A recent refresh of paint, furnishings and designer upgrades make this three-story townhouse with over 2600 sq of living space the perfect home-away-from-home for even the most particular traveler.
Enter ground floor and have access to the private, ground floor apartment with 1-bedroom (king bed with flatscreen TV) and a full bath. There’s a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a dinette table for two and a comfy sofa and large, flatscreen TV. Elegant and perfect with a connecting door to the main apartment.
The second entrance leads into the foyer and up a flight of stairs into the main living area on the second floor main living area. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. The dining area is designed for easy flow with seating for 6 and extra seating at the breakfast bar. A cushy sectional sofa in the livingroom with a large, flatscreen TV leads out to a lovely screened patio.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. We especially enjoyed the grotto hot tub. The rental was very clean and had everything that we needed. The check-in was a little confusing, since it was after hours. One of the closet doors was off the tracks, and we reported it. It wasn't any inconvenience to us though.

The resort was very nice. The accommodations were good but one of the beds was a double and the information we received showed it to be a queen. One couple in our group had to separate and one had to sleep on the couch. This couple feels that they overpaid for what they received and feel that they should be compensated.

We had an amazing time at the Mariner’s club! Loved the pools and grotto hot tub. The kids too full advantage of the pools and the extended hours. They enjoyed the game room too. One note is that there are pickle ball/bb court but there is no equipment on site for check out. So bring your own equipment. Luckily a neighbor that lived there let us borrow their equipment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

The place was amazing. Beautiful, great location. They have a fitness room, 2 pools. We had a minor problem and Barefeet vacations (management company) was prompt to respond and even gave us a personal cell phone number to follow up on a Sunday evening. Very impressed.

Overall Mariners Club was very nice, and our unit (611) was fine. There were some issues with cleanliness (esp pull-out couch) when we first got there. Also some things didn't work (TV, safe) and the kitchen faucet came apart (fortunately they fixed it right away). The people at Barefoot Rentals were very nice and very helpful, esp. Karla.

Nice condo unit in Key largo. Property was located in gated community. Condo was very clean and served our group of seven very well. Pools were heated and well taken care of as were other public areas. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Great Location, Property Needs Work
We are a family of 5 adults that came to scuba dive in the keys. Pros: Location is great, near diving centers and many restaurants and stores. The house is also quiet and looks nice from the outside. It was cleaned and check in was easy.
Cons: The property needs to be refreshed. The pillows are extremely worn out. The fridge downstairs is visibly very rusted on the outside. The downstairs bedroom is missing blinds, and the roll down blinds near the front door are very old. The main family room has no blinds or curtains at all, and your neighbor can see into the main family room from their deck. All bathroom countertops are quite old and the shower curtains have red mildew stains on the bottom. Also, please note the Laundry Room is on the OUTSIDE of the house. Yes, you have to go outside the main door and access the laundry from the driveway. Finally, you may want to know that the only way to get into the community is through a guard operated gate. If the ONLY guard leaves, the guard posts a sign that he/she will be back in six minutes and you will have to wait for him/her to return to let you in. The ONLY guard goes on rounds in the community frequently, leaving you waiting at the property entrance for him/her to return. One day, there was a line of 3-4 cars waiting for the guard to return which can be dangerous because the entrance to the community is not that long any any cars that can't wait near the entrance have to wait on the main highway.

Good space for two families of 4. Loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. All the necessary kitchen items were there and in good usable shape. Individual laundry for each unit was wonderful and convenience and beach towels included was a nice touch through Barefeet Rentals. The pool was huge and a great hangout! Teenagers loved the hottubs, game room and gym. Gates entrance kept it safe and family friendly. They were very courteous and quick to return phone calls and answer questions. They also provided good suggestions on things to do in the area. Barefeet Vacation rentals were easy to work with. Including beach towels and plastic pool cups for our use was a nice touch!

If it weren’t for multiple issues with appliances not working this was perfect for our family. Loved the resort and lots of room in this unit. The microwave quit working and the fridge drawers were broken. A couple closet doors were off the hinges

It was easy to get to the property, beautiful place, plenty of room for our 8 people. We used the pool almost every day. The coded entry is so convenient. The one thing we missed was the ice and water from the fridge, we called the first day as the filter needed to be replaced but no one ever came to change it. We really enjoyed our stay

(Mgr response - we will take a look at the pillows and replace where necessary...the thermostats on the two central AC units have a humidity control to prevent an issue arising from our trropical temperatures so you may notiice it adjusting automatically if it senses high humidity. Great location
Overall, a great experience. Would definitely stay here again! We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The one downside we all noticed was how dirty the floors were. With a name like Barefeet Rentals, you’d think we should be able to walk around the place barefoot without our feet turning black!

Excellent choice for intergenerational vacation
The townhouse was accurately described and offered abundant space for grandparents, parents and grandchildren. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was easy to work in and had a wonderful variety of dishes, cooking utensils, and cookware. The only things I could not find were measuring spoons. I also brought my crockpot since I called ahead to see if there would be one there.
All floors were tile which made it easy to keep clean but when all the kids (ages 2,6,8,10) were inside, it did get a little noisy.
The space is nicely divided with bedrooms on each floor which allowed quiet private space for everyone. Outdoor patios on each level.
The grounds are gorgeous. Two lovely pools, nice marina, and walking trails. The resort is close to grocery stores and other shops. I would recommend this to friends and consider renting it again.

This is a pretty big place. Even the smallest bedrooms were cozy, not tiny. One issue was some construction equipment parked at the entrance when we arrived. It stayed there for 3 days. Other than that no problems.

Peaceful Oasis in a Surprising Location
We loved our stay at the Mariner’s Club. The townhouse was spacious and beautifully appointed, the community was well-maintained, and the oasis pool was perfectly named. The kitchen was a good size for feeding and entertaining children and adults. The beds were comfortable and the house was a peaceful place to rest and play after a long day exploring the upper keys.
The advertised fishing pier is a great place for ocean views, but only for two people at a time, and it is not AT ALL designed with fishing in mind. It is difficult to cast lines, and it is immediately adjacent to the marina channel. The “beach” area is remote, which gives it a nice “getaway” feel. The imported sand is nice, but the shore itself is large coral rocks that do not allow water access, and it is located in a basin area that catches smelly debris. Depending on how the breeze is, it can be a good place to relax, or a place to avoid!
Property managers, Barefeet Rentals were courteous, and clearly communicative. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. We had a minor need for repairs (garbage disposal and sliding door lock), and their response was immediate and effective.
Overall we loved our stay. If a future trip finds us heading to Key Largo, we would stay here again.

Unfortunately having rats in the kitchen ruined our stay. The property is beautiful and we were enjoying everything about it until the 4th day when we discovered 3 of them. We had to vacate the property.

Family friendly stay
Very clean and friendly environment to stay while vacationing. We loved the quiet space that our unit gave our family which included 8 adults and two tweens. Our family enjoyed the pools, hotubs, tennis / pickle ball courts as well as the game room. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
