Great spot. Super clean. Huge TV! One down side - 6 parking spots for 6 units. Came back around 9:30pm and all the spots were taken. Plenty of street parking - parked maybe 1/2 block away.

Amazing! A full kitchen, washer and dryer, Queen beds, brand new construction, private parking, manicured lawn and vegetation, clean and comfortable, close to park and attractions, etc. We will stay there again. Less expensive than the big hotels and much more convenient.

Unlike your average and sometime higher end hotels, this property provides great overhead lighting as well as table lamps. The beds are comfortable, lots of pillows and lovely comforter and sheets. Very close to downtown and great restaurants.

Perfect little place to stay in Grants Pass especially if you have pets. Our little cabin had its own private little graveled back porch so we were able to just open the back door to let her go out and do her business without having to put her on a leash. The place was warm and comfortable. Very clean. We were very happy with our stay here.

Enjoyed staying here; close to downtown and off street parking. Stayed in this unit 2 nights after a previous stay that was 3 nights. Only issue was the only TP is what is on the roll; no extra roll either time. Next time I will try to remember to bring a spare roll just in case!

My husband and I enjoyed our long stay every day. The cabin had everything you would need from a full kitchen to washer/dryer in the unit. The cabin was clean and the staff very friendly. We have already booked for next summer and looking forward to another great experience.

Every time we come to visit family in GP, we stay in this Vrbo. It is centrally located, has a full kitchen (which is essential since we have dietary restrictions), full washer and dryer (these come in handy if you have kids or are staying for quite a few days), and comfy beds. We won't stay anywhere else!

This is the cutest little rental complex. It was perfect for our overnight stay but would be great for longer stays too. Everything was provided and was very clean inside and outside. A firepit in the middle of the yard would tie everything together, but just a suggestion... it's pretty perfect the way it is. :)

I did not receive an email regarding instructions on how to check in. The door required a code to get in. If the cleaning team had not been there, we would not have known how to get in. There was a ring door bell, and maybe that’s how to receive instructions on how to get in, but it was unclear if we needed to do that. Also there were no instructions on check out procedure. There was definitely a failure on the communication part to this. Other than that, the place was amazing. Although, I will want to suggest including a cutting board to go with the set of knives you have in the kitchen. Also an extra set of linens and pillows for the futon would have been helpful. The kitchen also needs a few rags/towels and a dish rack or something to set the drying dishes on as well. If you add a set of broom and dustpan for those messier moments that would have been helpful too. Also I want to note to the owners that the set up of the bathroom sink may need a few modifications. Water damage may result near the drywall/baseboards against the sink because water almost always gets splashed onto the back of the faucet and overflows to the back sides of the countertop and onto the floor. You may want to find ways to prevent that otherwise you will end up with replacing the baseboards and drywall or worse end up with mold behind those. It’s a beautiful cabin, but I’d hate to see this place turn into shambles by the wrong tenants

We liked staying in this place while visiting Grants Pass. It is very cute and close to the freeway. Having a kitchen and a washer and dryer were really really nice. The only bad thing I can think of was the floor really really needed to be mopped! After taking a shower and walking across the floor my feet were black again.

It's a house made into a hotel room! Plenty of space for three adults and terrific access to all things Grants Pass. Would have liked a single-packet soap for laundry. Highly recommend True Juice, Rogue Coffee Roaster (so friendly!), DEFINITELY the farm tour at award-winning cheese-maker Rogue Creamery (10a and 2p, say "hi" to Audrey), and River's Edge Restaurant for a locally sourced top-chef splurge of deliciousness!

Within walking distance to many restaurants and downtown activities as well as the river and could also drive an hour or so to nearby things like the redwoods and the Pacific Ocean.Host also provided a nice basket assortment of things in case you forgot them that was over the top with its selections. Very well done very affordable will definitely be looking to stay there again.

Very cute little studio. Loved the cute out doorsy cabin theme. Had everything we needed for the stay. Loved being able to cook dinner instead of having to eat out. Beats a hotel stays.
