About this house rental
One bedroom entire home in Moline, IL with MASSIVE fenced in yard and quiet street. If you're looking for a nice place to get away and avoid the hotels this place is perfect for you! Do you have a pet with you? We're pet friendly :) 1 bedroom and a pullout sofa to sleep a total of four just 1.5 miles from downtown Moline and all it has to offer including the TaxSlayer Center and numerous bars/restaurants. If you're coming to the QC or just looking for a weekend away, this place is for you!
Absolutely no smoking inside the home If there's evidence of smoking, of any nature you will be charged a $250 fee.

Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about.
HOUSE OPERATION
This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival.
The TVs are Smart TVs. You can use and log into any app you'd like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. We provide live cable using the YouTube TV app (not the YouTube app).
We offer biweekly mowing service and snow removal when snowfall is greater than 2 inches. Please be mindful to keep the yard clear of trash and pet waste so our team can be most efficient at their job.
This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a $250 fee if you smoke at the property.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor.
The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Goods' website.
We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair.
TRASH
Trash Day is every Monday. Recycling pickup is every other Monday.
If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside of the house. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins.
PET RULES
Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS
Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
When checking out, put the towels you used on the ground, so our cleaners know what you used and don't waste water and resources cleaning unused towels. Please place towels and sheets in one pile and comforters and quilts in a separate pile.
We ask that you wash any dishes and cookware you used and make sure to clean out the coffee maker.
Make sure to shut the door and lock it behind you. Should you leave before check out time, please let us know so our cleaners can get started.

We got the code from the owner and it worked, but there was also a deadbolt that we did not have a key to. After contacting VRBO by phone and asking them to contact the owner we waited over an hour on the steps because VRBO’s rep refused to contact owner. After we threatened a lawsuit we FINALLY received a phone call from the owner who took care of the problem. The only seating in the living room was a couch covered in dog hair and unidentifiable stains. The huge TV wasn’t set up for live shows. House rules were unavailable (we were told they would be). The yard had not been mowed all spring. We left after one nite of a 4-nite stay and returned home.

No communication for check in.
finally found a number to call, owner said they forgot to clean and it would be a couple hours!
I went back 2 hours later, the cleaning man was just leaving.
The lock box was difficult, he helped me get the key.
When I opened the door, I gagged, got an instant headache, felt nauseated. The cleaning fumes were so toxic, I couldn't stay in the house.
The living room felt grimy. The couch had no support, when I sat I sunk almost to the floor. The bedroom was dank with a foam pad as a mattress, again with no support.I immediately booked a motel and left.Extremely streesful!!!
I called the owner, she apologized and said she would refund my payment.However, I do not have a refund as yet.The pictures and reviews of this place are very deceptive. Would never recommend this to anyone. Beware!

This is the perfect little house for a stay especially if you have a fur baby because it has a full fenced in backyard. The hosts were very accommodating with providing everything including shampoo and conditioner. It smells great and it was a very easy to deal with the host! I will most definitely be staying again

Super clean, and provides everything (and then some) for our stay! The cherry on top is the bed- super comfy mattress and bedding. Snacks, coffee, and water were waiting in us! Great little house and a great deal! Definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay in Moline. We needed a place to land while we were in the process of moving from AZ to Illinois. The place was not clean when we got there but we called Jordan and it was taken care of very quickly. Nice washer and dryer and fenced in yard for our dogs! Recommend a newer sofa as this one is VERY uncomfortable. A broom and dustpan would have been nice as would a small patio table and chairs. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. We felt very safe!

We loved our stay in Moline. We needed a place to land while we were in the process of moving from AZ to Illinois. The place was not clean when we got there but we called Jordan and it was taken care of very quickly. Nice washer and dryer and fenced in yard for our dogs! Recommend a newer sofa as this one is VERY uncomfortable. A broom and dustpan would have been nice as would a small patio table and chairs. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. We felt very safe!

It was everything I expected. Small house with fenced in back yard. great for dogs to run and play. Nice neighborhood. A little trouble with getting the key at first but that's probably more user related. A broom to sweep would of been nice, but overall a great experience
