Welcome to Tranquil Haven! This spacious cabin is a retreat among the pines that boasts everything you need to relax, restore, reconnect, and make lasting memories. Tranquil Haven is a brand new, privately owned luxury cabin, nestled among the pines on an expansive wooded lot in Pine Hills West that features floor to ceiling windows, luxury furnishings and appliances, and stunning views. This modern rustic design brings the colors of tranquility and nature inside. The open floor plan makes it easy for your entire group to be together while eating, watching tv, or relaxing in front of the beautiful stone fireplace.
The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher. There is also a coffee bar with a combination 12-cup coffee maker and a single serve k-pod brewer which provides a perfect spot to get your coffee in the morning before taking it out on the porch to relax to the sights and sounds of Tranquil Haven.
You will find two king suites downstairs and two upstairs, each with its own private bathroom featuring double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. Each bedroom incudes a Smart TV. Upstairs you will also find a bunk room/game room that sleeps twelve and a full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo and double sinks. There is also a half bath downstairs.
The game room offers plenty of opportunity for fun and competition with a pool table, shuffleboard, retro arcade with over 400 games, as well as multiple board and card games to choose from. Directly off the game room is a large deck featuring amazing views as well as an opportunity to relax in the Adirondack rocking chairs or sunbathe in the lounge chairs while reading a book.
Outdoor living is ample at Tranquil Haven. Downstairs you can access the amazing porch through double French doors off the kitchen. On the right side of the porch you will find a cozy sitting area in front of a beautiful stone gas fireplace to either relax with nature all around or watch TV. The left side of the porch features a grill (propane included) and an outdoor dining table to enjoy meals al fresco. Steps off the porch, you will find the covered hot tub cabana that sits directly over a seasonal creek. In the yard you will find a stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs (perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores), a playset the kids will love, a picnic table, horseshoes and corn hole, as well as a path into the woods for exploring.

This property was absolutely stunning! We went with our neighborhood friends and their kids and it was a fun experience. My husband and I frequently travel via Vrbo and this was one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at so far. I thought the price was great for everything that was included and the proximity to town, activities, and/or the store is nice. 10/10 recommend.

We gathered here with family for our Thanksgiving break. 8 adults and 7 kids. The space was perfect. I felt that all the areas to gather were relativity close enough that you didn’t feel so far away from others where you may not havd hung out as much. The cabin was decorated for Xmas which was a great touch. The kids loved the bunk room and i loved that little individual curtains on each bunk to provide more darkness! We loved how the rooms were all the same lay out- king bed and bathroom. This was nice for us to all have our own space. An additional bed in one room for those kiddos who weren’t ready to sleep in the bunk room, was also a nice touch. The host family was amazing at communicating and i loved the email they sent out with all directions, instructions, things to do etc. You can tell a lot of work was put into that and i have never seen something like it, we’ve stayed in BB a handful of times. Highly recommend this place

Property was very well laid out and the amenities were great. The home was clean and the double ovens were perfect for a large group. It was already decorated for Christmas so that was a nice touch. We will definitely be back- the only issue we had was that a few of the kids were falling off of the ladder in the bunkroom- there is not an easy way to get off the ladder and unto the bunk.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is fully stocked and beds were very comfortable. We will definitely love to stay there again our next trip to Broken Bow. We were a group of 20 and everyone was very comfortable in the home and there were lots of places to eat in the home and hang out in the area around. Technology and wifi worked great as well. We celebrated my parents 60th anniversary and my Dad’s 80th birthday! It was the perfect place to enjoy with ages ranging from 18 months to 84 years old! We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit, the hot tub, and plenty of indoor and outdoor games to choose from! The hosts thought of everything down to the comfy beds and plenty of pillows ! We will certainly be back!!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and we were excited to see that it was already beautifully decorated for Christmas. Our family (17 in all) never felt crowded do to the multiple entertaining areas. The game room was wonderful and the laughter and smiles will be a memory we will not forget. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The covered porch with fireplace and TV was the designated football area. Other highlights - the hot tub, play area, and fire pit.

It is an amazing home and we feel blessed to have been able to spend Thanksgiving there.

This cabin is fairly new and clean! Perfect for 4 families. Only negatives are no pantry in the kitchen (so plan accordingly) and living area is a little small for the number of bedrooms. Everything is set up the way you would expect in Broken Bow.

Weekends with Friends Getaway!
We had a great time at Tranquil Haven. We had 4 family, so 7 adults and 8 kids stay and we had plenty of room and fun both inside and out. For the parents it was nice as all the suites were the same size so no awkward who gets what bed scenario, and for the kids the chance to sleep in the bunks on the wall was awesome. The home owners were awesome, we had an incident on our end and they were understanding and accommodating and always quick to respond. We'd definitely return.

A Lot of Love Went Into This Cabin
This is a wonderful cozy cabin perfect for families. The owners have thought of every amenity and the coziness factor is off the scale. The most comfy beds we've ever slept in, blankets everywhere, spotlessly clean. The kitchen is stocked incredibly well. The gameroom/bunkroom will have the kids feeling spoiled, cozy, and happy! The cabin is close to the action of Beavers Bend/Broken Bow and in a developing neighborhood, but no one is looking right into your cabin. Bedrooms are stacked on top of each other, so go with families on a similar sleep schedule or the walking around might wake you up. The owners have decorated the cabin as if this is their first home and everything is top qualify. It truly is a lovely place. We had one snag during the trip, but the owners immediately remedied it. Highly recommend both the owners and the cabin!

Best Family Vaca Ever!
This cabin is as beautiful and pristine as the photos! The four master suites and 12 bunk beds were perfect for our family of 17. The inside decor, furnishings, and kitchenware are all high quality. The outdoor areas were fabulous for fall outdoor time: lots of wood for outdoor fire pit, and the patio gas fireplace was a joy in the mornings and evenings. Hot tub was clean and relaxing (extra towels were included)! We stayed 4 nights and made so many memories. We went to the State Park for a day: I recommend the kayaking down the river there since it is better for inexperienced kayakers (we had ages 2-63). We did the "Friends" trail (only the gorgeous part beside the river). I highly recommend the Riverman Trail Rides for horseback riding: you get to walk through the river, up and down hills, and have beautiful vistas. The owners quickly responded to and A/C issue and fixed it that day! We hope to return for more fun memories!

Relaxing & Amazing
I absolutely love the location of these luxury cabins. This was my second time visiting the Hochatown/Broken Bow area and my favorite stay so far! I will definitely visit again. The cabin was perfect for our group. The instructions were clear for usage of the amenities. The family enjoyed the game room so much. The only thing that would make this property better which I’m sure is a town controlled thing would be improvement of the condition of the roads. Be prepared to drive very carefully through the craters in the unfinished roads. The town has so many fun and family friendly things to do. The highlight outside of the beautiful cabin was the Spillway, Grateful Head Pizza, Big Foot Festival, the rescue farm with a baby Kangaroo and the maze. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect big family getaway
We had a wonderful time at this property. It was everything we hoped for. It was well stocked from the bathrooms to the kitchen, the bunk room and the laundry. No complaints at all. It was secluded and dreamy outside. We had the best time and so did the kids. But just 2 FYIs… don’t wash your car before you come. The roads are not paved and extremely dusty and full of pot holes. Also, there is a lot of noise coming from upstairs and kids coming down the stairs. We did have 12 young kids, but it made it challenging to sleep at times. Just FYI if you have a lot of youngsters like we did. The house was actually perfect for our family. We will be back.

Cummings Family Getaway 2021
Everything was beautiful and exactly as the listing stated. The only thing I would want different is that it needs a small pantry for dry goods. We brought all of our food with us and so we had to look for places to store it our of the way of walking. Other than that we LOVED everything. The horseshoes were great and the firepit was a huge hit for smores!! Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone with a large family and wants a great relaxing getaway!!
