About this apartment rental
Our luxury resort condo is a DIRECT BEACH WALKOUT to beautiful Lake Erie. Sip your morning coffee or a glass of wine (purchased from a local winery) while relaxing on our covered patio directly on the lake. Master bedroom has king sized bed along with wood bunk beds with a full-size bed on the bottom, twin on top. Second bedroom includes a queen size pillow top bed. Spa amenities include large walk-in shower with 6 separate shower heads, relaxing rainfall shower head, and tiled bench to sit and enjoy being immersed in your luxurious shower. Second bathroom includes a full shower and an extra deep jetted-air tub. Geneva-On-The-Lake is a summer destination for many. This small town became Ohio's first summer resort! A true slice of Americana where John D. Rockefeller, Harvey Firestone and Henry Ford would come to camp, fish and have fun! Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's retreat, or a "girls" get-away, this remains a great place to unwind and have fun! SO MUCH to do: Nearby Wineries. Fantastic local restaurants. Golf. Arcades. Fishing. Geneva State Park (marina w/ fishing charters or dock rental for your own boat, bike rentals, hike/bike paths, zip-line)WE DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS, even if they are small and well behaved. This was our second stay at this condo. Our family loves coming here to get our beachy vacation but in Ohio! We love playing on the beach, having a fire, finding beach glass (treasure), putt putt and yummy ice cream across the street. We always make the short drive to town to visit an arcade, the candy store and other local stops. This time we visited a nearby winery that we really enjoyed. Everyone was sad to leave! We will be back. Thank you for sharing this well maintained, super clean and well stocked condo!

This property was amazing for our family! We have 3 kids under 4 years old and it was a perfect set up. Being able to walk to the beach and see it from the place was great. 5 minute drive to the strip. The property was beautiful itself. We would love to go back.

There were 5 women who stayed in our group. The unit was very nice and in an amazing location for morning shade on the patio and evening sunsets. The unit was well stocked and very clean. We really lacked for nothing. The unit is about one mile from the strip but that was appreciated so we weren't right by late night music. Only complaint is that the king bed was pretty uncomfortable. But no one had problems with the other beds.

We loved our stay at our Lake Erie Vista Condo! It was better than we could have hoped for! It was decorated very nicely...warm and inviting. It was spacious & set up well for family time, meals, & games. Our favorite feature was the patio & walk out to the beach area. The sunsets were AMAZING & breathtaking❤️ We loved the pool! The size was nice & it was heated! We were bummed it was only open until 8p. The kitchen had lots of amenities not listed like dish soap, coffee pods for Kurig, & spices/oils for cooking. It was also nice that Clorox cleaning wipes were provided for quick clean ups. We did wish there was basic supplies provided though. Only one trash bag, one roll of paper towels & 2 1/2 rolls of TP for 5 days & 7 people. Other than that, we had all that we needed. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, hand soap, spaces for belongings, & hooks to hang bags/jackets off the floor. We loved having the washer and dryer...(we came home with washed belongings & no post vacation work😉). We brought games, but there were some provided for use, which was nice. We loved that one of the drawers had coloring books & crayons...the adults and kids alike enjoyed! The beds were comfy & pillows nice! Doors a little squeaky with people going to bed at different times & sharing space with bunk beds. Everyone enjoyed the shower features & jetted tub! Nice way to wind down in the evenings! Looking forward to coming back...already recommended it to all our friends!

We met up for a weekend get away and wine tours. We stayed last year in a different condo but the same building. This condo was so warm and homey feeling and comfortable. We were all very happy with the amenities the view of the lake. The patio was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to rent this condo again and plan to stay there again next year

We were in town to watch our daughter swim at the Spire Institute. This condo is about 15 minutes away from the facility. It was a great place to stay. Being on the ground floor is very nice for access to the water especially if you like to paddleboard and kayak which we would have done daily at a warmer time of the year. The condo was well appointed, plenty of seating in the family room and dining room for a larger group. The coffee bar with coffee was a nice touch. We didn't use the pool, but that looked nice as well. The condo is pretty close to the strip, as well as biking and walking trails. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay in this condo if the NCAA competes again at Spire. Thank you

The rental is decorated very nice and creates atmosphere to relax. There are many comforts provided that aren’t usually provided at rentals. As noted in a previous review, we had the same issue with the master bed. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

We loved the condo. It was plenty of space for us to stay comfortably and the kids loved the beach access and the pool. The bed in the master bedroom had a large dip in the middle of the one side that made it hard to sleep comfortably but we made it work.

Had a great time. Place was super clean and in a great area. Private beach was a very short walk and provided a much needed escape from the daily grind in the big city. I would highly recommend this place.

Our week there, Exceeded my expectations. Everything was so Serene and Relaxing. The walkout Beach was perfect. The Master bedroom was Very Comfortable and the Shower was a Vacation, in itself. It was the complete opposite of a normal stressful work week. Would Love to stay there again! I can still hear the waves coming in...Truly Fantastic!

I stay at LEV often throughout the year. This was the first time I have spent a full week there. I took friends with me and since we live close, some of our friends came up to visit. They all loved it and I think they will all be booking time up there.

We had a total of 6 people and it was perfect for our girls getaway! We loved having access to the private beach and being close enough to take advantage of the taxi service to the main strip. The living room and dining room area was bigger IRL than it looked in the photos so there was plenty of space for us. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Extremely clean condo unit, with breathtaking views of the Lake. The walk out was an added bonus as we have stayed in upper units in the past. The kids and my wife and I could walk down to the lake and to the pool which is two doors down without using the elevator. Would highly recommend this unit and we will definitely be back!

Me, my husband, and our four kids (12, 10, 19months, and 5months) stayed at this property for five days and it was amazing! Had everything we needed and more and perfect for all of our kids ages! We will definitely be back and highly recommend staying here!

We were so impressed with everything! The cleanliness even with the table on the patio! Handicap Accessible too! We loved the building amenities too. The pool, outdoor spaces, easy parking. We only stayed 2 nights but next time it will be more! Owner was very responsive as well through the entire process!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, updated, everything we needed for our 2 night stay was provided (hand soap, kitchen items such as foil, spices, etc were all there). Communication when we had a question was fairly quick. It's a ground level condo, so we could walk right out to the lake. Cell services is weak, but the free wifi definitely helped. Our weather was not ideal, so we did not get to enjoy the outside amenities such as the grill, sitting on the pier, sitting around the camp fire, but would love to come back when the weather warms. Also within walking distance is a golf cart rental, pizza shop/bar, gas station just across the street. We would definitely recommend!

Perfect place for our girls trip! Everything was just as nice as it looked in the pictures. We absolutely loved the view of the lake and the easy accessibility to the beach. Gorgeous sunsets and a great place to hunt for “sea glass”. We all found some! The condo was perfect for our group, would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in this condo twice during the winter season and all expectations were met each time. The condo is spotless and well organized (no clutter). The owners left all we needed-towels, linens, laundry detergent, etc. The host was responsive to messages and very prompt. We wanted to check in a day early and he was accommodating! We will definitely stay in this condo again! Building and location are great too!

The view is to die for! This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful finishes in the kitchen and baths! The kitchen is well stocked with everything anyone could need, and I absolutely loved that they left an entire pantry empty in the kitchen, so we had a place to store the things we brought instead of everything being out on the counter the whole visit. On our last day my 8 year old grandson asked if we were coming back here again, because he really liked it!! Thanks Nick and Loretta for sharing your lovely home with us!
