We enjoyed our stay in Studio Cigar Store very much, so let’s get the small negatives out of the way quickly: The apartment smelled a bit of smoke and the internet connection blinked on an off at times. The studio was charming and immaculate. The room was confortable and we slept well. Plenty of coffee, up to date appliances, and a nice TV for following the Cincinnati Open. We really like the Over the Rhine neighborhood, with its parks, restaurants, and Findlay Market. The best bakery we’ve been to, Brown Bear, is right around the corner. Rachel was a very considerate host. For example, she messaged us on our final day to tell us we should feel free to check out late, as no one was renting the studio for that day. We will look up the Cigar Store next time we go to Cincinnati.

Loved this place! Comfy, clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Was close to so many restaurants, breweries and even the Findlay market. Owners very responsive. Would totally stay here again in the future!

We stayed in Cinci for the Luke Combs concert. We were planning on walking to Paycor Stadium but weren’t quite sure about the neighborhood since we aren’t from the area. Rachel gave us some tips and assured us about the walk. Her advice was spot on. About a 30 minute walk to Paycor. The property was very well maintained and inviting. We parked in the parking garage right across from the property and it was $6 per day. I’ve never paid so little for parking in a metro area. Thank you Rachel. Next time we are in Cinci, we will for sure stay at your property.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the neighbourhood. We really enjoyed how close it was to the pool in Zeigler park. In walking distance to everything in Cincinnati. Would definitely stay again!

First let me say that Rachel is an outstanding host. Communication was very good. This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. This time we spent a little more time in Cincinnati. The apartment is close to downtown and the Findlay Market. Parking is convenient as a guarded parking lot is right next door. The best recommendation that I can give is that if we ever stop in Cincinnati again, this is where we will be staying.

Rachael made our stay a trip to remember. There are so many places to see within walking distance. We loved the idea of a guest book. It’s because of this we found some cool places to see. As for our stay, it was like being at home.

Location near a lot great dinning. The park across the street was active and thriving with folks enjoying their work out or dog walk. Parking was a breeze. Do not park in front of the unit though - heavily ticketed. Use the deck.

Great location and the place is awesome! The owner is wonderful to work with. I would absolutely recommend this property. We plan on staying here anytime we are in Cincinnati. The parking garage is right across the street which is very helpful. This property is perfect for a couple. It is very clean, comfortable and secure and it is close to many shopping and entertainment venues.

This property was just as beautiful in person, as it is in the listing! Clean, well kept, up to date and in an AMAZING location. The owners were very easy to work with and very helpful when planning our trip, offering suggestions on where to visit, eat and check out. We will definitely work with them in the future if we ever are near Cincinnati again!

Exactly as described. Very well thought and laid-out. CLEAN; no grime or dust anywhere. Host reached out to check in a couple times, without being intrusive. Easy walks to most-everywhere. We parked on Liberty a couple blocks away to avoid pay-zones; but the street parking right in front of condo is free all day Sunday and paid garage is literally accross from condo. Quick cheap ride-share to Bogart’s. Dog park across street keeps routine walking traffic but no noise issues from that. An upstairs neighbor had loud footsteps/dancing maybe at one point in night, nothing a host can do about that, we put on white noise on my phone. Bagel place ~2 blocks away is awesome; wish we’d got a dozen to bring home.

This is our second time staying at this property. The property is very clean and centrally located in over the Rhine. Close to Findley marketplace and downtown by the stadiums. Many restaurants and easy access to the highway. Rachel was very attentive and check-in and check out process was very easy.

This was a terrific stay in Cincinnati. Condo is super easy to access, excellent parking very close by, short walk to dozens of restaurants, and host was very communicative and quick to reply…not that much needed to be done, everything was already taken care of. Comfy bed, great kitchen, exactly what ad said it was. Would totally stay again.

If you're looking for the perfect place to stay when doing anything in Cincinnati, this is it! It has everything you need, including very affordable garage parking right across the street. You're within a mile or so of everywhere you could want to go and just blocks from over the rhine bars and restaurants. The hosts are fantastic and were quick to reply with answers to any questions we had! We can't wait to come back!

Stayed two nights at this cozy, comfortable studio prior to a Bengals game. Had all the amenities of home and everything was so clean. Check in was easy and had excellent communication with the host. The location can't be beat. Easy walk to many restaurants and can walk or catch the free connector to the stadium. The parking garage next door was very convenient. Will definitely stay again the next trip to Cincinnati.
