This was my first stay at an Vrbo and when we arrived and walked through the front door the first thing we noticed was the smell of fresh linen. No smells of cheap cleaner or bleach just fresh linen. The downstairs was neat and tidy as was the kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms were immaculate with beautiful comforters and very plush pillows. All three bathrooms were sparkling clean with plenty of fresh towels, quality hand soap and shower shampoos and conditioners. Now for the best part the beds were amazing and so very comfortable. I haven’t slept that well in years and this makes the difference for at least me. The kitchen has a modern gas range with plenty of burners and we literally did not need to leave this place. Plenty of all size pots and pans and utensils and cups. We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday and believe it or not there were candles, tape, scissors, matches everything you need to decorate. The backyard was very manicured and had comfy lounge chairs and seating. The front yard was also very neatly manicured. This home is comparable to a 5 star luxury hotel. The neighborhood is quite and we even met some of the neighbors who were very nice and accommodating. Thank you Cynthia for a wonderful memorable stay and we will be back next year.

This was a great place to stay.

Outstanding location for exploring Sonoma Valley! The property is delightful, very modern and well-furnished in a quiet neighborhood. Location is also good, with coffee and shopping within a few minutes drive. Management is very professional. All in all, a great experience!

Cozy home in a very quiet neighborhood. 2nd year, in a row, we have used for our friends yearly reunion and already making plans to return next year. Very comfortable equipped with all we needed.

My brother and I attended his son's wedding. We both can be grumpy old men, but everything about Ms. Hermosillo's property in Santa Rosa was extremely well done. The home was spotlessly clean and hospitable. The new kitchen was very well laid out and equipped. The place was quiet and easy to access. We were impressed with the attention to detail. For example, night lights in rooms, halls and bathrooms (I've never known why hotels don't do this). The shower in the primary bathroom was excellent. The cabinets in the kitchen were labeled with contents, which made everything easy to access and find. Other than the initial access to the property when we missed a connecting flight and got there late, we never even had to contact Ms. Hermosillo or her kind assistant for the duration of our 10 day stay. Many, many wonderful restaurants and attractions around Santa Rosa, Sonoma and Napa. We were extremely happy with the property in every way. Would return in a minute. I'm trying to think of at least one something that went wrong, but can't do so. Revived my faith in VRBO. Ms. Hermosillo and her assistant Tesia should teach a course on how to VRBO. Thanks again!

Both coffee makers had issues. Would definitely go there again once the coffee makers are working.

Home was exactly as stated on VRBO - lovely with a quiet and safe neighborhood.
Only slight issue was pest control entering the yard unexpectedly. We were staying with pets and fortunately they were not in the yard when the gate was opened by pest control worker. However, he was very polite and careful once we explained that our pets could have run out if they had been in the yard when he arrived.

Everything was clean and worked fine. It provided a comfortable base of operations for a trip to go to a family wedding and do some wine tasting.

This home was perfect for our wine tasting vacation and Cynthia made sure we had everything we needed, including a great bottle of her wine to start the trip. In addition to the home being super clean and comfortable, the quiet back yard was a great place to relax at the end of the day. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay during our trip.

My wife and I brought our 2 year old with us to wine country and wanted something that gave us enough space and also had a nice, quiet backyard for him to play. This home gave us all of that, in addition to being 45 mins to the beach and 20 minutes to healdsburg square. Would highly recommend this home

Neat & clean inside & out. Nice, quiet neighborhood where there's obvious pride in ownership. Very convenient to the area surrounding Santa Rosa. Host Cynthia is easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the complimentary Keurig coffee and the nice bottle of red wine. The backyard is a nice sunny place for relaxing and perfect for quick visits for our dog. Also, just a few minutes away is a very nice public park where I took my dog each morning to stretch her legs. I would recommend Winemaker’s Sonoma Wine Country Home to anyone planning to visit Santa Rosa.

Cynthia’s home was ideal for our wine country getaway. Accommodations were just what we needed for a relaxing escape with comfortable living areas, beds and a well supplied kitchen.
A special thank you to Cynthia for saving the day when I realized my watch was left behind and it was too late to turn around or miss my flight to home!
You will not be disappointed with this home.

The neighborhood was perfectly situated for our itinerary of wine tasting and dining in Santa Rosa. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet despite its density, and the home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The one drawback is the amount of light pollution in this development. New houses beyond the back yard are under construction and unoccupied, but interior and exterior lights are on all night and seep into the master bedroom. Bedrooms at the front of the house are lit up by street lights.

This home was a good base for visiting wineries in the Santa Rosa area as it was a very central location. Cynthia was a great host - very responsive in answering questions. Would recommend this place for families or groups of friends.

Comfortable furniture and very clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Our only suggestion would be bigger bath towels and better windows coverings in master bedroom. Windows high over bed had no coverings so the room was light at 6 am and bright by 7am. Other than that, it was perfect for our needs.

I booked this spot to celebrate my 30th birthday with my cousin and two friends. We really enjoyed the house, including the thoughtful bottle of wine left for us. I appreciated how everything was labelled in the kitchen, and although we didn’t have any kids - there is ample options here to entertain kids.
This location is perfect for exploring both Sonoma County and Napa. Many delicious restaurants and local coffeeshops are nearby.
We didn’t have any issues which required us to reach out to the host. Check-in was pretty straightforward and check-out instructions were provided. If in this area again, I would happily book here. Thanks for a great stay!

A short drive from some of the best, family owned vineyards and resteraunts. The neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Well we started out with the nightmare VRBO reservation. There was a communication mix up with the VRBO calender, the property was not to be available on our date. That is when Cynthia stepped upped and proved what a premier host is all about. Within the hour she had us at one of her other properties and help navigate through the issues with rebooking, with the great help of her husband. Thanks much Shawn. they saved our trip. The property wonderful, great yard for my doing, fully equipped and very much a premier property. I will retuning to her properties whenever I travel back to Santa Rosa. Thanks again Cynthia, you were the best.

Had a wonderful time at this great property. Looking forward to coming back again.

Great place! Well furnished and the yard was great for the kid and dog to hang out in. We felt extremely comfortable and really enjoyed all the small touches that made the place feel luxurious and welcoming. Very very minor things - we wished the place had a potato/carrot peeler and a colander, but otherwise it was completely perfect!

We loved our stay in Santa Rosa. The location is perfect for wine tastings, walks, hiking, and relaxing. The home is very clean and roomy.

Family wedding weekend
We were so comfortable at this home. All the necessities were on site. So close to local wineries, markets, eateries and close to where our family members live. The owner communicated well all the house rules and emergency contacts. Her "House book" answered all our questions. Very quiet neighborhood and a lovely home.

Comfortable home away from home
We were in the wine country for a wedding and the home was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable, beautiful backyard, and well equipped kitchen. The only (presumably temporary) downside was construction in the area. The owner was responsive to requests and accommodating, which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful Stay
What a wonderful home to stay in while we visited friends and family in the area. It’s centrally located so we were able to visit everyone from Cloverdale to Petaluma and everyone in between. The house is very welcoming and decorated beautifully. Thanks for helping to make our visit so enjoyable.

Perfectly located
We used this property as part of a long weekend in the area. Not only is this a beautiful, new home, the neighborhood has easy access to highways and other attractions.
The backyard was perfect for dinner alfresco. The grill was high quality and very clean. We didn’t use the (gas) fire pit but it would be perfect for cooler evenings.
The owner was great and very responsive. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
