About this house rental
We call it AirbnBrink60. This immaculately designed and recently renovated 1960s-themed 2-bedroom apartment is located just 2 minutes from the freeway, 5 minutes from downtown Tacoma, and 40 minutes from Seattle. Within walking distance, there are various (excellent and cheap) restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and many other conveniences.
Beyond that, I think the pictures speak for themselves, but I’m happy to add a few words of my own. Click on the below link to learn more.
The goal with AirbnBrink60 is to provide a luxurious, modern take on 1960s design without skimping on personality. Every element has been meticulously selected to provoke thought and tell a story.
The furniture is all brand new and curated for comfort as well as style. However, nearly every accessory and wall-hanging are legitimate antiques. From newspaper clippings commemorating JFK’s assassination, to the beautifully-preserved 1960 Seeburg jukebox—there are too many details and Easter eggs here to list. And even if I could list them all, wouldn’t that kind of spoil the fun?
Suffice to say that we really went all out with this one. AirbnBrink60 isn’t just another a residential cubical; it’s an experience.
Features
• 43" TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and HBO GO
• 1960 Seeburg Jukebox ♫ (loaded with period-correct music)
• Laundry facilities
• Covered patio with limited outdoor seating
• Authentic 1960s memorabilia everywhere
Location
• 5 minutes to Tacoma Dome
• 6 minutes from downtown Tacoma
• 38 minutes from downtown Seattle (in low traffic)
Guests have access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment, small patio seating area, and a shared laundry room. The laundry room has a set of machines reserved especially for the Airbnb, so there's no need to fight for laundry space.
We will absolutely be available if anything goes wrong with the house (if you run into any issues with the accommodations, let us know immediately!). However, we are not available to accompany guests, drive them around, or act as a concierge. Unfortunately, we just don't have the time.
AirbnBrink 60 is located 3 blocks from Tacoma’s historic International District, which recently underwent revitalization and major frontage improvements. Don’t expect too many fancy boutiques or hipster coffee shops (though there is a Starbucks). Do expect REMARKABLY cheap and excellent ethnic restaurants and a few quirky shops with signs in Mandarin and Thai.

What a cool place! Loved the working juke box and all the retro decor! The house was immaculate and fully stocked. The bed was so comfortable and we had the best nights sleep. Host was easy to reach and so helpful and friendly. Would love to stay again in the future.

The house was very clean and in a quiet part of town. There was a ton of parking available as well. The house is centrally located, very close to the highway and to plenty of bars/ restaurants. Great communication from the owners as well.
I would love to stay here again when I return to Tacoma!

What a cute little place, perfect for our event. There were 2 adult couples and it was just right. There were little added touches to the place that made our stay even better. We would definitely stay again if the need ever arises.

The location of this place was absolutely perfect! Close to stores and the mall as well as the main roads and freeway! The neighborhood was quiet and getting to the place was easy!
Checking in was simple with constant communication with owners on our door code and asking where I can find something in the home.
The home was perfect size for me, husband, 18 year old son and 12 year old son! Beds were nice and fluffy and everything felt clean and new! The decor was so cool to look at and it had so much space for us to come in and out as we please.
It had everything you need… from toothbrush to soap and shampoo plus conditioner as well as laundry detergent and washer and dryer. Extra blankets and pillows and a laundry basket. Dishes and nice kitchen area plus … a welcome basket!
I would definitely stay here again! I felt safe with the area I was at and the doors being a key pad. Thank you !

This is one of the cutest places I have ever stayed. It’s close to everything in Tacoma so you can easily go downtown, to the mall, or take a short drive to get to Ruston! Super clean with great amenities- the jukebox is definitely a bonus. Highly recommend to stay here if in the area!

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway
My friend and I had such a comfortable stay here! It has an awesome central location to serve as a great home-base for exploring around the area. This was my second time staying at this property, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tacoma.

Great little place!
We only spent one night here, because we didn’t want to worry about driving home after concert at the Tacoma Dome. The location was perfect, only 10 min Uber ride. Loved the character of the home...the jukebox was fun! House was clean, and there was even a bag of ice in the freezer, thoughtful touch! Would stay here again!
