Comida do restaurante bem saborosa.
Muuuuitos mosquitos no quarto

*nice design, entry area very nice--classy-artsy feel, front desk efficient.
*rooms spacious, beds very comfy, bathroom seemed updated.
*breakfast option, but we did not have time for them as we had to get to Chichen Itza by 7:30 AM
*pool, but we were too tired & chilly to seek it
*In front of the highway so road noise obvious.
*We could hear every chair adjustment upstairs and every word spoken at the front--so we watched Lord of the Ring to drown it out a bit.
*Front desk charged, in effect, 6-8% credit card fee (exchange rate 16.9 pesos to dollar, but he said "hotel policy" to charge 18 pesos:1 dollar). This issue seems systemic when visiting Yucatan.
*Front desk man overtly noted that I did not opt for breakfast and choose a road-facing room (I was surprised to get a road-facing room; booking.com needs to be more clear why the price discrepancy!) with disdain.
*Front desk man called security accusing me of "ella me molesta" (she's harrassing me) when I refused to pay 18:1, but ended up conceding (BEFORE he called security). In the end, he conceded to charge my card at 17:1. Petty, I know, but it was getting to me how foreigners were getting charged 4-8% for using credit cards.

The Hotel is nice, friendly and helpful staff and very close to Chichén Itzá. Breakfast was not included, but it had a reasonable price and was good.
Beds were way too soft, but others may find them comfortable. WIFI was very weak and unstable in the room. Our room faced the main street, which is very busy the whole day and it may be quite noisy, even at night.

Schöne Hotelanlage, grosser Pool und geräumige Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal.

A simple, clean hotel that is well located for anyone visiting Chitchen Itza - it's just a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk away. The restaurant offers reasonably tasty food at ok prices. The service was attentive and pleasant.
There is no wifi in the rooms and there are no tea/coffee making facilities.

The staff is very kind and familiar. Wonderful people.
It is not a 4-star hotel, surely.

The place and gardens were beautiful, clean, and the energy was amazing. The staff was the greatest surprise. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating to our needs. From upper management, to the nice man cleaning the pool daily, they surpassed our expectations. The vegan food at the restaurant was the best Mexican vegan food ever at any restaurant, including California where we live. The local juices were so delicious and nutritious. The staff went out of their way to share their maya culture and to give ups information on what to do in the area. Overall we felt in love with the hotel, the area, but most importantly, the entire staff.
Nothing.

We were Cancun but our Airbnb was terrible and dated, we decided to stay closer to Chichén Itzá and this hotel was the blissful stay we needed. Great WiFi, beautiful facilities, and the staff is amazingly sweet, kind and accommodating. They are the reason we decided to stay even longer, we traveled all over the Yucatán and this is the only place we want to come back too. wonderful place to heal and rest.

The hotel is a 15 mins (hot) walk to Chichen Itza. They have a lovely big pool to cool off after hot day of sightseeing. The hotel restaurant was fine, or you can walk into Piste for food.
Location on the main road. Not much else to do in Piste apart from Chichen Itza.

Great location. Close to Chichén Itzá, and Ik Kil Cenote. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.
It is close to the main road to Chichén Itzá, so expect noise coming from the street.

It's a pity the bugs issue happened because the room was big, the personal nice and with a very nice pool and garden. They compensated us with a free breakfast. Hope they fix the bug issue soon, since it can because a health problem and because it's a good spot close to Chichen Itza.
We had issues with several bugs in the room, namely some cockroaches. It kept us awake during the night and looking forward to leave.
