About this house rental

This is a beautiful new 3 bedroom flat with oak hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet. This wonderful new first level condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with Sliding doors that lead out onto your own balcony for outside dining overlooking the North Hills of Ashland. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and smart TV. Second room has queen bed with smart tv. The third room has a twin trundel bed and smart tv. This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to the popular Shakespeare Festival. With tons of boutiques, both local and well-known stores, antiques, parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Ashland . The house is just blocks away from a convenient health conscious Co-op grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

This was Year Three for my high school classmates and I to take a theatre trip to Ashland. This sweet cottage located at the end of the business district is perfectly located for a walk to see shows at the Shakespeare Festival. Two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, AC…and reasonably priced make this our go-to landing. We have selected shows and are planning Year 4.

The 3 bedroom house was spacious and comfortable. We loved the table & chairs on the porch! We ate there twice each day. The walk to the theaters was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place for our stay in Ashland with friends. Clean and nicely appointed, it provided a comfortable place to spend time together. The location is really great for walking into town and theatres. And Noble Coffee, just down the street, became a regular morning ritual. Felt at home here!

This was the perfect place for our family of grandparents, parents and one child. The house is well appointed with a modern kitchen and new HVAC units offering quiet ideal temperature control. There were guests in the upstairs apartment(unit B) and we could barely hear any noise. There are front porch and back deck sitting areas. We parked our car and walked everywhere during our 3 day visit.

We had a great time as a family in Ashland! It is such a cute, artsy town! We were in town for SOU move in. The house was in a perfect area, close to so many restaurants, Lithia Park, shops, & very convenient to the beautiful SOU campus. One downside was that the people staying in the upstairs space were very loud & we could hear almost everything. Overall, they were friendly & we knew they were just having fun so we were go with the flow. I would recommend this rental, for sure! Amber was so friendly (thank you!!).

This is a beautiful home. It is very comfortable for four (two couples or a small family. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful as we could easily walk to the theater and the railroad district. The only caveat is that there was some noise late at night overhead in the master bedroom because the upper tenants have their living room/kitchen above. I ended up having to go upstairs at midnight, in my bathrobe, to ask them to quiet down. Other than the noise at night, it was a very nice stay.

We really loved this house. The location cannot be beat and the layout of the house is perfect. Plenty of space for a family. We had a slight issue at check in but the owners quickly solved our problem and made things right. We will definitely try to stay here again.

This recently remodeled, clean, vrbo is in the perfect walking location. You could park and not drive the entire time. We enjoyed the front porch for afternoon wine and cheese. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well supplied.

Restored Ashland home was perfect for we three high school classmates (age 70+). It is the middle floor, all one level, cozy living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, front porch with chairs and table. Located at the "university" end of town, the walk to the festival theatres was perfect. Quiet street. Visitors above and below were quiet. Bring beans, not coffee pods. Didn't receive access code until exact time of access, which was a wee bit stressful, but hostess called immediately with updates when contacted. Highly recommend this place. Beds and linens were first class. Kitchen is perfectly supplied with needed items to cook. AC works great.

Great location in Ashland, OR. The house was as advertised except for the trundle situation in a bedroom that advertised a second queen bed. The wifi password was as stated in the welcome binder, not as per the picture block on the table near the tv. We were most impressed by the cleanliness and the well equipped kitchen. Our only complaint is that there needed to be enough coffee for that first pit upon arrival. We would have been happy to bring our own had we known. All in all, our stay was great because of proximity to Shakespeare Festival and grocery store and downtown shops. Would rent again.

Facility was great! Only problem was we were provided the access code by email at 3:41 PM. Check in was told to be at 3:00. Therefore we were waiting in the car for 40 minutes.

We were visiting our son who is a student at SOU along with our family from England - the house was perfect for our needs. The location was great with an easy walk to downtown, Lithia Park and grocery stores, plus just a few minutes from the SOU campus. The house was clean and had plenty of room for a 4 and 8-year-old and four adults. Amber was very accomodating with us as we thought we would need to change our dates by a few days. The newly renovated kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only hiccup was getting the right code to enter the house when we checked in but Amber answered our phone call within minutes. We would definitely stay here again!
