Super deluxe villa in a great location with lots of privacy is perfectly suited for the discerning vacationer.
The villa consists of 5 large bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and custom furnishings, 4 bathrooms, 2 terraces on the ground floor, 2 terraces on the first floor, as well as a solarium on the second floor which offers a 360 panoramic view. degrees on the fjordi area and the Adriatic sea.
The interior design, fittings, furnishings and State-of-the-art appliances are all custom made and are truly of the highest standard, including world-renowned Lago designer furniture and revolutionary Bora integrated cooking systems.
The land is approximately 1,000 square meters, of which the property occupies 220 square meters, with the rest of the open area including a large swimming pool adjacent to the fjords, complemented by a well-kept exotic garden.

Wunderschöne Lage, tolles Haus
Wir waren drei Familien und sind mit drei Fahrzeugen angereist. Mann muss wissen, dass nur zwei Fahrzeuge ans Haus fahren können und hier sind Camper verboten. Das sollte besser kommuniziert werden, da es sonst beim check-in unnötigerweise zu Problemen kommt. Das Haus, die Terrassen, der Pool und der Whirlpool sind großartig gepflegt und wurden auch während unseres Aufenthalts regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus und das Interieur sind sehr gepflegt. Es sind genug Küchenutensilien vorhanden um Kleinigkeiten für 10 Personen zuzubereiten. Die Messer sind ein Graus; das muss aber in Ferienwohnungen wohl so sein ;-)
Befremdlich finde ich, dass bei vorhandenem Grill kein Grillrost inkludiert ist. Wir haben einen im Inselsupermarkt gekauft.
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bar und Pizzeria sind auch ok.
Wir hatten ein Zusatzbett gegen Aufpreis geordert. Das war erst einmal nichts gescheites, wurde aber dann korrigiert. Die Erreichbarkeit von Mauro und Kollegen ist sehr gut, wenn etwas nicht passt.
Der Ofen war defekt, und es kam auch ein Serviceteam, dass festgestellt hat, dass der Ofen defekt ist. Hier sollte die QC ein bisschen besser prüfen, ob bei einem Touch-Gerät das Touch noch geht wenn der letzte Gast gegangen ist. Das war etwas lästig.
Insgesamt eine traumhafte Immobilie und ein guter Service vor und während des Aufenthalts. Ich persönlcih habe beschlossen nie weider in den Ferien über den Brenner zu fahren; sonst würde ich gerne wieder kommen, da auch die Gegend einiges an Reiz hat.

Super-Villa
Tolle/ruhige Lage direkt am Fjord gelegen. Gehobene Ausstattung, schöner Pool, Fliegengitter in allen Wohnräumen. Außerordentlich geräumig für 4 Personen. Ein perfekter Urlaub. Das Problem mit den Magnetkarten für den Inselzugang wurde mittels eines Papierausweises durch die Agentur vor Ort unbürokratisch gelöst. Auch die Anmietung eines Fahrrads vorab von zu Hause hat in Zusammenarbeit mit der Partneragentur auf Albarella perfekt funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice spot! Communication with agency very easy. Problems/malfunctions etc. are taken care of immediately. Windows/doors fully covered with insect nets - very convenient, because there are lots! Kitchen/dining table fits 6-7 persons (7 seats, with one having to be placed on the narrow side at the end, works fine with 4 adults and 3 younger kids). Would definitely come again.

Traumhaus in Traumlage
Wir waren mit dem Haus und der Ausstattung sehr zufrieden. Lediglich ein paar kleine Mängel beim Außenmobiliar. Die Liegestühle waren zum Teil nicht mehr zu gebrauchen da sie gebrochen waren. Und der Steh zum Mare vostrum war in einem desolaten Zustand. Dies sollte aber die Freude an dem wunderschönen Anwesen nicht trüben. Das Haus und die Anlage sind ein Traum und wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
