty of board games for kids, and even a vintage arcade video game! Best part of the home is the deck; the view from the deck and the hot tub! We loved our stay here.

Great place for our annual sisters trip. Nice clean home with plenty of room for everyone to be together or to have your own private space. The location is close to anything you may need or want. Irma is the best and most attentive host ever! Fast responses to any questions we had. The wonderful breakfast and the adorable slippers she made for us were greatly appreciated. We hope to come back next year!
