3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Fully Furnished House on an Acreage Next To Pawnee Lake SRA. Sleeps up to 12 people.

1400 Sq Ft, with full kitchen, living room & dining area. Washer & dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. 30 & 50 Amp Camper Hook-Ups, RV dump station 1/4 mile away, horse-friendly property w/6 mile equestrian trail & open field for parking/corral. Outdoor firepit, free shotgun & archery range at the lake. Canoe & Kayak included. Swimming beach within walking distance.

Where you will sleep:

Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen Bed (Bed #1) with 2 Twin Rollaways in the closet (Beds #2,#3) and a Toddler sized mattress

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Bed #4), Top Bunk Twin bed (Bed #5)

Bedroom 3: Full Bed (Bed #6), Top Bunk Twin bed (Bed #7), Rollaway Twin Bed underneath the bunk (Bed #8)

Couches in Master Bedroom and Living Room also available to sleep on but are not pull-out beds.

The Area:
• This is the ideal place for a family or group of friends to stay. Enjoy the solitude of this tucked away acreage and look up at the stars or crank up the music and have some beers around a camp fire with your friends.
• The closest neighbor is 1/2 mile away.
• Bring your horses and ride the trails around the lake or bring your boat/jet ski/kayaks and enjoy the water right over the dam.
• Enjoy the free outdoor archery range or shoot some blue rock at the trap range just up the road(park pass required for those but otherwise free).
• Maybe swimming is your thing? Hop up on the dam and walk or bike down the trail right to the public swimming beach right at the other end of the dam.
• There is plenty for everyone to do here.

• Uber and Lyft pick up here if you want to take a ride to down town and hit up some restaurants and bars. Downtown Lincoln & Memorial Stadium are just 9.5 miles away(15 minute drive).

Back Yard Entertainment:
• In the back yard we have added an 18ft covered binzebo, fire pit, outdoor grilling area, outdoor concrete bar tops and two artificial turf slabs which are great for playing bags or other yard games.

• The back yard is a great area for entertaining a large number of guests. We have had people bring multiple campers for the driveway along with guests and have a great time getting together. If you have any special requests please feel free to ask.

Guest access
• You will have access to the entire house, the front and back yard as well as field next to the house. There is a digital lock on the door so you can check in and out without meeting with the owner.

Other things to note
• I bought this house in 2018 and have completely renovated it. The inside is now completely done and ready to go. Almost everything is brand new and it is very clean.
• There is a 40 FT patio in the back yard with a grilling area, 18 FT covered Binzebo with concrete pad, several bar tops great for outdoor entertaining as well as two separate 30 FT x 12 FT strips of Astroturf for bags, washers, beer darts, or other outdoor games. WiFi and Netflix are available with our Roku device. You can also log on with your own Cable provider or Hulu account.

If you have any specific questions about anything I do not have listed just let me know. It is a great space for a group of friends or family to get together. I put a lot of work into the back yard to make it a really nice area to hang out and turn up the jams or sit around the fire pit. There is plenty of space for outdoor cooking or partying. We have also had people bring a camper or two and put them in the driveway.

We had a moderate size group come in from FL to all over NE. The space was great as we enjoyed every inch of the outside with the perfect weather. Positives- -super clean -comfortable beds -ample towels and blankets -provided fire wood! (plus coming from FL) -loved the games (used everyday) -grilling -Shop cat is a sweet pea! Things I would change or add- -new grill (we are grill people - bigger and easier to light) -more pans (we love to cook for a group) -bag of ice Thank you for a great staff we will be back next year!!

It’s the second time we’ve rented the property, all the nieces and nephews and everybody kind of live spread out all over Nebraska and Iowa and it seems to be about the perfect meeting place just to get together and hang out since we don’t get to all the time last time, I think it was when my brother passed so we could all get together and now my son passed away a couple months ago so it was a much needed break to regroup and get some family time. I very much appreciate you guys. Your property is perfect for us. We will probably arrange to stay there again at some point thank you so much.

This location and house was perfect for our Mandatory Family Fun get together for 9 days! We had a special gathering of 26 people on Sunday, for a birthday and family photos and the space was very accommodating for all of our activities. The host was very accessible, helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed his photos that are displayed throughout the house. They are beautiful. Location and size of this property were perfect for our family, so highly recommend! We come to Nebraska a few times a year to visit children and families, so will definitely keep this gem in mind when planning our next trip to this area.

This beautiful lodging is easy to find and a short driving distance outside Lincoln. The house is beautiful with many activities inside and outside along with great scenery at the lake and a distant, glowing view of Lincoln at night. We were able to sleep our family of 12 comfortably and would recommend this place to anyone!

Was able to enjoy a friends trip weekend at this great location just outside of Lincoln. Easy drive to the Husker game and then enjoyed all of the amenities on site. The house is clean, organized, and has all of the accessories needed for a fun time! Would highly recommend and plan on coming back.

We stayed at the Pawnee Ranch for our yearly family weekend with my in-laws. The space was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room to spread out, and perfect gathering spaces. The resident cat was very friendly and kept the kids entertained. The property is close enough to town we could get what we needed quickly, but far enough for a relaxing, quiet experience.

Wonderful Family Lake Vacation!

Our family had a delightful week at this property after a family wedding in Lincoln. The outdoor gazebo area was perfect for hosting the extended family before they departed to their respective homes. We had fun playing corn-hole and other outdoor games. There is a nice outdoor refrigerator for drinks and snacks. We enjoyed lake activities each day: swimming, fishing, hiking, biking (brought our own), and kayaking. The swimming area is 1 mile from the house, so a quick drive or bike ride. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house is decorated with an assortment of outdoor travel photographs. The house itself is not fancy, but it was clean and well-stocked. Overall it’s a great set-up for family bonding time!

We had our wedding just down the road in Denton. It was a perfect location for out of town family and friends to gather. It was easy to get in and out of Lincoln and convenient to and from our wedding venue. The hosts were very helpful and super friendly. We absolutely loved the Pawnee Lake house. It has a ton of room for anything that your looking to do. Explore Lincoln, go to a Cornhuskers game, or just relax. They have you covered in all areas!!! Had several questions about the rental and I contacted the owners on several times. Each and every time they responded very quickly and were super easy to work with. Will DEFINITELY be staying here against the next time I come to Lincoln!!!!

We came from Colorado, Iowa and Wisconsin (Lincoln area was a good middle ground) for a long weekend reunion. We chose Pawnee Ranch for it's quiet, beautiful surroundings. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Just a short walk up the hill got us to the lake and some amazing views. We grilled, played corn hole, and watched wild turkeys. The morning mist on the cornfields was gorgeous. It's a quick trip into Lincoln and easy to get to from I-80. We highly recommend a tour of the Capitol, a walk through the Sunken Garden and the Deer Creek Winery. Also spent time at the International Quilt Museum on 9/11, where panels from the 9/11 quilt project were on display. Our hosts thought of everything, including to-go cups for the coffee as we headed back home. It was the perfect place to rekindle old friendships and make memories.

We loved our stay at this house overall! It's tucked away in a beautiful private area. The house is well set up, comfortable, and more spacious than it seems from the outside. We especially enjoyed the outdoor set up, with the hammocks and games. The host was responsive and available, even coming over at short notice to help with a grilling question. Our one complaint was that the house was not as clean as we would have liked, especially the kitchen appliances. We left it cleaner than we found it. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

4 couples from 4 states stayed at the property for a wedding 30 minutes away. Very nice outdoor space as well as a very nice inside. The house has been completely redone and was a blast. We stayed here for an extended weekend in February. This place was absolutely beautiful. Also, very comfortable! Our hosts thought of everything. As soon as we needed something, we found it! We were here during a snowstorm and our host was quick to respond and clear the driveway. We were all thrilled at the beauty of the place. Very relaxing and peaceful. As it is a central location for our large family, we will definitely be back!
