The villa is located in the outer part of Moraira, 980 m from the sea and is located next to the urbanization San Jaime, 5 minutes drive from the centre of Moraira. The plot is about 975 square meters. The house is furnished. On the ground floor is the living room (flat screen TV with a large selection of programs in German, English, French, Polish and Italian. There is also an X-Box connection. Upstairs are the bedrooms. 1 bedroom with a very large double bed. 2 bedroom with a large double bed. 3 Bedroom with double bed.
4 bedroom with 2 separate beds, can also be put together. Upstairs there are two bathrooms, one with bath and toilet and the second with shower and toilet. The fifth bedroom with bed (1.40) is located in the daylight part of the souterrain, the flat in the half basement is about 35 m2 and consists of a living room with TV and sofa bed for 2 persons (1,50 x 2,00) all very well maintained (ceiling height in the half basement is approx. 1,96 m). Outside bathroom with shower and toilet.
Interior of the house:
Spacious and bright room, floor to ceiling windows with safety glass and electric shutters. The whole house is designed with ivory marble floor. The kitchen has a fridge and is fully equipped, there is another big fridge in the outside dining room under the naya. Satellite TV Astra German / English / Dutch / French / French / Polish. throughout the house, and Spanish digital TV, 1 TV in the outdoor area, 1 TV in the main living room, 1 TV lounge / TV room, 1 TV in bedroom 4, DSL cable connection in the house and 3 x wireless reception (WiFi). Alarm, gym with rowing machine from Life fitness Technogym. Air conditioners in all 5 bedrooms, one in the living room, one in the dining room and one in the gym. Central heating throughout the house.
Outside the house:
Swimming pool 8 x 4 m with roman steps, water depth approx. 1.20 to 2.20, about 200 sqm of terrace, approx 45 sqm is covered, where the outdoor kitchen and dining area make a large living room. The covered terrace is approx. 20 sqm and offers a second outdoor dining area. In the back part you can ideally relax, read or sunbathe. There is a darts game with night lights, a tennis table and a table football in the gym.
The terrace and pool area is ideal for sunbathing. Excellent internet connection even outside the house (there are a total of 4 Wi-Fi routers). Outside the house there is a sauna (approx. for 6-8 persons) with shower included.
A portable speaker is available in the house which can be easily connected via bluetooth with your mobile phone to listen to your own music.
This is a non-smoking house. For this reason there are ashtrays on display on the terraces.

Very nice house with all the necessary equipments and even more. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ was our favourite! The water pressure was exceptionally good compared to what we are used to in Spain and there was enough hot water for the whole day. Sauna was also nice.
The only thing which annoyed us a bit, was that we did not get toys for the kids to play. They were somewhere behind the locked doors and the host did not answer to our requests about them. We bought our owns and had to throw them away after our stay since the host did not allow us to leave them for the future guests. Because there were plenty of toys already, they said. Not very ecological I think.
Overall we had wonderful holiday and we would warmly recommend this multi-functional villa for different kind of groups.

Really clean and spacious property. 4 adults and 4 children (2 teens) all enjoyed the villa and plenty of space for all. Outside dining and lounge area were great.
Would be good if there was a floor plan available to view prior to booking for anyone else looking to rent the villa as a bit quirky with outdoor bedroom and toilets (2 bathrooms upstairs in the main property).
Only negative was a noisy bed in one of the rooms and had to pay an electric surcharge due to needing the air conditioning on in the evenings to sleep (couldn’t have windows open due to the mosquitoes).
The town was lovely with pretty beaches and lovely restaurants. Would go back.

Family holiday of 10 ranging from 80 to 11 years old.
The villa had everything you need and enough space for all.
You need a car to get about but only a short drive to Moraira.
The hosts were very informative and always on hand for advice/information etc

Fantastic property and great hosts
The property was spacious and the outdoor area and pool were great! The hosts Daniela and Nelson could not have been better before and throughout our stay - they were always on hand to help out. I would mention taxi’s can be quite hard to get, but there are a few restaurants and a beach within 30 minutes walking. I would recommend this property and will be taking a look at the other 9 properties they also manage.

Villa stay
This was a fabulous property to stay in. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Being in a family group of older adults and younger people we found that there was something for everyone and no-one was ever bored. The property had plenty of indoor and outdoor space so we were never under each others feet. The hosts Nelson and Daniella ensured that we knew where everything was and were ready to give assistance should the need arise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Nous étions 11 et avons passé un super séjour de 10 jours, la cuisine extérieur est vraiment superbe, nous y avons passé notre temps ! La piscine est propre et très belle, la salle de sport a énormément plu à tout le monde, le seul point noir de cette villa est le carrelage autour de la piscine qui est ultra glissant ! Nous sommes ravis de notre voyage à Moraira, nous recommandons cette villa sans problème.

Lovely property
We have just had a lovely week, the villa has good facilities for the whole family. We were a large group of 3 generations. Pool was lovely and warm. Outdoor kitchen was excellent for meals for our large group and a lovely undercover area to relax in the evenings outside. Air con good in the main rooms and bedrooms. Nelson was very welcoming and helpful on check in and check out. Also he came in the week and messaged regularly if we needed anything.
A few pointers for people, as we were a little unsure on booking:
The basement rooms are a separate apartment which is only accessed from going around the side of the pool and down the outside steps. There is an excellent shower room just outside of the apartment though. It just may not be suitable for young children to sleep in there.
The pool was lovely and warm (late August)
The villa layout is a little quirky but we loved it, thank you for a lovely week!

Très belle villa
Très belle propriété avec tout le confort nécessaire. Les aménagements extérieurs sont tels que nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps dehors (cuisine, piscine, terrasses...). Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Le propriétaire était très sympa et nous avait en partie rempli le frigo à notre arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable. Moraira est une petite station parfaite pour un séjour en famille (beaucoup de restaurants, bars, belles plages...). Un petit bémol cependant : nous étions systématiquement réveillés tous les matins assez tôt par les aboiements de chiens et les cris des perroquets du voisin. Nous gardons néanmoins un très bon souvenir de notre séjour et recommandons fortement cette location parfaite pour 8 personnes.

Fantastic Holiday
We stayed here for a fortnight,the facilities were brilliant,we found there was everything for all ages , we had everything in the villa we needed, it was immaculate, there was 9 adults and 3 children in our party , Nelson was there to greet us and was so helpful and was at the end of the phone if we needed him .but we didn't . We will be returning here again it was our first time away in a villa for the whole family and loved every minute .looking forward to next year .

La villa est magnifique et très bien équipée, la piscine est de bonne taille, il y a tout ce qu’il faut, l’emplacement est idéal, près des plages, des commerces et de bons restaurants en descendant de la rue. Lovely villa, lovely owners....
I have just returned from 10 nights at this villa.
I cannot find a single negative about it.
We were a group of 8 adults and 3 children and the villa was big enough to allow us all our own space when needed.
The outdoor area is superb.
Daniela and Nelson, the owners, were great and very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

would have been five stars but for the dogs and parrots in a nearby villa who woke us most mornings. the villa itself is excellent and very well equipped. nice walk down to the town centre, coming back is a lot more strenuous as all uphill. swimming pool a good size and kept clean. lovely part of Spain and beaches good. some nice restaurants not too far from villa. had a lovely family holiday here a nd did plenty of walking but car essential. the only other points I would make are the two bathrooms on first floor are small in comparison with the size of the villa and the final electric cost was quite high

The villa is with out a doubt the best we have ever rented, made even better by the range of facilities available such as the sauna, the gym room and table tennis.
The owners, Nelson and Daniela, could not have been more helpful, they are both really efficient and very friendly.

Underbart, stort härligt hus.
Vi var 2 familjer på totalt 4 vuxna och 6 barn som bodde i huset i 11 dagar. Vi gillade storleken på huset, det märktes inte att vi var så många.
Vi hade problem med att Wifi'n inte funkade fullt ut och inte alls i den nedre lägenheten, till de stora barnens förtret. Tydligen hade de nyligen fått fiber inkopplat så där var justeringar att göra.
Huset låg beläget ca 1000meter från närmaste supermarket och det var en lätt promenad dit, "hem" var rakt upp på berget. Så bil är att föredra om man ska handla.
Vattnet i kranen gick ej att dricka, så det blev till att köpa dunkar med vatten.
Sopsortering som man sedan fick transportera ca 300 meter för att kasta.
Barnen gillade poolen trots att den inte var uppvärmd, de kunde värma sig i bastun efteråt.
Vi kan varmt rekommendera att hyra detta hus om man är en stor familj alternativt är 2 familjer.
Att det bara blev 3 stjärnor beror på att Wifi'n inte funkade fullt ut och att vi inte fick tillgång till takterrassen.

THIS VILLA IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS ! 11 OF US STAYED FOR 2 WEEKS AND REALLY ENJOYED THE SPACE AND LAYOUT OF THE ENTIRE VILLA. wE HAD 5 SMALL CHILDREN WHO LOVED THE POOL AND TABLE TENNIS AND TABLE FOOTBALL. THE DIFFERENT AREAS GAVE US ALL SPACE WHEN NEEDED. WE USED THE OUTSIDE KITCHEN FOR BREAKFAST. HIGLY RECOMMENDED!!
