Good size and location. Perfect for our needs as we moved our daughter to college. A few updates needed here and there. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful decorations.

We wanted a location near the state farm arena. But didnt want to have to pay extra for parking daily. Jalen's home was perfect. The home, is just like the pictures. He is very responsive and attentive. I will stay here again.

We came to Atlanta to visit the zoo and aquarium. Everything was as detailed. Only issue we had was the air conditioner. During the late afternoon/evening the house would get up to 78°. Communication with the owner was super easy!

Amazing stay! The pictures listed is exactly how house was! Clean and beautiful! Only ding was the air mattress (When attempting to clean it, it started to turn a brownish red and illuminated a very fishy, sour smell) - we could not use it!! No points taken away for that, though!! Just ditch that one and invest in a new one!! Highly recommended!!!! Thank you, Jalen!!

Everything was great with our stay even though the owner had a problem with his air-conditioning. He gladly paid for our motel stay the first night while the air conditioning was being fixed.

This house is in a good location. It is close to many activities. Who ever decorated did a great job. However, upon arriving, I noticed tub and sinks in master dirty, tub had pubic hairs. I took pictures and sent to jaylen, he had to come out and clean it, witch it still looked dirty and that next morning when we went to make breakfast, there were a pan of muffins still in the oven. That we had to empty and clean to make our breakfast. Online they say they clean person to person so obviously they didn’t do that. So if you book this location, you should put in request to host to make sure they disinfect and clean properly before you get there. Plus Then I get a message while we were already left to head back home with Jaylen asking could we please wash the dishes before we leave , which didn’t make sense to me, since we pay a cleaning fee, and being that the house was dirty when we came I didn’t understand why he was even asking us to clean anything. I won’t be staying again.

My wife and I took our young children to Atlanta to visit the aquarium and zoo. We loved our stay here and our boys had a blast with Pac-Man! The property was amazing and I especially loved the large bathroom. My wife and I also really enjoyed how close things were to the property. After visiting the aquarium and checking in, our car stayed parked for the rest of the trip! We walked to the zoo and local Dinning for the rest our our trip. I got to say, not having to drive in Atlanta is a major plus!

If you're looking for a location that is convenient to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, this is a great place. We were there to see Taylor Swift and were able to drop off and pickup very quickly and avoid a lot of traffic. The owner was very accommodating for allowing access to the property to prepare for the show. The house is also only a few blocks from a cute neighborhood with good restaurants, a brewery and an ice cream shop. The only minor issue was that the 3rd bed is a rollaway, so not the most comfortable for our 5th adult. The other bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Nice place!

I really enjoyed my stayed at this townhouse. It was very beautiful in the inside as you see on the pictures as listed. Whomever decorated really did everything with love even down to the comfortable beds omg didn't want to get up this morning. Both of the rooms was very nice, and comfy. Only thing I dislike was sharing the tv upstairs with the kids. It was very fresh and clean when we enter in the inside. I fell in love with that master bathroom/tub. I prepared food for my kids along with cooking for a Christmas party and everything in that kitchen is top notch, non-sticking pans A1. They also have the real deal of paper towels and tissue. Let's just say I was at home away from home like frfr. My kids enjoyed themselves even though I put the valuable things to the side so nothing wouldn't get bumped or broken. My daughter forgot her toothbrush but that wasn't a problem bcuz this property had the cutest single toothbrush set in the box along with toothpaste in the inside. Definitely will be booking again very soon. This is the best property I have been to hands down. Jalen definitely knows how to treat his guest. Quick to respond back too any of your concerns. Get at Mr. Falcons for any of your nice, relaxing get aways, I promise you will not be disappointed... I tried my best to keep everything that I could clean with my kids constantly messing up. We stayed in Jalen's townhome over Thanksgiving with 4 adults and 1 teenager. We had a great stay. Communication with Jalen was very easy through the VRBO app.

I really enjoyed our stay at this property. I brought my daughter and her friend to Atlanta for a concert, so when I wasn't chauffering her around I literally spent my time in the house. I was very comfortable, the property was clean, bed was cozy, there wasn't a TV in the room my daughter slept in but other than that. Decor was beautiful, I would definitely stay there again.

The townhouse was beautiful and very clean and it looks exactly like the pictures. We didn’t have any issues. Jalen did contact us throughout to check if we needed anything which was awesome and very considerate. Overall a great experience. Next time we are in Atlanta we will definitely book with Jalen again.

The property was amazing . I honestly have no complaints . It was only minor issues but nothing that will make you feel like you would want to up and leave. The check in / out process was easy . Justin was responsive in a reasonable time manner. Everything is up the street literally. Hands down I will definitely stay again.

We were coming together in Atlanta to meet up with my brother who lives across the country and to see other family and friends. The townhouse is in a convenient location and has many toiletries not all Vrbo hosts provide (shampoo, make up wipes, bar soap). My family loved the old school arcade game with retro hits like Gallaga and Pac-Man. The only drawback we had was a later check-in than promised (about 30 minutes) which is inconvenient when you have people coming from afar to get checked in and settled. Jalen was communicative when messaged.

This property was the perfect location for our business at America's Mart in downtown Atlanta. We were about 1.5 miles from downtown and were able to Uber to our location in less than 15 minutes! The house was comfortable, clean and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The owner, Jalen, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Some people have mentioned they didn't receive the home code until the last minute. We received it about an hour before the check-in time of 4:00 p.m. I would highly recommend this home and plan to use it again for business and perhaps personal use to see some sights in Atlanta with my family. Thanks Jalen - we will be back!

Host was very attentive and polite. Cleaning staff was nice. About 10min from the Weston downtown. 30min or so depending on traffic to Truist Park and only 20min away from six flags. Would recommend. Great bang for the buck!

Great property for us on our trip to a convention. We stayed for 5 nights. Close to downtown. All the amenities needed. Nice spacious floor plan. Two bedrooms. 2 1/2 baths. All very clean. Nice kitchen with plenty necessary items. All the streaming channels on both TVs. Large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Just enough front yard and back yard for our dogs to use. It is two story, so if challenged by stairs, might not be a great fit. But, there is an extra fold out bed that could be brought downstairs for someone if needed. Jalen was extremely responsive when questions were asked. Everything in the house works well, internet, TVs, toilets, showers, washer and dryer, dishwasher etc. furniture was nice and in good condition. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe and had friendly neighbors. Thank you for having us! Definitely a 5 star property.

My stay at the property was adventurous to say the least but satisfactory. There are three things that I would change. The first thing would be to replace the storm door, the second would be to remove the house door bottom lock, and the last thing would be to present the code for check in an hour to 30 minutes before the guest arrives. Waiting until the last minute to obtain the code was very stressful. Other than that Jalen was very responsive and kind. The place was presentable and comfy, major attractions were less than 15 minutes away, the neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors were very kind. I would recommend this VRBO.

Stain on the comforter, mold in the shower of the bathroom, dirty kitchen appliances, dirty carpet & the HVAC return vent was covered in thick black grime as if the filter had never been changed. Only received have of my money back when it should have been a full refund.

Our stay at this property was great. It was clean, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe and enjoyed being just a few minutes away from everything that we had planned. My kids especially enjoyed all of the games from Pac-Man to Jenga. Jalen was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this property to anyone considering staying here.

Check-in was super easy. THEY HAD A PACMAN little arcade in the house. Literally just 12- 18 minutes to away Downtown & shopping area, traffic depending. Host responded relatively2 quickly. Neighborhood was super quiet.
