Newly renovated waterfront 4 BR 3 Bath home with brand new floors, kitchen and bathrooms. Home is on a large salt water canal leading out to Tampa Bay with a boat dock and boat lift to bring your own boat or rent. Nearby restaurants and beaches. Close proximity to Tampa area beaches. Master BR with King size bed and additional 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds. Large covered Florida room (covered porch) with seating and bar as well as large back yard area. 2 Kayaks and 8 life vests on property. EV charging in garage.

This property was exacly what they advertised and very spacious and accomodating. It was clean and the patio and outside view was gorgeous. The owner even set someone to reset some appliances that were ready low battery without us even asking or noticing. Excellent customer service. I would stay there again. again.

The house was as listed. The location was very nice and close to everything we needed. It was the perfect relaxing spot for my wife and I and our two little dogs. We will return if we can.

Stayed in this house last year with friends - it was so lovely and comfortable, I booked it for this year's trip. Beautiful home with all the accessories.

Great location, space and dock. The dining area had lots of seating and the furniture was nice and comfy. Beds slept well and Kitchen was nicely equipped. Just be careful if using the lift. Watch your tides. Low tides can be too low to get your boat off.

Absolutely loved our stay at this house. The location was great and the house was perfect. Kitchen is stocked with every item you would need to cook a gourmet meal (even though we didn't), strong Wifi signal and easy check in and check out process. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The property was better than advertised. Our family enjoyed our stay. Coffee on the porch by the water was so relaxing. Easy to get to. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Checkin so easy. Definitely on the “keeper” list.

Wow! Spacious, clean, well-appointed accomodations. The kitchen, enclosed porch and dock were favorite hang-outs for our sisters' vacation. Our hosts deserve applause for creating such a comfortable home away from home for their guests. Thank you. We hope to come back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was super-easy, including check-in and check-out. The house was immaculate and very-well appointed. Enjoyed little details like access to Netflix account and cable TV. Really couldn't have asked for anything more.

We spent a week at this property with our three sons (who were on leave from the Air Force) along with their significant others. We were looking for a homey place to stay where we could reconnect as a family. This property and the hosts provided that and more. Having a clean place to stay is very important to us. The home is clean and well-cared for. Upon arrival there was a beautiful basket waiting for us and thanking our sons for their service. So kind of them to do this for us. Our sons used the kayaks and we spent a lot of time sitting out at the dock looking at the water. A couple of mornings, we spotted dolphins. Neighborhood is quiet and there was not a lot of boat traffic. We will stay here again if we are in town. Highly recommend. The only recommendation that we have for the owners is to have the HVAC checked. It was not really hot outside during our stay and so it was not a big issue for us, but the house did not cool down when we adjusted the thermostat. We were only able to get it to cool to 73/74 degrees and it got stuffy in the bedrooms at night. Overall, a 5 star experience. Thank you!

Loved the kayaks, well stocked kitchen, and overall home space. Cleanliness of the home was top notch. Close to many attractions and stores where we could purchase groceries, a coffee maker, towels, wash machine and dishwasher detergent (four pods of each were left, but we had to wash towels and dishes more often). There is a Keurig machine but for four coffee drinkers, we wanted regular old pot of coffee. Biggest downside was the lack of flat sheets on all of the beds and one towel per person. Sleeping directly under the comforter was a concern for me as they most likely would not be something you would wash between renters. A dining table on the patio would be awesome with the beautiful canal view.

This property was the best Vrbo home that I've stayed in so far. Very clean, updated and great location. The host thought of just about everything you'll need. Lots of cooking utensils, seasonings etc. You will not be disappointed!!

Had a great stay here with some family for golf and relaxing. Only a few days not nearly enough to thoroughly enjoy this place. As described and reviewed. The hosts have thought of everything and there is clear instructions for everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Relaxing spot and great place for boat owner or renter. Next time!
