Stunning designer home perfect for a getaway, vacation, working from home, and distance-learning. We welcome small family gatherings by special request. You will find many relaxing , games, books and toys. The gourmet Chef's kitchen with all spices and equipment. Well suited for couples or anyone who wants a luxurious getaway in the Sacramento area. There is a garage and an enclosed backyard. Enjoy special touches everywhere as well as 2 outdoor covered patios. An outdoor Ring/Doorbell camera facing the entrance/entry pathway for safety and security will allow you to have your own personal digital code. Sit outside and relax on the beautifully furnished patios.

The home is beautifully decorated, like staged . Everything was spotless. AC worked great for the weekend heat wave that hit that week. The home is located on a very busy street and so you can really hear the traffic. Neighbors are all very close to the home. When you walk in and ignore the noise it’s quite amazing. The back porch with outdoor fan was very nice as well… Hosts were superb as well. Recommend a nice get away…

This property is charming and welcoming. It is on somewhat of a busy street, but once inside you feel like you have been transported to a charming country farmhouse with all of the modern amenities you could want. Great kitchen with lots of working space, beautiful bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We loved that the two bedrooms with their own baths were in separate parts of the house. Ginger, a very warm and responsive host, has taken much care in creating a delightful property. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I rented this house for the holidays and hosted all of the dinners and brunches there (for about 10 people in total). It was perfect-- A beautiful, spacious home with a fabulous kitchen, outdoor spaces, and beautiful bedrooms. The rooms are situated so that the living room, dining room, and kitchen are in one open space, so it was easy for everyone to spread out but still socialize. Ginger was a wonderful host and responsive to all of my questions. We would love to stay here again!

Upon locking in my stay Ginger & Joe were very welcoming and seemded genuinely impressed by my interest in the property. Im a Chef of and I was hired to cater an event in Sacramento! So, upon looking for an place with a great kitchen but counter space for prep and cooking! I ran across this beautiful ranch style home with counter, chef stove, counter space, refrigerator!!! Wow!!! What an beautiful home!!! Bright spacious, clean, & a kitchen that an chef would love!!!! Thanks again for allowing us to use your home to serve our client to the fullest! What a beautiful, cozy place. We stayed here with friends while attending a 2 day concert. The house was stunning. They have an open concept place, beautifully decorated, clean, stocked with all the comforts of home. The check in / check out process was easy. We frequent concerts in the area and we'll definitely bookmark this house and return again. P.s. there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby too.

The house is stocked better than any Short Term Rental we have ever stayed at. The only thing I can say about this place that is not 5+ stars is the street noise, the major road the property sits on has traffic 24/7

Wonderful farmhouse style decor, lots of amenities provided. Clean and fresh interiors and linens. Appreciated the games for our teens and the Keurig which made great coffee each day! Location is convenient to anything you need. Parking can be a bit tricky, but we made it work-even with some guests coming over. Hosts are gracious and communicative. Would definitley book again!

My second trip to Ginger and Joseph’s property was as wonderful as the first. Upon arrival it felt like coming home-if your home is professionally decorated and styled as if in House Beautiful magazine. Every single detail of this home has been carefully considered from the finishes and decor to the fully appointed kitchen, bedrooms, baths, laundry etc…. So grateful to have had an opportunity to stay here again.

Since our retirement in 2003 my wife and I have done a lot of traveling and stayed in many VRBO properties across our Country. This home hosted by Ginger and Joseph has to be the best and completely stocked with everything that you could need of any that we have ever stayed in. This was our third stay in this wonderful home. We settled in for over four months for recovery from knee replacement surgery at UC Davis. The home is perfect for rehab, as it has no steps and it has a great walk-in shower with a bench at one end. The house is bright, spotless and comfortable, and it has everything you could want for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is huge and is a joy to cook in. We hope to stay again on our return trips to the Sacramento area.

This was the first VRBO I've rented over the years that actually exceeded my expectations. The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked generously with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ginger's home. The only tiny negative was the location on a busy street. It was a bit difficult to turn into the driveway during certain times of the day due to traffic. Still would not hesitate to recommend this house to friends and family who need to stay in Citrus Heights. And we will stay again next time we have a business trip in the area!

Lots of VRBOs have plates and silverware, but this u it actually has what you need to cook, do laundry, really almost anything you would have in your own home. We really enjoyed our stay!

My plans ended up changing but still very much enjoyed the stay. The home is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and cozy. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. And the KITCHEN! Being someone that loves to cook I absolutely fell in love with the entertainment style kitchen and all of the lovely appliances. I would absolutely rent this place again!

Absolutely wonderful vacation property with not a single detail overlooked. Although it is clear from the photos the property has been tastefully built and finished, you won’t believe how beautifully decorated and appointed it is. From decor to amenities to lighting it is clear that lots of love and attention has gone into creating an wonderful luxurious experience for the guest(s). I can’t recommend this property highly enough. I’ll be fortunate if my travels offer an opportunity to stay here again.

My entire family was coming to and in town for a celebration of life after losing my Brother! We needed a place for my Daughter and DIL and twin 10 month old girls! This home was so perfect! It was pristine clean and beautifully decorated! This home has everything you could need and very spacious! It is centrally located and good access to the freeway any businesses you may need! We will definitely stay in this home again when we come to town!
