House is centrally located to everything, especially to the beach. House is 80 yards to the beach(30 yards to the boardwalk, 50 yards on the boardwalk, you are at the beach).On west end of the island, 6th row house. At night you can hear ocean waves and see so many stars that the sky looks like a canvas. Fishing pier is 50 yards away. Smart home by Google Nest HomeMax. Smart lock with access code for each rental. Pet fee $195/stay UP TO 2 dogs, $100/add'l dog(cerificatons of service dogs are required). ID required. Note- NO LINENS/TOWELS/PAPER GOODS INCLUDED. Overcrowding will be subject to rental termination. MINIMUM 1 week(Saturday to Saturday) booking from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

House has 4 BR, 2BATH&Outside Shower. #-King; #2-Queen&Full; #3-Q&F; #4-F&F. Two work stations, washer&dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemakers, airfryer, pressure cooker, central Heating&Air, five 4K TVs, Google Nest thermometer, WiFi, ceiling fans. Ping was a great communicator. She not only sent messages regarding the house and our stay, but she also sent us recommendations pertaining to the local area. The house has some minor wear and tear. But honestly, I’m being a little nit picky. I would highly recommend this house and we will definitely stay there again.

This house was perfect for our family of 11! We have been coming to Sunset Beach for over 35 years and this house is in a great location just a few minutes walk to the beach. The house is very clean and stock with equipment needed. The owners were very helpful in finding local things to do and communicated very well with any questions we had. They were very gracious hosts! Thank you for making this trip very memorable for our family!

House is located close to beach access and there’s plenty of sitting area downstairs. House is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. A beautiful place to stay and very affordable. We have already booked for next year!!!

Great location with a 2 min walk to the beach. Nice house with a good layout for families. Had an issue with refrigerator not cooling properly but hosts answered our concerns promptly and ordered a new fridge that was delivered as soon as they could get it there.

Nice place convenient to the beach. Sunset Beach is a beautiful place. The negatives were that both of the grills were filthy and ragged out. Both need to be replaced. The propane was empty on that grill and I had to exchange the tanks for $25. I didn't catch on that linens and towels were not provided. I will not make that mistake again. Otherwise, the location was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone in the bedrooms and to hang out in the living room. The screen porch and seating under the house were great too. The house was clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking meals. We've been coming to Sunset for over 30 years and this was one of our favorite houses. It was only a short walk to the beach and the stores.

I have stayed In VRBOs with family but the was my first time being the primary renter and doing the communicating. Ping was always pleasant and prompt. She never made us feel like we were a bother. This was our first time to Sunset Beach and it surpassed all expectation. Super family friendly and plenty to do during bad weather. The house is between two busier road but the street was fairly quiet and I felt safe with my kids riding scooter back and forth. We can’t wait to go back!

The property was very beautiful, well stocked, with only a short walk to the beach. The only problem we encountered was the property was very very dirty and the rugs in the bathrooms were disgusting. I cannot believe that the charged cleaning fee was used to actually clean the property. Another thing that we found strange was the lack of privacy blinds in the property. The three sliding doors facing the street had a blind but they were easy to see through. Two of these rooms were bedrooms with a view of the bathroom. There was no privacy for either of these bedrooms and neighbors could easily view anything happening in the room. We loved the property location and the overall layout but it was extremely dirty and the lack of privacy concerned us.

We had a wonderful time and the house was great! Everything was exactly as pictured and the hosts responded to the few questions we had immediately. The house was beautifully updated, comfortable furnished and close to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked (3 coffee makers - 2 drip and a Keurig!) and the is great! We will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great getaway!

This property is a great place for family and pets! The house is stocked with a great kitchen to accommodate home cooking, washer and dryer were made available, great bedrooms with plenty of comfortable beds, and a fabulous porch to enjoy a cup of coffee and take in the peaceful, serene setting. My family enjoyed our long Labor Day weekend stay, thanks to a most gracious host.

This is just a beautiful home to rent! The decor and recent renovations are so nice. Plenty of room in the well organized kitchen and lots of space at the dining table. We enjoyed the family room and especially the roomy porch with tons of seating. Its layout was really good too with 2 jack and jill bathrooms between the bedrooms. The bedrooms were really roomy too with a King in the Master and 2 queens in each of the other 3 bedrooms. The mattress that we used in the King was new and very comfortable. This could not be in a better location - so close to the beach with beach access directly down the street (maybe a 5 house walk?) without the traffic that you'd have on main street. Loved this end of Sunset Beach - close to the pier , Bird Island, and Kindred Spirit mailbox. So convenient! We loved that beach chairs and bicycles were provided. It was so much fun to bike around the whole area and not have to mess with finding and paying for bike rentals. Thank you to the owners of this great rental. They were wonderful to deal with before , during and after our visit to their gorgeous home!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described and the owners were quick to answer any questions. Location is fantastic - just a few steps to the beach and on a quiet street. Loved that bikes, scooters, beach chairs, etc were all included. We loved the screened in porch as well, so relaxing! We would definitely rent this place again!
