This guest house is clean, bright and designed for optimal comfort. It is private, in the back of the main house with two separate, private entrances. Luxurious amenities with security measures and ease of use with your own personalized gate and door code. Self-check in with ease no matter how late you arrive. Quiet residential neighbourhood in a convenient location. Just a few blocks away from the freeway and close to plenty of shopping. Vacation Rental had all that one would need.

Came in for a procedure from out of town and this was the absolutely perfect little spot to recover in. Communicated well with the owners. They were on top of any small to big request and accommodated me longer than the initial stay. Would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend this to everyone.

We had a wonderful time. The space was quiet, clean and comfortable. Having the fully stocked kitchen was a huge plus as well as the full bath. Parking was easy as there were plenty of parking spots. We highly recommend staying here!

This location and value was perfect for our last minute Christmas holiday trip to visit family. However, there was a week of rain in LA. The roof was weak and already had signs of leakage. And so we had water leaking on the floor and the mattress which had signs of mildew from previous leaks. The host was very active in trying to remedy the situation, cleaning up the standing water and changing the bed linens as well as placing plastic tarps on the roof. It helped a bit and we appreciated the effort. However, I think some real repairs are needed in the future.

This "Lucky House" felt very lucky indeed. The bed was comfy; the kitchen was well stocked; the big window let lots of light in; the owner was considerate; and the neighborhood was pleasant and walkable. I had a perfect little get getaway! I will definitely be back.

This location and property was perfect for our visit to Los Angeles from Louisiana to visit our son and daughter in law. The proximity to them in Lake Balboa was perfect! Definitely our go to place when we visit!!

I was down here for surgery, this was the perfect place to recover. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. I love the little patio, it was a nice place to sit and relax. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The family that lives in the house in front of the guesthouse are very friendly. If I have to stay in LA again I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable little home, sparkling clean, quiet location near I-405. Stayed here 10 days; we would definitely stay here again. Good queen bed, equipped kitchen. No network TV, but lots of streaming options.

This guesthouse is in a great location. Easy access to the freeway and stores are close by. Street parking was always easy to find. Check in was super easy. I hope to be able to stay again at this location. Thank you again for the stay!
